I highly recommend this Kay’s. I usually go to the Galleria Mall but they were so pushy on making a sale that they not listen to me on what I was looking for. My fiancé and I drove to the outlet mall and met Victoria. She was our sales woman and she’s very professional and takes pride in her work. She took her time looking for the perfect match and helped us picked an amazing band to go with my ring. I went to go pick up the band tonight and she remembered us and asked if all was well with a smile on her face behind the mask. Victoria seems like a kind soul woman who knows what you’re looking for and gives her honest opinion about the jewelry. Thank you again Victoria and I will be back at this location for future purchases.

I was here about a week ago and the staff was friendly. I came in to get my cleaning and inspection done, I talk to one lady and told her Ill be back but when I came back in and another lady help. She was awesome and knew her stuff. Upon checking out I remembered that one girl who I told I world come back. I hope they shared the commission. She was a short older black lady and was very informative. Cant stop thinking about her. Hope all is well

I purchased a $90 necklace last Thursday for my diamond (necklace)at the Kay Jewelers at Grand River Outlet Mall in Leeds, AL.I was asked if I wanted to purchase a warranty; I declined. Little did I know that 3 days later it was going to break and my diamond fell off.Luckily I was able to retrieve my diamond.When I phoned the store to ask about returning, I was informed that since I didn’t pay for the warranty they would not replace.One would think that a jewelry store such as Kay Jewelers would give better customer service.I have purchased several diamond rings, pearl sets and necklaces, but I will not be purchasing anything else from them.Terrible customer service; cheap/low quality jewelry (chain).Very disappointed!!!!Although I will say the girl that helped me was very kind. (Victoria ).Oh, and I will be calling corporate.

I came in, and was immediately attended to. Ive had my band for quite some time, just needed to complete my set. :) I forgot her name, due to my excitement.. but my sales rep was so nice and friendly!! I love how she expresses her excitement for you and looks for exactly what youre looking for. I cant wait to come back and get this beauty cleaned. Great experience, Adrian helped us and was very kind and patient. She was able to pinpoint my taste and gave us lots of information on the jewelry and process. She also got us everything we wanted within our price range. Comfortable and easy process, definitely recommend coming here. Ask for Adrian, she is very knowledgeable and kind.

I go in every six months for my rings to be cleaned and inspected per the insurance and warranty and the staff are always super welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Started using this location after they closed the one at Brookwood Village. The staff are very kind and helpful and always do an excellent job with my warranty inspections and cleanings.
