I have a beloved old Raleigh bike, and these guys have gone out of their way to keep it on the road. When my seat pole rusted out, they figured out a way to get the bolt turned so they could replace it. Theyre cheap, friendly and smart. Highly recommended.

This is for mountain bikes only. These guys are relaxed and professional, helping me with some projects including a 27+ wheel and various stuff. No complaints with service.Youll pay retail for parts, and sure sometimes youll be tempted to get 10% off online. Unless Im saving more than $50 online Im pretty happy to walk in get their advice on the goods. Its a tough line to walk, but in the long run its not that much money.

Ive bought brand new from these guys and theyve done all of my service work on my bikes. They are ALWAYS very helpful when inquiring about issues with either of my bikes. They actually take the time and talk with me, they never make me feel rushed. Both the sales and service departments are a great bunch of guys and a pleasure to deal with.

Great guys and great service at Mason Racing. Bought a brand new KTM and it was great doing business with them. Ive called them with random questions over the last few months after my purchase and theyve always been able to take my call and help me out. Great little shop with experienced staff on hand. Not only do they sell. and work on bikes, but they ride and race em too. In my experience with getting service done, it costs money, if you dont have the money to pay for good service on a luxury item like a dirt bike, then you better learn how to work on your own bike. Thank you guys!

Hold a grudge much Mason Racing? Was refused tire mount and state inspection due to something that happened 10 years ago at another shop. Its OK, Id rather take my business elsewhere that will stand behind their work, not hide behind a general We dont want to take a risk cause of a legal issue with another business 10 years ago...Very unprofessional... Good luck staying in business with that model...Heres a novel idea... do the job right and fair the first time and I wont be forced to take legal action!

This was my second experience at Mason Racing. Bought a brand new 2015 KTM 350 xcf-w and had a great experience. I like the way they treated customers like me, and how they do business. Great experience. No regrets.My first time at Mason was to remap my 2013 690 enduro and they were phenomenal. I would highly recommend Mason Racing.

Brought my Virago in for a Tuesday appointment. It was not running right, as though the carbs needed cleaning. Told the tech to troubleshoot the rough running problem. Since I suspected the carbs, I asked about the pricing for that service and was told $75/hour and 1 hour per carb. Didnt get the bike back until Thursday, was charged $204 to clean the carbs and top off oil, I lost about 2 gallons of gas because hose clamps were never re-installed, and the bike still doesnt run right. I have called to voice my dissatisfaction and I am still waiting for a return call. Next service I need, I will be going back to Hales.
