Robert went above and beyond to answer all of my questions when I was in the other day. He showed me all my options and helped me with everything I needed. Highly recommend this store and Robert especially!

Worst experience ever! Went to get a battery replaced & once I got home I realized that my stereo, a/c & a few other things were not working. Which they were working perfectly fine before getting my battery replaced. I called autozone the next day and was told they’d talk to the store manager and would get back with me. Till this day I have not heard from them.I called and spoke to the store manager she claims she’s never heard of the situation. So I was basically given the run around for 4 days. Very unprofessional! Needless to say I will never go back!

Service in this place was the best I have gotten at an auto parts place. All due to a guy named Robert.parts were more reasonably price there also.

Bought the wrong part by mistake. Very friendly and helpful service when I had to return it. No hassle. Would shop here again.

Nice people great staff

Today I had quality service from this location. Their free diagnostic testing of certain components helped determine that one of them was not clamped down properly. After he tightened it down, diagnostics determined that something else was actually causing the problem. I am very glad I came to this location. They saved me from unnecessarily buying a part which I did not need. If I am in the area again, I definitely will select this location over other automotive parts dealers. Their staff was polite, professional, and extremely helpful.

Nina was super friendly and helpful, amazing customer service, i came in for headlights for my truck and she answered all my questions, and even showed me the lights she uses in her personal vehicle. I will definitely be returning

Beware!! I visited this place because my car battery was corroded. Went in there the guy came out with the tester tested the battery and said it was too low to be tested. Told me he was going to test the alternator put the clamps back on the battery and tested the alternator and told me that my alternator was completely dead, or broken, or wrong, messed up, not working whatever. Went to a repair shop down the street from this place told them what the guy at AutoZone told me, they told me if I purchased a part from AutoZone, theyll put it on for x amount of dollars. Went back to AutoZone and bought the part that the guy told me I needed and took it back to the auto repair shop. Five minutes later the people from the auto repair shop call me, saying, theres absolutely nothing wrong with your alternator its testing at full range, your battery is completely dead thats the problem. I think the guy at the auto parts store wanted to make a sale and he did on an unsuspecting woman. Went back to return the part, fortunately the manager there was also a woman I explained everything to her she went out tested the battery, batteries dead of course tested the alternator and said your alternator is perfectly fine I dont know why he told you your alternator was broken or not working but your alternator is testing at full range its right here on the screen of the tester. By that time the guy was already gone for the day. I think he just wanted to make a sale! He didnt expect me to know any better. Fortunately the people at the Express Auto shop were honest individuals because they could have just changed out the alternator since thats what I asked them to do, but instead he let me know what the problem really was and didnt even charge me for doing the diagnostic test.

Friendly helpful staff. They had the lamp cover I needed so I could make DOT happy and get back on the road.

The manager at this location used the code reader on my car to see why the check engine light was on. When she hooked the code up to the computer to see which part I needed, I asked her what that part does and if it’ll affect my safety while driving if it’s not working properly. She said ‘I don’t know? Google it.” How the hell can you be a manager of an auto part store and not be able to explain to a customer what the part does.

I went to find out if my battery needed replacing and the young guy that helped me was more than willing to help. He gave me all kinds of information and was honest. He did not try to sell me a battery just for the heck of it. He asked me to fix another issue with my car that was causing, what I thought was, a bad battery. He said after you fix that and you still have doubts about the battery come by and we can recheck. Then I will feel better about selling you another battery.Sorry for not getting the young guys name but I went in the store on 9/23/19 between 5:15 and 5:30. I am sure any one you deal with will help. This place was recommended to me by a friend so obviously they have a good rep.

Was broke down on the side of the road 200 miles from home. Super nice lady in leeds store found the parts I needed got em paid for over the phone and even found a customcu willing to bring the parts to me. Life savers. I would rate them 10 stars if I could

I always get my parts here. The service is always fast and friendly. I may know more than the person behind the counter at times but thats why share knowledge and help them help you.

I purchased a part the evening before at a different store which was on the way home the that night decided to return it because after research found it wasn’t the problem when i stopped at the leeds store to return it the Elderly African American man behind the counter wouldn’t let me return the item even though i had the receipt. he told me i would have to go to the store i purchased it from.

The team at Autozone is always helpful. They were particularly helpful on my last visit, making sure I got the correct part at the best price. Additional severices like the free battery checks, etc just add to their appeal.

I called (spoke with Robert), needing a blinker/brake bulbs. Within a few minutes he had the information I needed and the answers to my questions. With my Auto Zone customer discount card, I will save guite a bit for the future purchase needed. Robert also installed the new bulbs for me. A HUGE THANK YOU AGAIN, ROBERT 🙏👊

Purchased windshield wipers and the young man happily replaced them for us, while it was drizzling. He was very pleasant and not at all bothered to be helping us while it was starting to rain.

If I ever bought a part and it ended up being the right part the first time, I would drop dead of shock. Tired of leaving cars disassembled waiting on a part that should have been right the first time. Also, every time I go to the Pell City location there will be 2 CSRs tied up with one customer each for 20 minutes while half a dozen other people just need to check out. All the while the phones ring off the hook. Every time, without fail.

The guy was very friendly . Went in to get oil and came out just feeling like I made a new friend. Tho I wish I lived near by I was on my way on a trip.

They are awesome, especially this Location in Leeds.

Bought a steering box for my truck and a power steering pump the power steering pump was faulty from the factory had to pay the mechanic to install it twice pretty much AutoZone told me it was my problem will never set foot back in there again
