Bought some pants 50% off. Sizing was strange in this brand, and is already bought one size bigger than needed. Turns out there were still too small. Went to exchange them (NOT RETURN THEM) and was told it was final sale if it was 50% or above, but if it was bc 40% off or less then I could exchange. What a load of garbage. If that’s the case, then put signs up that say FINAL SALE. What a rip off.Not to mention we’ve been to three different locations in the last week and none of them carry the items we’re looking for.

Sales associates very nice and friendly. Store was clean and they had exactly what I was looking for along with some great sales.

We were looking for Kona shoes. The sales associate told my wife she would have to order what she wanted offline and immediately began helping someone else. In my eyes of retail service that was rude. I have worked retail 30+ years in several different settings and I can say that would have been unacceptable at any other them. We had traveled almost 2 hours to shop at the center. I dare say that we will not be visiting this location again.

I Bought A pair of Shoes there, Didnt notice until a few days later of a small place on the shoe, I called and talked to management and he and his Staff was so Pleasant about handling the Problem.

Love the staff and patagonia

Staff was rude, acted like it was a bother to assist my husband and I with getting correct sizes of shoes to try on. The employee even said maybe you should just order online If I had wanted to order online, I wouldnt have been in the store.

The staff was extremely helpful and polite. They seem to really have fun at their job! I came in looking for some Christmas gifts, and ended up with everyone checked off the list! Recommend.

Really enjoyed this store. They have a great selection of outdoor wear and various equipment. It can be a little on the pricey side, but good quality clothing and accessories. Definitely worth checking out.

Neat little local shop, geared for the hiking/biking/kayaking/camping individual. They carry mens and womens clothes, shoes and accessories as well as gear. At this particular store, it seems the employees would rather hang out and talk with each other than help customers. Now, if you ask a question, they are quick to help, but theyre not looking to help on their own. This has been my experience the half dozen times Ive been in the store.

My daughter and I visited the shops for Memorial Day Weekend and were pleasantly surprised at the service as we made our way through this store. Friendly greetings and warm smiles were present for our entire visit. Two boys working in the shoe area, Jamison and Zack, were very helpful in fitting my daughter into a pair of both Birkenstocks and Chacos. Both were very knowledgeable and extremely kind, even though they were juggling multiple customers! This service was not present throughout my day at the mall but I am glad that at least one store is still focused on the customers.

Meridth was outstanding and Zach really helped 10/10! Will definitely come again.

This is not an “outlet” just a regular store. Was hoping for more markdowns and clearance.

Not the first time Ive been, picked up three pairs of socks one pair had a hole in them and brought back and the guy was kind enough to let me exchange them, Ive bought shoes from them and some other clothing from them, always been a good experience.
