I recently moved to Leeds and have had to visit the pharmacy 4 times now getting new medications filled. Each time the pharmacist and techs have gone above and beyond to help me. These people truly care about helping their customers. It’s nice to see people who still offer excellence in customer service these days.

Jigna was absolutely wonderful to take the time to talk with my wife and I regarding the issue with my mothers prescription. She took the time to mention it wasn’t covered under her insurance. But, with her help we were able to verify it was just a simple issue of not having her insurance information in their system. Jigna helped us so much and this helped us realize the other Wal-Mart pharmacy in Jasper actually charged her out of pocket cost without even so much of a mention of no insurance. Brian was so helpful as well. Even though my mother and father live far away from this location I want to transfer all their prescriptions here. Jigna is an ideal trainer for Walmart Pharmacy for customer satisfaction.

Pharmacy is really more reliable than the Crestwood Store Location.

I turned in a prescription early (almost two weeks) to make sure they had time to process it and to make sure they ordered it and had it in stock. Of course on the day I go to pick it up, like we had discussed, they did not have it ready or in stock. When I dropped it off I specifically asked if it would be ready and in stock when I come back in a week and a half. She said yes it would be. Nope. Complete waste of my time.

Pharmacy hours for tonight say they close at 9 hut when I called before 9, theyd already closed. All I had was a question, not like I expected them to stsy open for me.

Was told prescription was going being in twice already still was never in they wouldn’t answer phone kept trying figure out what was going on wasted gas driving back forth because was told one thing then get there and nothing in once again ty make me wait a other hour pick up witch would have drive back up there again very poor Customer service skills and highly disappointed with there service .

There seems to be a line every time I go. Which frankly havent in over a year. I go somewhere else, as insurance actually cheaper at CVS.Also trying to get away from Walmart! They not always best deal!
