My salesperson Mike was very helpful. He was patient and dealt with my anxiety problems in trying to find a vehicle that fit my needs. Worked with me for almost 10 days and finally we got exactly what I wanted. Some dealers are charging a crazy amount of markup. That is not happening at Dulles. All the staff was patient with me. And since I like to talk a lot that was impressive. Highly suggest going and checking it out. They also seem to have the best new car inventory in the northern Virginia area for Chrysler vehicles.
Just wrapped-up a second new vehicle purchase here within about a year. Sales Manager is a great guy and does the best he can without being pushy. The whole thing is a night-and-day difference from most dealerships in the area. Definitely give these folks a look if shopping for a new ride!

I have never had a better experience as a customer than I have had with Dulles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and their customer care in the sales and service department. There has not been a moment in my experience where all my questions were not answered and all my needs fulfilled to the best that their customer care, sales, and service department could. I worked with Dianna and Angela when servicing and receiving my purchased vehicle and could not have been happier. I received regular updates about my vehicle and even received a rental vehicle for my upcoming vacation while my vehicle was being serviced. I was specifically pleased with all the help I received from Angela and Diana. These two representatives were among the most respectful and helpful people I have ever dealt with. I felt that they took special care and did everything they could to provide me with the best service possible. Not once was a call missed by them was not returned within that day. I have three vehicles, all are serviced at Dulles Motorcars, and have been since 1997. This service was no different than any in the past. I had an appointment and work on my car was started a few minuted before the actual service start time. I waited in the waiting room, which was clean, quiet and a TV ran at a sound level that was audible but not loud enough to overcome a casual conversation between waiting customers. Several times my Service Manager stopped in to inform me on the progress and in short order he came in to tell me the service was done. On my way to pay I saw my mechanic, Jeremy, who is a consummate professional and the only service tech who normally handles all three of my cars. We had a short chat and I was on my way. My Service Manager found a valid coupon that I was able to use to save some money on the service this day.For me personally, Dulles Motorcars has consistently been great with service, I never feel they are making extra money on me and they treat me exceedingly well and with consideration. This will be my GO TO service center for as long as I am treated as I have been.
This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I did searches for a new Ram Big Horn truck with specific options through multiple platforms. Dulles CDJR had the best price. I asked for the best out the door price over email which I ended up accepting (it was thousands less than anyone else). I rented a car to drive the 3 hours to pick up the truck. It only took about 2 hours from the time I got there to finalize all the paperwork and be back on the road back home. Every step of the process was smooth, efficient, and painless.

A great salesman at another location referred me to David Black as he knew he would do his best to work with me and figure out how to help me trade in my Jeep and get me into a work van. I stopped in and David set me up with JC to get started and take me through the process. JC was easy to work with and helped me through the process. Do to some unforeseen circumstances on my end I wasn’t able to purchase or trade my Jeep in. However, they were on top of my situation and worked wonders to try and make my deal work. I appreciated all the extensive time, effort and energy they put into working with me. I would highly recommend working with them. Looked/Seemed like the entire team was on the same page in reference to working with clients. Definitely a place you want to do a deal with if the opportunity comes up!
I purchased my vehicle during the pandemic, however there is still no excuse for the lack of service or communication! I purchased my vehicle June of 2020 (timeline is important), the process wasn’t very long and my sales person was pleasant. I paid the dealership to get my title and tags done for me. I was told that my tags would come in the mail, and it may take a while since the DMV’s were closed at the time. Fast forward to August, my tags are now expired and I contacted the dealership to see where the new ones were. I was told that the DMV is backed up and it may take some time. I request for new paper tags and was told that they would be mailed to me. Still to this day I have not received the paper tags !!! So I’m driving around with expired tags. Now we are in November, I receive a call from the finance department (I think) and I’m told that the tags have not been ordered because I have to get a MD state inspection! Why wasn’t this told you me from the beginning ? I called the dealership for months and was told that the tags were coming! So, Take my car to get inspected and it fails the inspection, and have 3 items that have to be fixed on the car. Since I didn’t get my car to pass the inspection in a timely manner (it cost up to $700 to get the items serviced), they ended up sending me the money back for the tags and told me I had to do it myself ! As if it’s my fault, when I was not told originally that I had to get the car inspected! My first time buying a car from the dealership and it will definitely be my last buying it from this particular one . The lack of communication and the misinformation I received was ridiculous! Cost me hundreds to get my car up to date and not even a sorry from this dealership. Just ridiculous.

I leased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Dulles. The day after getting home with my new vehicle, I noticed buffer burn to the back quarter panels of my jeep and on my hood. I contacted the dealership and was told to bring it in for pictures but there was no guarantee it would be covered and that it was not their fault. I brought it in and no one ever called me back. That was 2 years ago and no one will return my phone calls. Iv recently called for service due to a rattling in my sunroof and was told they would not give me a loaner for this and that I would have to pay for a rental so I took my jeep elsewhere to be repaired. I was also promised free inspections but there is always a full day wait. I have had nothing but terrible experiences with them and will never do business with them again.
Check engine light came on from my trip home from the beach last weekend. Called in to schedule an appointment. Talked with Matt over the phone and was able to get me in the following day. Got it taken care of that same day and was happy with my overall experience. Will be coming here for future services and repairs.

Anytime I have an issue with my vehicle I just call up Diane and she gets me taken care of, normally the same day which you cannot beat. Worse experience ever.. buyers beware...Dealership failed to process my loan for 3 plus months. Causing me to have to re apply for a loan. My interest rate ending up being more on the second loan causing me to lose money. They had multiple issues with registering vehicle in DC like promised, causing me to have to register in Texas. They submitted to the bank a contract that they had forged my signature on. Spoke to everyone one from the sales manager to finance manager to the GM. All lied to me during my process. If it wasnt for me being deployed, I would have turned the car back in. No one ever tired to make it right by me. Never received a Jeep survey either.Contacted Ms Angela Olah less than an hour after she left her comment but no one picked up so I left a message, but just like like the dealerships dealing it was all talk. Buyers beware.
Customer service like none other! We live out of state and we were having trouble finding the perfect vehicle in our area. I came across Dulles website, found the perfect car, and was talking to Mike in minutes. No only did we get a fair price, it was totally painless. Two days, and 250 miles later, Mike delivered our new car right to our driveway. I won’t hesitate to recommend, or use this dealership in the future!

I had not intended to offer a review but since I have received 2 unsolicited emails asking for one, here ya go.I took my 2006 Dakota in for a water leak on the driver side floor. It had to be on a Wednesday because thats when the water specialist was in. By noon I was told they could not find the leak and even if they did, they could not repair it because parts were no longer being made and they had to use OEM parts at the dealership. To me that translated to we did nothing. They did provide the number for someone close to the dealership that had a special set up to detect water leaks. Turns out it was a shop in Haymarket that did auto interiors and his special equipment was a garden hose. Nice guy and we chatted but it wasnt his type of job.After a period of frustration I took the interior door molding off, lifted the carpet and found where the water was entering the cab. I then removed the windshield wipers and the wiper cowl. The cowl has a seal running the length of it which, after 15 years, had dry rotted away. I got $10 worth of seal material at an auto parts store, fashioned a new seal, put the cowl back on and no more water in the cab. So why couldnt Dulles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram take those few steps? It just reinforces my we did nothing suspicion.So there you are, 1 star. It would have been 0 stars for 0 work but thats not permitted.

I had my Ram 1500 in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had requested someone to give me a quote to buy my truck. While I was there I also received a cold call from someone in sales to asked if I was interested in trading the truck in for an new vehicle. I said no, but I was interested in having them buy the truck outright. He never retuned my call, nor did anyone give me a quote from my request. I guess the used market is not as hot as we have been told.
Bought a 2017 Jeep Rubicon 6 months ago. Pre-certified, mind you. Two months ago had brake issues that was quoted me $1,200 to fix. Most recently, huge oil leak. Pre-certified means nothing. Oh and the service manager never called me back. Very disappointed!!
Wow. 5 stars all the way. That’s all I can say. Prior to shopping at Dulles Motorcars- Leesburg, I called three other dealerships and visited 2 dealerships in person. The other dealerships advertised the Jeep Grand Cherokee L- Overland with $2500 discounts online- but in the end I was not qualified for any of the rebates. Dulles Motorcars- Leesburg is a lot further from my house yet they were offering $4500 dealer discount online. I called the dealership because honestly at this point it was too good to be true. Yes, they were offering the $4500 dealer discount. Also, Dulles Motorcars- Leesburg was not adding an additional mark up on the sticker price (the majority of dealerships in the area are adding anywhere from $2500-$10,000 extra on top of the sticker price due to the shortage of cars/ chips). As soon as I arrived to the dealership, Brandon Jackson approached me and knew exactly who I was. (Spoke to him earlier on the phone). He already had 2 Overlands and a Limited ready for me to look at. I picked out the car I wanted, test drove, and was ready to negotiate. I worked directly with David Black, the general sales manager. He offered me the best deal from the start (the numbers were $7500 lower than the two other dealerships I went to). David also matched the trade in value from car max and we were set. Liz from finance took care of us. She was so friendly, professional and took the time to get to know me. Found the best interest rates in just a matter of minutes! I was out of the dealership in about an hour. I worked with three amazing people. They promoted a high level of honesty, integrity, they were very communicative, and all around down to earth.I strongly recommend visiting this dealership if your looking for a vehicle. The sales team is very knowledgeable and professional and they really took the time to make sure you are happy and answer any questions you might have about your purchase. I felt absolutely no pressure from any of the team members. The whole experience was very inviting. I have been in sales for many years and this has by far been the easiest and smoothest car buying experience Ive had in a while! Throughout the time I was here I actually had a really enjoyable experience with the TEAM here. They really do work as a team. Above all I got a better deal than at any of the other dealers. Again, I HIGHLY recommend Dulles Motorcars! Easily hands down the very best experience I’ve had purchasing a new car. I received first class service all around.

I’ve never had good customer service at this location. I bought my jeep at the Warrenton location but live in Leesburg. Both times I’ve been to the Leesburg location they have tried to sell me on services I didn’t need but said it was “factory recommended.” I told them I read the owners manual and I wasn’t due for what they were telling me I needed and that seemed to make them lay off. The last time I was there I had a coupon for a free inspection that I was due for. I gave it to the associate as I checked in, apparently he did not add it so when I left after paying later on and realized I still got charged for it, I called them to have them refund me the amount. I got transferred several times with the last one leading me to a dial tone and a hang up. Still have not received the refund. Would rather drive an hour to a different location than to come back here.
The service department was so unhelpful when we were in a jam, it was surprising. We had a soft top that wouldn’t go up during a rainy week and instead of taking 10 minutes to look at it, the Service Manager told us that it would be a week before they could. Unfortunately, we will not be using them for service or buying another car from them after 10 years of doing business there. A good service department makes a dealership.

My salesman Abdel was very cool, very friendly and personable. He found the Jeep I wanted with the sky touch top. He even got the scratches I found on my Jeep buffed out, and made sure I had everything that was listed on my sticker.The only thing I didn’t like about my experience was the paperwork factor, after driving an hour back and forth, I sat for hours trying to wait on getting my paperwork done to take my Jeep home but ended up having to come back the next day because it was too late at night.
We came all the way from NY to purchase a vehicle from Abdel and would continue to make the drive from wherever we live because he made it hassle free from start to finish. No one likes car shopping and you typically leave with a bad feeling wondering if you made a bad decision but in this case we feel very happy and would absolutely go back for any of our future purchases. Very dishonest. Went to get my oil change and tires rotated and they told me they rotated my tires front to back, but I marked my front tire and it was never moved. They kept on sayinG that they rotated them, but when I ask why is this tire in the same spot they couldn’t come up with anything Then when I told them about it the lady gave me attitude about it. They didn’t even offer to take anything off of the price or offer anything. Won’t be back
Buyer beware!! They advertised a used truck, when you get there its a different engine with a salvage title. Salesperson admitted they knew the ad was wrong but didnt bother to change it. Seems like they use this ad to gain customers interest then try and sell something else. A complete waste of time. A reputable company would never sell any salvage titled vehicles.

So many negative things happened at this dealership but here are just a few: Salesman was AWOL after we agreed to buy the truck.. of course it took 3+ hours for the paperwork to be competed even though they claimed it would be done within an hour. Had to go back 4 times for one fix (they didnt trust me when I said the radio works). Also, dont trust their concierge service because its only good if youre within a few miles from their office... they will NOT tell you that. I love my RAM but this dealership has many, many opportunities to improve!
Very easy sales process with Cole for new Ram truck. After seeing a perfect truck build in transit on The ramtruck website, I called the dealer and spoke to Cole. Without going in to the dealership, Cole texted me a price quote with all charges included, I received a deposit link, and when the truck came in I paid exactly that price with no surprises. I saved $5k over another nova Ram truck dealer who was charging over msrp. I appreciated how smooth and fair the sales transaction was.The service dept was also great. I was told there was a recall issued impacting towing right after I picked up the truck. I call Saturday afternoon and without an appointment they squeezed me in and addressed the recall so I could tow the next Monday.I highly recommend Dulles Ram Jeep Dodge.
Dulles Chrysler initially misspelled my name on my car registration, and I had a specific issue with their sales team falsely claiming a vehicle came with a feature that I later identified that it did not. However, while it took some time to be corrected, their team has come through and fixed the car registration and provided a solution for the feature that was falsely claimed as well. I was initially very upset at my purchase there but it seems there is new management at the company that is turning things around. Good on them for helping out customers who struggled previously. 4 stars for correcting the problems, turn around from a one star review, all earned by Angela for helping me out.
I have been buying Jeeps and having them serviced at Dulles Jeep for more than twenty years. Our latest Jeep, a diesel, had a FCA recall that I received notices about for roughly a year, but the recall repair kits haven’t been available. Lynette, who is my current service advisor, has been awesome in tracking the recall kit down and working with me to get it schedule, which has now been completed. TBH, Lynette and her entire crew out at Dulles Jeep went beyond the call of duty and procured one of the first kits available. She made the entire process flawless, as has been all my service experiences at Dulles Jeep. The technicians are awesome and I have never had to take the car back for a faulty repair - kudos to the entire service department. All I can say is, if you are in the market for a Jeep, I can’t think of any other place to buy one. In addition, if you have a Jeep, and want the best service available in the DC Metro area, go to Dulles Jeep and ask for Lynette, she’ll treat you like family and take care of you and your vehicle. Dulles Jeep sets a very high bar for excellence; other dealers should emulate their business model.

We talked to JC about coming in and testing out a car and working out a deal, we scheduled an appointment with him at a certain time. Next thing you know, he calls us when we’re half way there about 8 minutes before the appointment and says he sold the car. We were so disappointed. Terrible customer service. Do not expect anything good out of these people.

This service department appears to be a training ground for novice mechanics. I brought my RAM 1500 in for service because it had a check engine light indicating a cylinder misfire. I had already purchased set of Bosch plugs for the truck, but after assessing the accessibility of the engine, decided to have it done here. They started by telling me that the Bosch plugs are prone to misfire and that I should buy the Mopar plugs which I reluctantly did. In addition, they mentioned that I was due for a 4 wheel drive tune-up. I got the truck back that evening, and it still had the check engine light on. I checked the code and it was still reporting an engine misfire, so I was basically sold OEM plugs and a 4 wheel drive service and they never fixed the original problem. I brought the vehicle back and after a day of looking into it, I was told I would need a new engine. They should have figured this out the first time the vehicle was brought in by properly diagnosing the problem and not upselling me on OEM pugs and 4 wheel drive service that I clearly dont need if my truck has a blown engine. Save yourself the aggravation and avoid this place.

The worst place ever. Please do not ever go to this place to do any type of business. This people are liars and crooks. Listen to me and save yourself some time, find somewhere else to take your car for service, I promise you ANYWHERE ELSE WILL BE BETTER THAN THIS PLACE. They don’t care about their customers at all and will just keep lying to your face over and over again. please do not ever go to this place.
I made an appointment for first thing in the morning and when I arrived it was a disorganized mess. When asking the staff for clarification on what you do, I received short kurt answers. Overall, as typical with northern Virginia, I found the staff to be rude and unhelpful.
Expensive and unproductive visit.I only wanted my left turning signal socket replaced and a VA inspection. After my 4 hr wait, I was charged $110 and told that I needed a new socket but they did not have the part in stock. They also failed the VA inspection for the left turning signal, brakes and rotor and right & left manifold exhaust which was a $4,000 estimate ($2,900 for the manifold exhaust) I ended up repairing all of the failed issues and took the vehicle to another VA inspection which passed. These guys are Crooks!
Once again the service department did not disappoint as they provided excellent customer support especially because of their outstanding customer service consultant, Scott Pugh. Well done! 👍👍
This was absolutely the worst experience I ever had buying a car. I bought my son a truck and wanted to finance a portion so my son would get credit. They told us everything was approved and in order but 3 months later we still didn’t have the financing done. Come to find out they pulled my credit a total of 8 times and then actually forged the paperwork to submit an application under my name to Bank of America 3 months later. I contacted Bank of America and reported the fraudulent application and they cleared it up but the inquiry still show us on my credit report. Stay away from these guys

Came here to Dulles Jeep in Leesburg and found them to be terrific!Visited all three (3) Jeep dealers in Richmond on Thursday to try and buy a Gladiator Rubicon. Couldn’t find helpful people at any, though we did find a car we liked. A customer picking up a car at the shop from one dealer suggested we go online as he’d found the same problem in Richmond.So we did.Found the same car online at Dulles Jeep! David returned my inquiry and offered me a terrific low price with no games. We made an appointment to go see it this morning. Found it was, in fact, the perfect car, so we decided to buy it. David introduced us to Imo and Grant, and they walked us through the entire process. Imo told me he’d have us out of there in an hour; he did! After he prepped out the whole sale, he turned us over to Nas, who gave us a great finance deal (0%) and let us go on our way. From appraisal of trade-in through the complete process to drive away in our new Gladiator, it was a fast transaction and we could not be happier! We drove our new car back to Richmond... all before lunch!My suggestion? Wherever you live, drive to Leesburg and save money with people who genuinely want your business!
My wife and I had a great experience with our purchase of a 2018 Honda Pilot. Rafi was awesome to work with. We showed up and wanted to see/test drive several vehicles and he immediately had them all ready to go for us to drive and look over. Each vehicle looked like they were well cared for and contained a folder with the car fax for us to look over. We were very happy with the experience all around. It was probably the best car buying experience that we have had. Highly recommend....ask for Rafi.
Dulles Chrysler is the most amazing car dealership in the world
Weve previously had positive experiences with the service department, but our recent repair gives us pause. Our Jeep was dropped off on 1/24 for warranty work and to check on another issue that required a costly repair. As of 2/23, we still do not have the vehicle. Granted, a chunk of the delay is due to waiting for parts and apparently bad weather leading to understaffing, but were disappointed that (a) the clutch repair was done incorrectly and the Jeep broke down on our way home. This required us to tow the Jeep back to the dealer (and we had to pay the towing overage out-of-pocket); (b) the state inspection we requested was not completed the first time we had the vehicle in the shop; and (b) we were told the Jeep would be delivered to our home on 2/17 and it has yet to arrive. We understand mistakes happen and that February weather is unpredictable, but were also baffled that our repairs have taken more than four weeks.
Yesterday, I contacted this dealership via online inquiry about a 2021 Jeep SRT that just arrived on their lot. Jonathan Ahn, Internet Manager emailed me claiming they would only sell this vehicle at MSRP plus a $995 “processing fee”. I replied good luck with that. This morning I received a general mail advertisement from the dealership reflecting an approximate $7300 discount on this exact same vehicle. How does such business practices exists or today’s business environment?
Friendly staff answered my question greatly and nice my car detail looked amazing and fixed my windshield fluid problem so thankful
Great dealership overall- very clean, organized, with well informed and respectful staff. The dealership has a great inventory and is willing to work with the customer to provide a fair deal. In addition to sales, I had a great interaction with the service department, in particular Lynne and Angela, who were very fantastic. As many of you know, there are many subpar dealerships in the DMV area, but this is not one of them. Highly recommend.

They took really good care of me. I was hesitant about purchasing a vehicle via online, but they made the process very smooth. Abdelil Bouydra was very nice to me, sent me a video of my vehicle when I requested it and made sure I knew my vehicle was being shipped by taking a picture for me. I would recommend him if you need to purchase a vehicle from this dealership.
Not a great experience overall... website doesnt share information with service advisors when scheduling and follow-ups arent completed until the end of the day when its too late to correct an issue caused by their scheduling system. And $50 to remove two simple brakelight covers to pass inspection? Come on... I will continue the hunt for a reputable family owned small business to perform service going forward.
First time getting a Jeep and thanks to Eli and Sony, I was not only able to get a Jeep Wrangler for a great price, I got the new Jeep Wrangler Eco Diesel. Love the vehicle and really appreciative of the customer service provided by the sales reps. Highly recommended and especially recommended to work with Eli or Sony.

2/10/21 The worst place for communication of their Internet sales people Johnny Kinney Will tell you how good they are and their the best around how they beat all dealerships with their inventory he will promise you the moon if you give him the information he asking for and present to him what you are looking for and promise to beat the other dealers prices by what they have on their lot once you give this to him he let you know their price is lower But he can beat it give him the options that youre looking for and he will take care of you I tried that with 4 Vehicles they had What I got was oh I need to hunt other dealers to be able to give you what your asking for if I wanted someone to hunt other dealers I would have asked them I had already done so needless to say he couldnt do anything stay away from these people youll get nothing but wasted time
This dealer has cars on their website that are not available to buy, so I deducted a star, but their team is top notch. Jordan was a terrific salesman, and helped me with the process.

Had a problem with engine oil leaking. Leesburg Dodge quickly found the problem which was due to an aftermarket oil filter. Christie was great as was the tech Jackson who showed me the problem as the service manager looked on. I was impressed by attention to detail and greatful for the hands on explanation. My public apology to Christie for losing my cool for a moment over the phone and KUDOS to the staff at Leesburg Dodge! Thanks again!

Purchased a Jeep Gladiator, Overland trim level in December 2019, the 7th vehicle we have bought at Dulles since 1998. Sales consultant, Mike Wright, was most helpful. The Gladiator has several trim levels and is still relatively new to the market. Mike and the the crew live and breathe all things Jeep. Five months later, I couldnt be happier. Service dept. is a primary reason we continue to buy from Dulles. Excellent, always looking out for us and for ways to keep maintenance up to date without mortally wounding the budget. They pointed out a something they didnt like about the rear drive subsystem shortly after delivery. They chased it down, changed one part, still werent satisfied, and then insisted on diving into the Dana axle assembly. Dropped off the Gladiator, got a free loaner Jeep to play with for a day, and everybody was happy with the Gladiator--no charge. Im good. Oh, I DIDNT take the loaner Jeep out on a trail but I sure WANT TO.
Great people and great service. They really make bringing my charger in for maintenance simple and easy. My go to for dodge service and repair.
The salesman was ok but not helpful after we bought the car. I’m very disappointed with this dealership. I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler there over 3 months ago. I’m still waiting for my tags. I keep calling and calling and no one returns my call. My daughter was stopped twice by the police and got a ticket for expired tags. When I contacted the dealership he suggested to call Monday. NO one at the dealership cares or is concern about my tags. I would not recommend Dulles Jeep to anybody. I’m also submitting a claim with the better business bureau.

I purchased a lease 2 yrs ago. Some of the free options given to me were safety and state inspections as well as 4 free oil changes.When I brought my vehicle in for the safety and state inspection last month, and was charged for the inspections, I was told yeah, we stopped the free inspections about a year ago.I just received a letter that my free oil changes are expiring at the end of this month. In reviewing my contract, I see that not only did I pay $1800 for the free oil changes, but they are only good for 24 months.I attempted to read all the fine print when I signed my lease, but the service manager rushed me and said he would explain each item for me because it was getting close to 10:30pm, and they had already closed.Not only did he never explain that I was paying $1800 for free oil changes for 2 years, he could see I was scrutinizing the contract and made every attempt to make sure I didnt read that portion. I would have NEVER agree to pay $1800 for what I was told was free, not to mention agree to 24 months rather than the life of my lease.I see very sneaky, deceiving sales work here. I will NEVER, EVER purchase another vehicle from your dealership, nor recommend your dealership. You people should be ashamed of how dishonest you are and how you rip people off.
We recently purchased a Jeep Gladiator from Dulles. We had an exceptional experience from start to end. Our salesman Sulli was excellent and patient with us and the finance team was quick and efficient! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep.
My husband and I have been a part of the Chrysler family for about 10 years now. We have absolutely loved all of our Chrysler vehicles but on many occasions have considered moving away from the Chrysler brand, due to the numerous customer service related issues from the authorized Chrysler Service Departments in the Washington Metropolitan Area, and believe me we have been to every authorized Chrysler Service Department within a 75 mile radius of our home. Then we stumbled across Dulles Chrysler Jeep and Dodge Service Department a couple of years ago, from the moment we walked in the door we felt at home. The pleasant laid back atmosphere of the team (business suits not required) made us feel like a part of their family – from our furry four legged buddy greeting us at the front door, to the warm and caring smile from our service advisor, to Diane the bubbly service manager that is always out on the floor, offering assistance with a smile not only to her customers but to her team, which has always impressed us most all. Let me tell you, this lady’s name should be changed from Diane to “Superb Customer Service”. She always offers to drive us to the nearby shopping centers or area attractions, while we wait on our vehicle to be serviced. She definitely leads by example. Brittany, the Warranty Manager is nothing short of a pure blessing, she is always so personable and accommodating. She always remembers us by name, quick to address all of our concerns and goes beyond the call of duty to assist us with any situation that may arise. It takes a lot to impress me and these two professionals have successfully accomplished this task. We drive almost 100 miles roundtrip from our home to Chrysler Jeep and Dodge Service Department and it is definitely a pleasure when you are receiving superior customer service from a team of professionals that make you feel so warm inside. We always leave the service department with a smile on our face and feeling of being appreciated.
Gave it a 1 star as there is nothing lower than that. Don’t ever come to this dealer. It is the worse ever! Regret coming to waste my time here. Angela (from customer service) Dawn and Katie (from tag services) will make your life a living hell. They’re super behind on everything and threat to not give “more” temporary tags due to issues caused by them at the MVA/DMV. They don’t deserve anyone’s business.

Best experience ever! Had a small scratch that happened from a shopping cart hitting my vehicle two days after I bought it 😢 the service and sales team was incredible!!!! Not only did they cover the repair, they provided a Rental at no charge! This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Dulles motor cars, and couldn’t be happier with the level of service this team provides. I spoke to my salesman for 1.5 weeks about a NEW 2016 Challenger RT and advised him very early I live in Richmond VA. The salesman would send me random texts about price drops saying to check online but the price never actually dropped. Eventually I decided to drive from Richmond to checkout the NEW car and to my surprise it was a managers demo with 2,500 miles! When I walked around the car the R/T decals were pealing off, mud/dirt up the rear quarter panels, dirt/rocks in the trunk and floor boards, and the front end was covered in bugs. I told the salesman I was coming from Richmond so they had plenty of time to prep the car. The car was marked at $33k and they wouldnt budge on price given the cars conndition. They also tried to offer me lower than the KBB trade-in certificate supplied via their website. To top things off they let their big rig block me in while they loaded cars for 45min. As if that werent enough they tried to get me to drive over two curbs in my low clearance car so I could leave.To warn other customers this is the white 2016 Challenger R/T Classic 6 speed with vin ending in 4969. Stay away from this place!
