Wonderful store and the manager and associates were so helpful and with a great attitude! You could feel them smiling even though they were wearing masks. Ajiri, Lily, Diego, and Genesis were so amazing. Great customer service and very clean store. Def going back and making this my to-go store.

Michaeline....one outstanding employee at this store! She was extremely helpful, helping me find the product I wanted. She checked her phone that shows items in the store. Then she walked me to that area and help me with making my selection. She also helped me with find another needed item. She has great customer service, friendly....she needs a promotion or a raise!!! Its so very hard to find employees that will go above and beyond to help older people!

I would like to commend a young gentleman by the name of Rashed from Customer Service Department for going out of his way to assist me in locating an item. He checked the item to see which aisle it would be located then proceeded to direct me to aisle W8. Unfortunately, the item was out of stock but at least I received excellent customer service.

I love going to Target at Edwards Ferry Rd, Leesburg. Store is always clean, staff is helpful. I love their store and drive through pickup. Response time is really good.

I always watch the sales when I go there. I came out of there only with a t-shirt for $3.98. I had an easy time getting there via bus. Target always has some sort of sales going on.

Pretty bad experience. I want to be fair, so I’m giving 2 stars because ultimately, with persistence and self-control, I obtained the item I wanted.It was a bit frustrating. My original purchase of these yoga pants was probably about 6 months ago and at that time, they were available for Same Day delivery. This time, the website said I could either pick them up (quantity 3 in Leesburg) or have them shipped for arrival in 2 days. I chose to pick them up in 2 hours.Drove out there and waited. At 2 hours, my order showed ready but yoga pants dropped. No texts, phone call or anything to try to substitute as I’d had in the past (Sterling store?). The other two items I’d added were just convenience, I needed the pants, so…. I’m fully vaccinated, but masked up and went in. Found 2 of them in my requested size. The problem I have, really, and the reason for taking the time to write this up at all is because I really didn’t get help when I asked for it. The 3 employees I asked were all doing their jobs, putting stock out on the floor and they stopped to answer my question, but only the 3rd really asked enough to get me where I was going. They weren’t rude and, believe me, since this pandemic I’ve found people to get extremely rude. But I did have to go into the store, find the right department, find the right display that had 3 shelves of the right pants and then comb through all that to find my size, which was on the bottom shelf about an inch from the floor.So here it is.. if brick and mortar places can’t do the job, I might as well use Amazon. Disappointing, but Amazon does same day delivery in my area.

Great service, good selection of products. Occasionally items are exclusively for delivery only from an off site warehouse for same-day delivery, or available via mail service for a lengthier time later. Its the shoppers decision whether the wait is worth it for those items.

I JUST WENT TO THE LEESBURG LOCATION AND WAS CHECKING OUT WHEN THE ASSOCIATE NAMED “VICTORIA” FROM SELF CHECK OUT CAME OVER TO ASK TWICE IF WE HAD SCAN A PRODUCT, WE REPEATEDLY SAID THAT WE DID AND THAT SHE COULD CHECK, THEN SHE PROCEEDED TO GET TO CLOSE AND TO MOVE THE ITEMS IN OUR CART,I DONT GO TO TARGET TO GET “STEREOTYPED” WE OFFERED TO TALK TO HER ETL AND THAT WAS THE ONLY THING THAT KEPT HER AWAY STEREOTYPING DOESNT LOOK GOOD ON YOU TARGET

We got a huge amount of groceries at target today and I was shocked at how low the cost was compared to the regular grocery store on some of the items are very pleased that we shopped for groceries there today and being able to get all other stuff too it’s a bonus

Well, it happened again. I was charged full price instead of sale price posted on sign at display. From this recent shopping at Target, I have learned to watch scanned prices at checkout extremely carefully. That can be difficult at times and if you are unable to follow, check receipt immediately after checkout. Now I must take time from my busy schedule as a health caregiver to make another store visit, factor in current high fuel cost, to most likely be told there was some fine-print conditions I did not meet to be able to receive signage posted price. Previously I was denied advertised $5 Target gift card because I did not read fine print conditions on newspaper ad & associate had no clue about this particular promotion.

I really am done with shopping at this Target! Just a mess always!! I can’t find anything I’m looking for in grocery sections..poor choices and poor quality (eg. no pizza crust, only one kind of Italian sausage and it is overly processed, pizza sauce not with the other Italian sauces or international foods -makes no logical sense, allergy medicines on end caps and not with cold meds, nothing but Greek yogurt snd mostly Target brand which don’t like, I could go on and on). And the clothing -women’s especially lingerie is a huge mess. I don’t have hours and hours to spend shopping the many “boutiques” and I’ve given it a chance -2 years since you screwed up a good store and 2 years of it a huge mess and frustrating experience every time I shop here!! (Amd I rarely come anymore for stated reasons above!!)

Our cashier Grace was super sweet! In general, the Edwards Ferry Rd location of Target is a pretty brilliant location, ...spacious, fully stocked, and the staff there make it easily the friendliest Target in Loudoun County.

Smooth process from order to pick up. Target and home Depot are the markers for curbside pick up.

I have shopped for my groceries at this Super Target for over 4 years and always found what I needed with freshness in mind. Lately, since September of 2020, food hasn’t been stocked up like it used to be so I find myself making extra trips to the store in hopes that certain products are finally stocked on shelves and the fruits and vegetables look spoiled or well on there way to going bad. I’ve done curbside pick-up a few times as well and I’ve received unusable limes/potatoes/avocados etc. because I receive them spoiled. The management now does not care about the freshness or quality of the food or stocking up the shelves. Quite frankly, they’re more interested in losing sales than providing the grocery section the fresh look it deserves to make sales.

The cashier was so route he drop the bag for me and he make fun of me it was one of the bad experience that i have in my life .

Poor customer service experience with Luis the cashier on Christmas Eve 2020.He told us the register was closed.We had been in line between 3 to 5 minutes.The gift cards valued at $250.00 were on the conveyor belt.I told him we had already been in line.He had been too distracted chit chatting with the people in front of us.To top it off...when he started to ring up our order he told us...Come on, Come on!!!What was I supposed to do move the conveyor belt for him?He gave us a very smug Merry Christmas.Luis needs customer service training.

Had a great experience. I always love shopping at Target for the quality of items they carry and how aesthetically its arranged. This time I had an especially good experience in checkout because of my cashier. Luis was conversational, pleasant and all-around helpful. Would definitely come back to this location!

One security guard kept on following me and my friend on the way in. He was making it seem like we were not aware of his presence while looking for our necessities. He would just stand there and the second that we would leave our current area, he would also follow us and not leave us alone. This is not the first time this has happened. Time and time again this has occurred and it does not feel pleasing. Knowing that someone is consistently on you sends an unpleasant sensation down the spine. We are just some ordinary kids trying to get some of the things we want and like. But with this guard in particular it feels like I am being limited on what I am able to do.

I love the deals and products in Target, the Isles are clean, well arranged and very clean. Best thing is that the prices are competitive as well.

At my last visit, I had 2 errors on my register receipt (both of which were to the stores favor). I didnt catch it at checkout because social distancing requires that I stay back from the register, so I couldnt see the screen. I saw numerous people return carts, which werent being wiped down. Lots of carts had discarded paper or used wipes in the basket.

Self checkout cashier was very attentive and helpful. With in store deals combined with the app, savings are maximized.

Their curbside pickup is unbeatable...it’s so quick and efficient.

This is a great store, large, clean, and in an accessible location. More importantly, they have a great staff who are very helpful. I had lost my adult daughter today, who has cognitive challenges. She separated from me to go to Target when I was going to the next store. She was supposed to meet me shortly in the next store but she never showed up. The staff at the store spent more than an hour going through their camera recordings, and kept checking their cameras, way after I had left their store, and finally found my daughter. As a mother I was quite distressed. They called me and I went and got her! I am so grateful to them for the help they provided. They were very understanding and supportive. Thank you!

Went to buy a large package of good candy for $10.52. The register gal rang it up and said I owed $13.78. I asked why and got no good answer. It should have cost me $10.79 with tax. Do not understand. I said no and went to another place to buy what I needed. Very disappointed as I worked in the 1960s for the company that started Target. Never had a problem in all these years. So what is going on?

I love Target. There are so many things that are great and I love the convenience of shopping for so many things in one place. The best thing is that I can order on line and drive over and have it brought out to my car!

I purchased a game a week back and asked associate in register if it is returnable, she replied yes with original receipt within 30 days, today I was in Leesburg store to return the game, customer service associate told me it is not returnable but we can exchange, he said go a head and grab another game, I did and again same person said ok let me ask, he called another person, he said the price of game should be equal or greater than current game, I said ok let me go again and grab another with greater price, there was another person in service said that we can exchange but I will return it for you, I got happy and that this is what I actually want but again same person asked her she can’t return but exchange and came to me I showed him another game with greater price he said oh sorry we can’t exchange the game should be the same title and I gave up and said thank you.I think there is something missing at target called leadership, communication, training, and ownership, I am really disappointed and decided not to return back to target. I called this store multiple amount of times on inventory of a toy that I was seeing online They NEVER picked the phone to answer my question. The store is HORRIBLE and customer service is terrible and they should all be fired. Don’t call customer service. It’s not worth it. So sad that a store of this magnitude has such discredited customer service.

I love being able to have a great variety of groceries, wine, household items under one roof and then there are the clothes and the cool housewares. I spend more but get so much more out of the shopping experience.

Great Selection of Products @ the Right Price and with a very Friend Team!

I have never in my life had such a horrible shopping experience. Ordered some swim suits online and had them sent to the store to pick up. Never received an email saying they were available for pick up but was charged for them anyway. Had to spend countless hours on the phone with customer service to get the money back.Told myself I would Never order from them again but decided to give it one more shot. Ordered a bathing suit bottom just before I left for the beach that weekend. When I came back I checked my email and received an email from Target saying my items were being cancelled and sent back. When I called customer service for help she advised me to reorder the merchandise. I asked for assistance in reordering for the same sale that I had originally ordered for and she said, Since it was your fault in not picking up the items in time there is nothing we will do to help. She said I could reorder the merchandise at full price if I wanted and suggested that I pay better attention to the emails for the pick up dates and times.Never In My Life have I ever experienced such Horrible business and customer service. You would think since it was a ignorant mistake they would honor the sale price for me, especially since it was just one small item.I will Not be ordering anything from Target again, nor shopping in the store.

BIG store. Parking is easy despite being next to Costco. It is easy to get in and out of the shopping plaza. PLENTY of check-out stands, the store looks great - it is clean, organized, and I didnt have any problems finding a Target member for help...I just didnt need any. The signage was helpful.

I like Target and the selection available usually, but the Leesburg, VA store has the smallest mens section.

This store is fantastic! They have almost everything! This particular store has very friendly associates that will help you with anything and if they cant, they will find someone who can! I love going to this store also because they often have things not advertised on their app which is an unexpected treat. A young man named Aaron who worked in elecktronicks was the best help Ive ever had at any of the store I went back there to buy car charger I had already went to Best Buy and didnt get good service so I came to yours store and Aron help me and help me kept the smile had patience the whole time and I really want him recognize cause its not the 1st time hes been so nice.

Parking is plenty full and the store is easily viewed from the street. In side there is a Starbucks and place to grab a quick bite to eat. The grocery section huge and has nearly everything youll need. In the rear of the store i found the clearance section to be plentiful. Check out lines were pretty small, enabling me to be in and out quickly.

2 stars because of the disappointing new layout. Painful to get carts anywhere. Super dim lighting. Cant find seasonal things easily ie kids gloves in winter. This really kind associate walked me from the front of the store directly to the gloves in the kids section, unfortunately they were all larger girls gloves and I was looking for smaller boys gloves which I found in another kids section which was also baby? The remodel is horrible. Bad labeling. Poorly lit store makes you feel like theyre always about to close and its hard to see things. Really narrow walkways where clothing/toys/etc are makes it impossible to look at things with your cart, so its extra hard to browse if you have a child in the cart. Hope they arent done redoing this store. My experience with the staff today was great but its a hard layout to try to help customers in.

I love Target. I can buy everything there. One of the big selling points is the ability to get coupons right off my phone and also to have a debit red card.

Hate going here after they did the remodeling. Isles are too narrow and constantly bumping carts with other shoppers. And then they put these giant displays out creating a large obstacles. Like the old layout with wide isles. Dont go here anymore for these reasons.

This is a great Target. The staff is friendly, they have a great selection, and the store is clean and up to date. I have heard mixed reviews from employees about working there, but its better than the competition.Their have been controversies about things like kids clothing, but they have been very responsive to customers opinion.

This Super Target has a wide variety of so many products that will match the needs of every customer. Im always pleased by seeing brands of higher quality that other stores do not carry. Many sales come and go, allowing shoppers to try out new grocery products to keep ones diet well-mixed. Endcaps will have a majority of sale items that are clearly marked, but Ive experienced that items left on their typical shelf space may not be marked with the sale price. The inside Starbucks offers customers a quick snack for long shopping trips, and my experiences with it are just as positive.

LOVE this Target. Have never had a problem, its very clean and organized, and I love that is a SuperTarget for when you need quick groceries. I usually buy the clothes online but this store still has comfortable fitting rooms and its never too crowded.

This Target employs thieves. I physically brought 12 items from shelf to checkout. Once items were scanned it was found out that they were to be released following Monday. Great, but disappointing until manager recommended I put on hold. Awesome, so I did with my full name and how many of what products I wanted. Come Monday morning, different manager Michael ( refused to give me last name) tells me theres only six of what I had on hold and he cant sell me all those. !#!? What? There were 12 on shelf for anybody to grab Friday and now theres restrictions....? What I believe is Michael and his employees got six of the items. He refused to show me the paper with my name and how many I held which was 12 not 6 Michael. I promised 8 friends these items and I walk away with 2. Worst customer service ever in a den of thieves. We bought a thermometer inLeesburg because we happened to be there and found it there. We got home and noticed that had been opened and was missing parts. Went to Fairfax close to home to return and they would not take it back. Given that EVERY TIME we go out we risk our health I find it your return policy MORONIC. I don’t want to go back to Leesburg.

Target was my first job in high school and since working there, Ive always respected the companys focus on customer service. Most Targets Ive been to have backed up this respect and have kept me a loyal customer for years! This Target, however, was VERY disappointing. We came in specifically for an item that was only in stock at this store, but when we got there it was not on the shelf. We searched and searched for an employee, but no one was to be found, so we used the customer service phones to call someone over. The automated message assured us that someone would be there in less than 1 minute. 5 calls over the phone later and still no one came to assist us. It took us walking around for 10 minutes to find someone to help us. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because they were decently friendly and we did eventually get the help we needed. We will be making sure to avoid this location in the future and will give our business to the locations that value customer service.

For a store under remodeling a positive shopping experience in never hindered due to the helpfulness of all the staff working on the floor who are more than willing to stop and answer your questions or lead you to find the item you are looking for. Everyone ix extremely polite and considerate.

Dont like layout changes. Aisles too narrow. Lots of empty shelving (items out of stock or stock just not being put out). The clothing selection/style/age range has narrowed. Often no popcorn available and self pay register in self serve food area often not working. Bring back the old Target and food court please!

Awful after the remodel. Used to be great option for everything and felt like a one stop combination of Giant and Kohls. Now, like many of the other reviews, it has a choppy maze like layout; aisles are too long and narrow; food is illogically organized; too many boutique items in all departments; clothing and shoes looks like a Red Cross disaster camp. Way too much space given to paper and household departments, and you practically need a visa to get there. Terrible and unfortunate, as it was a staple shopping destination for many in Leesburg. If zero stars was an option, well......

Its very easy to shop at Target and you have nicer items than Walmart.

This is a bigger location with a large grocery section. I found everything I needed, but when I got to the register and got to payment options I hadnt realized that I needed to get my wallet from my car. Through the resultant complications the lady watching the self-checkout registers went out of her way to help me and make sure I had a good experience. Would recommend.

I used to love the Leesburg target, spending most of my money there. Since the remodeling, it has become a disaster! Everything is a mess, shelves are empty, the flow has no rhyme or reason. I have an illness that keeps me in pain, so walking long distances is difficult. With the remodel, everything is spread out. Items that use to be right next to each, are all the way on the other side of the store. Just went today to look for kids watches, ask associates where they were (they just shrug their shoulder), hunted all over the store...nothing. How do you not have kids watches?

The store is organized. I can find sales help when I cant find what Im looking for. I would have given 5 stars but the water aisle is never stocked properly.

I dont know what happened to this Target, cause it used to be great, but it is an absolute mess. This whole renovation process has been so poorly managed that Im astounded anyone can find anything. Since everything has been moved around this store has become something out of a disaster movie. Shelves are almost always empty - there are areas that have not been restocked in a month. The produce section is a crime against food, wilted lettuce, expired juice (I just almost accidentally bought some juice that expired a month ago....) and, once again, mostly empty shelves. Even the employees dont seem to know where anything is. Im just honestly so disappointed because this used to be a great store and now I cannot bring myself to shop here unless Im absolutely desperate.

I had the best experience at this store today and have to share! While I was looking for the electrical toothbrushes an employee asked me if I need help and needless to say I was on a time crunch and asked her about this deal I saw online. Not only did she help me but was very patient about it. Well, then the deal I had was no longer it expired yesterday I was so bummed til she took me to a register and gave it to me for the sale price! And come to find out she was the Store Manager!! Usually you dont see these amazing people out walking and working the floor but she was a perfect example of a team member! Will ef be back here! Such an amazing experience!!! And a very happy customer! !

Clean & brightly lit. Pretty good selections. Couldnt find employee on floor for assistance every time been there. Getting out of lot & on to main road can be a little difficult.

The store is disorganized and messy. Even months after post-remodel, I cannot find things, the layout makes no sense and I have to haul around to different corners of the store to get things, which means inevitably, I leave without getting everything. There are ALWAYS restocking carts blocking many aisles, especially in stationary. The selection of items is smaller - wrapping, bedding, toiletries. Because two carts cant fit down many aisles, people are leaving carts all over the place, which in turn creates gridlock, especially in cosmetics/toiletry items.

Walmart is cheaper, but target has more choices and personality. This target has always been very clean. Some male cashiers seem to like to talk a lot to the pretty women and slow things down and then ignore others.

The Target staff here is very friendly and accommodating. Love coming to this target location.

I checked out all my items, swiped my card as usual, and when it was time for my receipt, the lady (dyed pink hair, didnt get her name) said she cant print one. Instead of acknowledging her error and taking steps to personally fix it, she just sends me over to the service desk like its no big deal without apology. After paying for $100 in items, of course I want my receipt.At the service desk, it takes forever to get someone who wants to be responsible for solving the problem (simply printing the receipt). Finally, I speak with Rene: his solution is to charge me a second time. He said the first charge must not have gone through since he doesnt see any record of it. I knew he was wrong, but didnt have any choice.Sure enough, both charges show up together on my bank statement a few days later. I call the service desk, they say they cant do anything but give me the number for Target HQ. When I talk to them, they were unwilling to refund my money and told me to talk to my bank. Why should my bank be responsible for their mistake? Worst company and worst store.

If you need it, Target has it. Reasonable prices on most items. Staff is always friendly.

Amazing customer service from Rhyan this morning. I bought my kid a toy to play with while we waited for his flu shot, and the toy broke when taken out of the packaging, resulting in a lot of tears. Rhyan found him an identical toy, managed the exchange seamlessly, and saved the morning. Hugely appreciated.

The store is clean, well lighted, well stocked, and is generally a nice place to shop. The staff are very kind and helpful.

Its target. Not too much to say about it! Looks the same as most other targets and they also have...what most other targets have. The employees are friendly (at least the ones Ive dealt with) and the store is pretty clean. Targets prices are not always the best. Check Amazon or the like before making any purchases.
