Yesterday was my second time here... the first was a couple of years ago when I was refinishing an antique bed and needed a new frame for an unusual size. They were able to fine me a custom adjustable that was just what I needed. Yesterday, I walked in and said I needed 5 mattress immediately, as we were helping a refugee family from Kabul move into an unfinished apartment. Martin was able to find us exactly what we needed for the family, calling around to other local stores to get us exactly what we required and offered free delivery to help us out. Outstanding customer services and the great prices we needed.

First time mattress buyer, and it was a great experience! Jen was amazing throughout the whole process, respected our budget, knowledgeable, and was so personable. She honestly made our experience so painless and she listened to our different needs. Finally when we chose a mattress, she was sad to find out it was out of stock with no availability for another 1.5 weeks, which was not an option for us. She ended up getting our second choice at a huge discount with delivery in two days (we bought on July 4). And the bed - wonderful plush hybrid. Fits my “firm” bed desires while still being soft enough for my partner. Happy with the purchase and wonderful customer service.

We walked in intending just to try out the purple mattress, and walked out having made our purchase. Jen was very personable and helpful, not at all pushy. Martin was great with our baby girl, allowing us to really try out the mattresses. We were very happy with the service. Also did delivery with set up, and that was definitely worth the cost. So easy and fast, on time- no complaints at all there. Would certainly return to this location and recommend it to others.

He set me up with the cool system that analyzes you by your sleep style and body weight, then came back after I got the results to point me in the direction of the perfect mattress for me. His energy was very calm. And he was super responsive to my feedback. The whole process was way faster than I would’ve ever predicted. I left the store feeling so happy that I didn’t waste hours and I got the right mattress for my new bed.

Long overdue for a new mattress, my husband and I began researching options online. I just wrote a bad review for the other place and I never take the time to write reviews but my experiences were complete polar opposites. I want to say that I really loved my experience here. My boyfriend and I went here and we were greeted by Jessy (I am sorry if I spelt it wrong!) and Ben. Jessy was our sales rep and she gave all us all the information we needed. Straight to the point, allowing us to really have our space to figure out what we wanted but being available to give information about the beds. She even let us move some mattresses around so we could try out the mattress we wanted with the electric frame. It was funny and a fun experience. We felt confident buying from there because we liked our sales rep, the price, the bed and the 0% financing for 6 years! I cant believe that even exists but I am glad it does. We purchased from them and as we were checking out, we talked about The Office and the experience got even better. Ben and Jessy were easy-going and down to earth but really professional. My boyfriend and I were really happy with our experience there and we will definitely recommend this location to anyone whose looking for a bed. Thank you guys for your quality service.

So what was suppose to be a quick lets go see became an hour and a half of comfort, laughter, and the sealing of a deal. At first we walked into Mattress firm and there was no one to greet us so we wondered around while Ben and Brittany was in the back preparing another customer order. So we were ready to walk out because this was just a lets go see visit. One hour and a half later Ben let us leave with the mattress of our comfort. He stayed with us for exactly one hour and a half testing beds, counseling us as we counsel him about who knows what. We clicked right away as kind spirits just being nice and respectful. Not one time did I feel pressured by him. His selling skills first started by let me get you something that will make your nights rest more comfortable and from there our journey began. Its so many pleasant things to say about Ben as a person and a sales person. I hope that Mattress Firm understands what kind of gem they have working there. The absolute worst. Purchased a bed and mattress, a model that did not have all we wanted, with the assurance that it could be swapped out when the model we wanted came in. The salesperson even gave us his personal cell number to call if there were any problems. When the day came for the swap to take place, my wife and I both took off from work. No one showed up, no one called us and when we called the store, no one knew anything about the order. This was two weeks ago. We are still waiting for this to be resolved. Despite our calling and emailing multiple times, it is almost impossible to get anyone to call back. Oh that original salesperson? The one that gave us his cell to call. We have not been able to reach him and never received a call back. So basically, the salespeople are your best friend....until they get your money. That should be their motto Mattress Firm....once we get your money, you dont exist. NEVER again.

Gus did an amazing job helping my wife and I find a new mattress. We used the diagnostic machine to narrow down our selection and Gus was incredibly knowledgeable about the construction materials, production locations etc. We tried at least a half dozen mattress before settling in ours.Everyone says mattress salesmen are super pushy but as first time mattress buyers we didnt feel much pressure. Good experience.

I had the absolute best customer service experience with Ben. I came into the store 10 minutes before closing in a Sunday and he still took the time to help me find the perfect mattress even if it meant staying after closing. Also the mattress delivery service was seamless. As far as the feel of my mattress is concerned, it’s amazing! As soon I the mattress arrived I slept for five hours in the middle of the day. We walked in after doing very little research and was approached by Ben. He greeted us and asked some great questions to narrow down what we needed. Overall, very thrilled. My boyfriend and I walked in joking about how we were gonna walk out with a matress today just browsing through. A very helpful sales associate, ben, walked us through all the different materials and feel of the beds so we could choose whats right for us.
