I’ve had a great experience working with The Guest Room. I’ve been a client there since 2014. We’ve purchased furniture and other items got our home from them, as well as used their design services to have things made and recovered. All of it was done with impeccable detail and professionalism. We’ve found all of the people and services they use exactly the same: conscientious and professional. If there was the very rare issue with something (like a part missing or something not working quite right), it is fixed swiftly and smoothly. I’d HIGHLY recommend them.

The guest room is the absolute best. I bought many items for a new home here and the staff was always so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The customer service at The Guest Room is terrible. There is a lack of follow up (we’ve had to call repeatedly for order updates, and they never followed up with us on an item we asked them to order), and the owner is incredibly rude and condescending in her communications. Overall, pretty disappointing experience and won’t be shopping with them in the future.

Always a pleasant experience. They give you distance to shop, but sure are helpful when you are ready.
