Sooooo many plants to choose from . Love the variety 😍. I had been in early spring and saw they had the larger coconut liners . I have larger 20 inch antique hanging baskets and Ive always just improvised with making my liners. Not this year! I went back and purchased theirs for a perfect fit and they have even larger sizes.And if you like cactus 🌵, they have plenty!

Prices are amazing, sell some rare and unique looking plants. The cactus/cacti selection is the best in Birmingham.

Hands down the best Garden center in Birmingham. Everything that you need can be found to make the vision of your Garden and lawn pop. The customer service is always great as well.

I went in March and bought 12 Orange Rocket Barberrys. They were dormant at the time. One of the workers there picked them out and loaded them for me. I had no idea that some of them were dead but the worker should have been able to tell this after talking to other nurseries. They all looked dead at that time. I paid full price for the plants and they were $24.95 each. The total was well over $300 after taxes. Four of them never got any leaves on them. They were completely dead. One had only a small sprig of leaves and still is not doing good! I talked to the owner and he said they don’t warranty our plants. I ask even if they were dormant when purchased and he said yes. I could never recommend this place! Even Lowe’s and Home Depot warranty their plants! If a place of their caliber can feel okay knowing they ripped off a single woman that lives on one income of over $100, then I can live with it too! What goes around; comes around!

Went to Warren Nursery in Moody today to look for a Butterfly Bush. I have a grape colored one and I wanted a white to go with it. I had O. Z. to help me locate it and found one that was already 4ft tall and only $20 - and thats a bargain !! Ended up getting-2- hanging baskets also!! I love Warrens, they really take care of their plants. Its my go t place for anything I want to put in my yard.

Today was my first time visiting Warren Family Garden Center and all I can say is I wish I had stopped in sooner!! The atmosphere was unique and whimsical. They had such a great selection and everything was so thoughtfully laid out. I just wish I had more time to have spent there and an endless gardening budget!

Everyone that works here is so sweet and helpful. Their verity of plants in fantasy. They’re all beautiful. The woman that rang me up was super engaging and could not have been sweeter. I forgot her name but I believe it started with an “S”. If I lived closer Warren Family Nursery would be the only place I would get all my plant needs from.

I have found a new favorite nursery. Warrens has an amazing selection of house plants, and outdoor plants. Their prices are super fair. This place will definitely be a more regular stop for me when Im going on my plant searches.

Such an amazing nursery with all sorts of varieties! I found my Swiss Cheese and String of Pearls! Winter was extremely helpful and super sweet! Customer service is AMAZING and I was asked by different employees if I needed help finding anything. I will definitely be back!

One of the best places for variety of garden plants Ive been to.. and thats saying a lot since Ive been to numerous garden centers and nurseries across several states.The day I was there was on a weekend at the beginning of spring so that probably plays a lot in my experience but the parking and checkout was slightly inadequate for the amount of people there and the only reason I rated a 4 instead of 5 stars.

Been going there in past. It see someone else also noted public health issue with masks. Even though most of the employees were outside the ones inside rarely if ever wore masks over the past year and last summer as well.

Their selection is vast and the gift store is alright. Not quite to the young hip taste. Definitely worth stopping by to view all the unique plants. Pricing seems a bit high but its always nice to support local businesses.

Simply the best place to buy plants and yard art. It is pricey for sure but oh so much fun to walk and dream of all sorts of yards. There is something for everyone. And the staff...top of the line helpful if needed.

I visited you today 1/23/21, and I walked around your store for roughly ten minutes and not one employee greeted me or asked if they could assist me with anything. Two young ladies stood behind the counter talking with a young male employee. The item I wanted to purchase was returned to the shelf and I left your store. I will not spend my hard-earned money in any store where I can not be acknowledged with a simple hello.

Great plants but no regard for public safety..... openly defies masking mandate during pandemic...... I haven’t been back in a while since my last negative experience and will not return. Customer service is lacking greatly..... overall poor experience. Very disappointed but other great nurseries to choose from.

They had a nice selection of outdoor plants and A LOT of houseplants. I was really impressed with the selection of houseplants. The prices are decent too. The place is really big. The clerks were nice and they had a Mississippi State statue behind the counter. Hail State!

I spent $800-900 at this nursery and was very satisfied with the plants I purchased. But when I got home and unloaded them I discovered mealy bugs in the Australian tree fern and the stag horn fern. I immediately called the nursery and asked to return or exchange them and was told no, all sales final. No matter if they were infested with pests, still a very firm no. I have 160+ houseplants so I can not have mealy bugs in my home and risk spreading them so I was out the $300 I spent on just those 2 plants.

Such a life-filled place. Fantastic to have some normalcy, and though Ive been there many times, they had merchandize Ive never seen stocked before. Definitely a great place to walk around, appreciate life and outdoors, as well as their greenhouses. Lovely place to de-stress and bring some of that de-stress home with you!

I love coming to this place. The people are friendly and I rarely go away empty handed. I appreciate that there is a wide variety of things to look at and choose from and pictures do not do it justice.

I only wish they could have been kinder with better customer service to get the plant I needed at closing. Nice-nasty and impatient. But over all thats commonly expected in the south in some non-minority ran places . I came to spend money on plants and give a review. But this review wont hurt their growing successful business. Very sad to leave my favorite nursery with no plants. Did not notice the time and went to the checkout counter at 615. The cashier was counting down her drawer and refused to sell me the 3 plants I had chosen. It’s very disappointing to meticulously choose your plants and then have the sell of them refused. I understand I was late coming to the counter, but there were other people around as well as workers on golf carts who saw me picking up plants, pushing a cart and making my way to the cashier. I’ve worked in customer service for 12 years so this type of behavior leaves a lasting impression on me and on a business reputation. Hoping this issue will be further resolved as I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this business and went in quickly for a little “treat” and have now left with none.

This is the best place around for Christmas Trees and many other things.All I can say is this place is being managed professionally.Top,notch and grade A+ Class.Clean, well kept.Had a great experience getting our tree.Me and the Wife left with a true Christmas experience.Will,be going their from now on for all my Nature loving needs.5 stars easy.....

I took my six month old (dressed in his pumpkin costume) here to take fall pictures and we had a great day! They had haystacks, beautiful mums, brightly colored pumpkins and gourds all over the place so it was a perfect backdrop. Everyone that worked there walked by and commented how cute my baby was and they could not have been more friendly. I didnt buy anything but we definitely will be back to purchase some plants in the future. They had a huge selection of beautiful flowers, trees, house plants, succulents, you name it! Walking through their green houses was especially peaceful and every staff member we came across was so nice and welcoming. We love Warrens Family Nursery and will definitely be back!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! Went this past weekend and purchased 2 ferns and several other plants. Loved the place. Went back to purchase another fern ...the same identical one I purchased on over the weekend. The price was 10.99 which was a sale price. I was told the price was wrong and I didnt get it for that price. I said yes it was and could provide a receipt. I was told I would NOT be given this one at this price. After explaining that even though it may have been their mistake the price should be honored regardless. They refused so therefore they missed out on more business. The gentleman there was extremely rude and I told them it was poor business. I do truly understand human error but to not honor the price and be exceptionally rude was completely uncalled for. WILL NOT PATRON THIS BUSINESS AGAIN! Made sure they knew I would post this for others to know!

We have been to Warren’s a few times and been pleased. Our last purchase was a Leyland Cypress that despite our best efforts did not make it. My husband went by and showed them a picture of our dead plant. He was told that they do not guarantee their plants. This cost us $49.99. Thankfully, the shrubs that we bought last year lived and thrived.

Was ignored poor customer service took my business to Andys they even came to my home in south avondale.

Breathtaking, lovely, spectacular and surprisingly affordable. You could easily spend a full day. Unlike some nurseries most of their product is grown on site. And they have a rewards program. If you are a plant lover, this is the place for you!!!

As a business owner myself I was very surprised that someone would be so rude. I called a few weeks ago asked the young lady that answered the phone if they sold wholesale to florist. She was unable to answer that question at the time but however called me the next morning to let me know they did. I would just need to bring my tax information and a business card. I went by today to only be told no, that they do not and that I was probably told that over the phone when I called. The gentleman was very rude to me. Not what I was expecting. However he did mention they would sell to me at a discount, after him being so rude I would not do business with him.
