The service was supposed to be opened yintil 5:00 PM.However, my wife and I got there ar 4:15 and were told that everyone was gone. We called ahead of time and drove 30 miles only told to come back tomorrow.So I think I will use another dealership like Bill Bryant. My wife took 2017 Expedition in for the Extreme Detailing for $200. She brought it home and the job was terrible.Old bug residue still on headlights.Hood gritty with little black and red spots.Dirt around the hatch and license plate area.Roof had all kinds of white and black stains.Interior door panels and sills still had scuff marks.Muddy area on passenger front running board never cleaned.Leaves under front passenger mat.Took it back, service person/manager we were told would see us was the detailer. After showing him headlights, he said we must have driven through bugs on way to dealership -- no fresh stuff and nothing anywhere else on front, what a miracle.Said I was lying about leaves under mat, must have blown in the car.Said he would clean the dirty rear areas, not the running boards because you dont want me remove the color do you?Also wouldnt do the scuffs on door panels and sills because thats not detailing.Unfortunately for Plaza, another employee came over andwitnessed the conversation, his only comment was about how the roof leaks over the service area and that must be where the stuff on the roof and hood came from.After the detailer called me a liar over the leaves and headlights, that was it, my wife made us leave before it got worse.Never dealing with Plaza agin after previous interaction were OK, but not now.
Our salesman Jay couldn’t have tried harder to make our buying experience easy and enjoyable. He was able to get the vehicle we wanted from another dealership and delivered it to our house the next day. He spent over an hour explaining the features and setting the personal adjustments to our liking. We haven’t encountered a car salesman before with his knowledge and passion for the business.

We had purchased a Nautilus last August, did not like it because of the noisy turbo engine. The car sounded like a cheap bathroom exhaust fan. We got a call from Tony the General Manager to ask about something else, we told him that we didn’t like the car because of how noisy it was. He recommended us coming on to talk to him about maybe trading it in. He introduced us to Gaige, who would be our salesman. We drove a 2021 Nautilus with hopes that maybe Lincoln did something to make it quieter, NOPE! So we looked at an Aviator, it had the turbo engines but once at cruising speed it got very quiet in the cab. Well, we bought one, really like it.

Everyone at Plaza Lincoln has, for 15 years, ever since Ive owned my Town Car, been totally upfront and honest with me. I never have to worry that I would have to bring the car back, everything is always done right. I feel I could take my Lincoln anywhere, any time, without worry, any day of the year. Its now 17 years old and no other mechanics have ever maintained it. I would not trust it to anyone else.

I want to start off by saying I had a great experience with Plaza Lincoln. I had a somewhat unique situation in that I was visiting from Ohio. Plaza happened to have a pre-owned car that I was trying to track down for some time. I scheduled an appointment to look at the car and was greeted by Mitchell. Mitchell was great from the beginning. Never overstepped and I never felt the hard press Im used to when buying or leasing. Honestly I love cars, but hate the process of buying. In this instance I could not have been happier. I was given space when I needed to make a decision and when I had follow-up questions Mitchell was always quick to respond. Once I purchased the car I found a transporter to pick it up at the dealership and deliver to Ohio. Again Mitchell stepped in and made sure the pickup was seamless. I would definitely recommend Mitchel and Plaza Lincoln.

And just like several others have already mentioned in their reviews, it really is a different atmosphere visiting this dealership. They set the bar and make the car buying experience as smooth as possible.I worked with Gaige. He showed me several options, allowed me to do a test drive and answered all of my questions. I never once felt pressured to make a decision. When I had to leave for another appointment, he gave me his personal cell number and offered to send me additional information and even pictures if I wanted them. When I wanted to return to the dealership, he was quick to respond and assist me as I narrowed my options down. Hands down the best car salesperson I have ever worked with. Have been to other Lincoln dealers, that cared more about customer service. Even for routine service, the service writer kept me up to date as to the work progress. Also before allowing the vehicle to leave the dealership, the service writer personally double checked the air pressure in the tires, and other visible results of service. The vehicle was returned with air pressure in all four tires 4psi above Lincolns recommendation as posted in the driver door frame.
We had the best experience buying our preowned Lincoln MKX. Our salesman Gaige was great. He even connected our cell phones for us. We have already given his name and number to my daughters coworker who looked at my car and wants one.
I purchased a climate control panel and asked for an estimate for installation from the assistant service manager. He told me it would take 2.5 hours at a cost of $350.00. I performed the installation myself because I could not afford another $350.00. I finished the repair in 15 minutes. The assistant manager is either incompetent or falsely padding repair times. Trust is necessary in every business but it is absolutely necessary in the vehicle repair industry. I gave 2 stars because everyone else was very friendly and seemed sincere. Plaza Lincoln is going to have to work on the trust issue before I return for any service.

My experience at Lincoln Plaza was a very good one. The Sales Associate, Mitchel Smith was very professional and eager to obtain a vehicke that would serve my needs. Upon selecting a vehicle of my choice, he spent time to acquaint me the new electronics. I was completely satisfied.
I was here for paint repair, after someone scratched the rear quarter panel on my MKZ. During the entire estimate appointment everything went great, they communicated all options and prices. After deciding exactly what I wanted to do moving forward I made an appointment to drop my car off on a Monday. I was told 3 possibly 4 days depending on if anything went wrong. Well it must have went wrong, because it took five days. On day 3 I called and spoke with the manager in the body shop, and he told me he would keep me updated. He never called me again. I finally get told I can pick up my car, 2 days later than estimated, and with no reasoning why until I had to pay. Upon picking up my car Im told there was a problem with matching my cars color, so they called in a Lincoln paint tech. Again, this wasnt communicated until I picked up my car. The work is good, two days into it. But, communication was terrible, and this cost me extra money renting a car. For this reason I would not recommend this body shop, as it fails to meet Plaza Lincoln standards.

The dealership has an insurance from Allstate for $259 that adds an additional $3000 over what your current insurance company pays in the event your car is stolen. It is good for 36 months. Not convinced that I really needed this but paid for it anyway.
Plaza Lincoln swiftly notified me of a recall. They provided a beautiful loaner while tending to the recall issue and performing the annual automotive checkup. My Corsair was returned to me the next day freshly washed and vacuumed and feeling like a new vehicle. Best of all - my Lincoln Rewards Points paid for everything!
Very positive experience at Plaza Lincoln on our new Nautilus lease. Scott McCarty was very attentive, ery knowledgeable and work with us on a very reasonable deal. In fact, we were not expecting to early-terminate lease on the 2018 MKX but in the end did. He went as far as personally deliver the vehicle to our home in Clermont.

I brought my vehicle in for a factory recall. I had an appointment to do so. Everything went smoothly and I was on my way before 11 am.Normally I dislike taking any of my vehicles to any dealership. They check me in and send me to a waiting area. Then my vehicle disappears. I would really like to see what is happening and being done to MY vehicle. Supposedly I am not allowed to observe due to insurance regulations. That seems a weak excuse just to keep owners out of the way. And why do they let insurance companies tell them how to run their business? This is the main reason I do not bring my car to a dealer for service.
The Lincoln experience was very good except for the mix-up over my military discount. When I asked about it again and printing the certificate, the general manager said that he just put it in some other reductions that were due. I felt very disappointed as no one even mentioned the discount until the final price was listed. Anyway my sales. Lady was very nice and helpful, she deserves a raise getting me out of my BMW after owning one for the past 35 years....this Lincoln Aviator certainly has a lot to look up to...

If I could give you Zero I would. We had our car in four times for the same issue. Had it towed there 4 times.3 weeks ago we picked it up and we’re told it was definitely fixed! With in minutes the engine light came on. We called, emailed service and the Manager Tony Pagano we got nothing. Shame on you! Our car died in the intersection of Highway 441 and Cr 44 and were inches away from being T Boned by a Semi Truck. Thanks to the drivers quick thinking our lives were spared. Went to Plaza Lincoln for an oil change service. No other service needed as my 2018 Navigator is running flawless. Service writer Christy took great care of me. I went shopping while they worked on my vehicle. In less than an hour I received a call from Christy saying my vehicle was ready. One of the smoothest experience in buying a new car I’ve ever had. From the test ride to the financing everything went smooth with Scott McCarty who did most of the process over the phone. The Nautilus is a quality SUV and the price and deal was fair. I wish Lincoln would bring back the Towncar.

We had our Explorer diagnosed at another local Ford dealer. Price tag for fixing the issue was $3400+ from the dealer after paying almost $150 to diagnosis the issue. In Jan 2019, we had been assisted with a repair on our motorhome by Bobby, in Plaza Lincoln service. Bobby had been straight forward and helpful during that repair, so we contacted him again. BINGO. Bobby insisted that his tech do their own diagnostic prior to ordering a $2700+ part. Good thing! Seems that the local Ford Dealer totally misdiagnosed or lied about the what was needed. Bobby and the Plaza Lincoln folks correctly diagnosed the issue and repaired a loose radar sensor for a grand totally of $350!! Nice to see honesty in the car business. A big thank you to both Bobby and entire Plaza Lincoln crew. PS: the local Ford Dealer, when presented with the facts, were very apologetic and refunded my almost $150. Scary thought though - we could have easily been out $3100 for nothing.

When is comes to sales, they were professional, not aggressive and listened to what you say. They worked hard and to my satisfaction worked out the deal I was looking for on a Nautilus. There was a time I had to bring the car in for repair and again they were the same way, keeping me informed on their progress as they went through the process of repair. I guess as a single woman the sales person did not want to give me the time of day. I was “allowed” to sit in the car and then referred to the Lincoln website for further information. No test drive, and she appeared half asleep for the conversation. Complained to management and they asked for another chance. This time a test drive. I told the new salesperson what car and features I wanted to order. No call back. Purchased my Lincoln elsewhere. Women be warned.

!!BEWARE!! They will rip you off and do not care. When confronted with the fact they charged me $503.47 for a part that retails at $230.73 (I provided them via email the print out showing the part with the correct part number for $230.73) their only answer was there is no overcharge and refused anything further. I have attach pictures showing the invoice they gave me with the part number and what they charged and the print out of the SAME part and the cost.I would be super careful if anyone needs to interact with them. If you do not have to use them I would steer clear of the whole place. I have requested a call from the owner but who knows....Just please be careful.1/11/2019As to the owners response. I would like nothing better than to receive a call from someone telling me you are going to make this right and refund the difference on the over charged part so I can come back on here and tell every on that you did in fact correct the issue but as I have STILL not heard from anyone I am not hopeful.

I just called the service department and spoke with Victor (hes the man that handled my service yesterday). My car had been serviced in a timely manner, however upon inspection of my Lincoln, I discovered that only my front windshield wipers had been replaced. My back windshield wiper has deteriorated and is actually shredding. He informed me that only the front ones are covered under the maintenance agreément. I would have thought that part of the service would have been to atleast check the back wiper and if it needed replacing they would advise me and give me the option of having it replaced. On my bill it states that client requests complimentary multi-point inspection. Apparently it wasnt done.I also called to question my bill. Five lug nuts were replaced on my right rear tire at a cost of $26.10. Victor had told me that there would be no chargé for the nuts. I still dont understand his explanation of how they got damaged or his explanation of how my bill was adjusted by subtracting the cost of the lug nuts from the labor and parts charges.I would like to see a copy of the maintenance agreement that I signed to compare with my bill from yesterday.
I recently had some body work done on my Escalade and Tom made it a fast pleasant experience. He bent over backwards to make sure everything was done and checked over everything before calling to let me know the car is ready. He was incredibly nice and helpful!!
Not satisfied. I was quoted $ 1,450.00 for master cylinder replacement, charged $ 1,655.51. Asked for transmission fluid check, according to the invoice that wasnt done. Invoice indicates car wash and vacuum courtesy, not performed.
We were in the market for a new vehicle and narrowed it down to an XT4 and the Lincoln Corsair. We went to two different Lincoln Dealers, one we had purchased from prior (2 vehicles) and Plaza. During our test drive, Mitchell was very good at communicating the benefits of the Corsair and how it compared to the XT4 in a professional way so as not to disparage others, which being in sales, I find can be rare. He was prompt at returning my call the day after our test drive and was able to get a deal that we all felt good about approved. I was happy with both the price for my lease buyout (and not having to deal with that in the next two months) as well as the price, model and package of the Corsair we chose. They will receive our service business for the new vehicle and likely the existing Black Label Lincoln we had purchased at another dealership.
