You Would Expect Friendly Welcoming Person Instead I Got a Gentleman That acted Like If My need Would Be A Waste Of His Time. I did Not Feel Welcome Nor Would I Spend Money In a Place That Treats Walk Ins Like That. Its Extremely Distasteful For Me Since I Had Saved This Place As My To Go Place As Soon As I Found Them On Google For A Couple Of Projects. I could not recommend Bob to anyone. I recently came on with a company to help with their marketing, and Bob had designed their logo which they loved. I asked for a file copy of it while building their website, and Bob insisted I buy something before he would release it. I thought it was rude, but I obliged. He continues to hold it hostage and now Im having to have the logo redesigned. He is rude, and uses intimidation to increase his sales. Maybe the other reviews are his closest friends and family because I did not experience what they said at all.
