Screwed a friend over. Money hungry. Rented a tux, closed early the day it was due back and fully charged him. Was not his fault they closed early. Dont recommend. In the past they have always been high in price also.

We went to peak around and just look. I wanted a plain and simple beach dress. She had the options I was looking for and they were beautiful, but she put me in something a lot more elegant and that was the dress I left with. It was absolutely beautiful. Great priced, amazing customer service, and fast alterations. I worked with E ( I think Elizabeth) and she was super sweet and extremely helpful.

What an absolute joke. They close two hours early, WITHout notice. No phone call.And refuse to refund for the service that wasnt provided due to their negligence.Go elsewhere.

I cannot say enough positive things about everyone here!! Im new to the area and needed a place to work on my wedding dress that I bought online without trying on or seeing in person. After all the good reviews I read, and asking around, ETC Bridal was the only place i would have gone. Everyone was SO nice and helpful, and the seamstress is simply amazing. My dress now looks and feels like it was made for me, and youd never know it was ever altered.Thank you for all the personal touches, thank you for going above and beyond, and thank you all for being so amazing.

I chose my 25th Anniversary vow renewal dress here. They did an amazing job. My dress was altered beautifully. I’ve purchased numerous gowns for myself and others, the ease and expertise of obtaining this dress and having it cut down over 10 sizes was remarkable. Angela was beyond helpful and very patient with my daughter who is attending her junior prom in a month. Angela was the only staff that day, she was very busy, but still friendly, sincere, and honest. After trying on approximately 14 dresses she found the perfect dress. Alterations are also done for a reasonable price. We will be going back in years to come!

Went there to shop for my best friends dress. I loved that they didnt set appointments so we could go whenever and stay as long as we needed. I had my 15 month old daughter with me and she was getting fussy so they brought out toys that they had there for her granddaughter. Her mood changed immediately. I wish I had bought my dress there. Great prices too.

I absolutely love this place! Michelle married my parents, helped me pick out my prom dress at a very great price, married me and my ex husband, and helped me pick out an absolutely gorgeous dress at a damn good price for my coming up wedding. They had a ton of dresses in my price range, which was not very high.

My mom is getting married and my family has used ETC Bridal for two other weddings, so my mom was referred here.We found our dresses and the first initial visit was wonderful. Coming back for measurements, was an okay experience also. All was well so we thought!Going back to get the bridesmaids dresses fitted, we all realized our dresses were so big! 4-6 sizes ordered to big so drastic alterations was needed, because they ordered the wrong sizes.We were all assured they could still work. My biggest concern was the bust area, since the dress is a size 12 and I am a size 8. I was assured it would be completely manageable. It wasn’t; the arm pits are way to tight and the bust was just stuff with very thick padded cups. Not at all what I asked for or what was discussed prior.Will not even refund, and because this shop waiting so long after the dresses had been paid off they couldn’t even order the correct size then alter the minor alterations it would need.This shop was completely at fault and although they attempted to “fix” their mistake in the end, the dress is useless and was my biggest fear. I do not recommend this shop to anyone, unless they get a detailed invoice and report on exactly what sizes are going to be ordered etc.Which we did not, an no one approved ordering multiple sizes to big for myself nor for the other bridesmaids. One lady admitted “It just fell through the cracks”. What a terrible explanation!I am dumbfounded by the professionalism of this bridal shop. The dresses are priced just roughly $20-$50 less than many other exceptional bridal shops. So finding another bridal shop with better service would be very easy.Not only was this an issue but my moms wedding dress had a stain of blood dropped on it during alteration! They did get the stain out or altered it out however. Dresses that were said to be done, were not done twice when we drove an hour and half to try them on.I would rate 1/5 stars but I rated 2 because the first visit was fine, so forth they never took responsibility of the error they made which in turn left me dressless two weeks before the wedding day.If you pay for a dress it should be perfect, you should not have a dress that fall under “it’s manageable” that is when a refund of half or full should come into play when the bridal shop itself made the mistake and continued to say “there is not enough time to order a new dress”.My honest opinion from my experience this past year.

I had such a wonderful experience at ETC! I shopped several dress stores before finally stopping here to search for my perfect wedding dress. The owner was extremely helpful and let me try on as many dresses as I wanted without guilting me for creating more work for her. She hung around close enough to help if we needed it, but did not invade our space or privacy while my party and I discussed which dresses we liked. I ended up choosing a dress that was several sizes too big and needed a few things changed for my desires and the lady was extremely helpful in describing how they could make it perfect for me. Such a great experience and so much more relieving than spending an arm and a leg at other stores for the exact same dresses!

The greatest thing about this store is the emplyees !!!,,, This is a family owned and family run business. Been in business since 1983 ! They KNOW weddings ! The ladies, Elizabeth, Angela and Mychelle will are SO GREAT! THEY BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP ME OUT !!! Great prices too ! They helped me save a LOT of money !I HIGHLY recommend this wonderful place !

My son decided that he wanted to go to prom two days before prom and they still helped with a nice Michael Kors tux at a great price. They are very nice people.

I went here with my daughter and she found the perfect dress for the perfect price. The staff was awesome they treated her like a queen, unlike the main shop in Lebanon to go to for your prom dress, who made her feel horrible.

If you are considering using them for tuxes for a wedding be 100% sure before you go in!!!! My husband (then fiancé) went in to see about getting tuxes for our wedding there, and they made him sign a contract before anyone else went in or knew what we even wanted! A month later everyone came in to get measured and see how much they would cost. It was an outrageous price (we went to Springfield later and found you can buy a whole suit for less than what they wanted to rent them) so we said no thanks we do not want them. A week before the wedding they call my husband and asked about the tuxes, and he informed them we still did not want them. They went ahead and ordered them and we DID NOT USE THEM. A week after the wedding we got court summoned, and at court we found out they wrote their contract where it was possible for them to change any details of the contract at anytime. So now we are stuck paying their ridiculous bill for tuxes that we did not even use for the wedding. These are cold owners who do not mind suing a newly married couple. I just wanted to warn anybody who was thinking about using them.
