Great customer service and products! I bought a Matrix Elliptical and Recumbent Exercise Bike for my mini fitness center back in October. Exercise machines arrived within ~1 month - 1.5 month and seem to be working great so far. They also came with a 7 year warranty, which is great! Definitely recommend this place for fitness equipment!

We purchased a NordicTrack treadmill from these guys and it was a GREAT experience. This is the first time Ive ever purchased anything like this over the phone, but it was a simple process. I paid over the phone, they emailed me an invoice, then delivered and assembled it in 3 - 4 days. The guys that showed up to assemble the treadmill were very professional and had the whole thing put together in 20 min. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new elliptical machine from their location in Leesburg. My salesperson was Bobby and he was excellent. My wife and I are really enjoying the new elliptical and we couldnt be happier with the overall experience. The virtual reality option and upgraded HD screen is well worth it!

Bobby Escalera and Luis Cabrera went above and beyond to take care of some equipment issues I had several months after my purchase. I own a business and to see a business take care of you long after a sale is much appreciated. They could have directed me to the manufacture and said it was their issue, but instead took it upon themselves to help in the matter with some repairs and exchanges. That is excellent customer service.

I would give Johnson Fitness ten stars if I could. From the initial in-store sales experience to the receipt of a replacement treadmill, this organization is incredible. Yes, I did have to replace my treadmill after less than two months due to a defect of some sort. That kind of stuff happens no matter what you buy ...sometimes you get a lemon. All that said, what blew me away was the professionalism and speed at which the Johnson Fitness team (which includes the Horizon fitness manufacturer) addressed the issue. They stand behind their products 100% and quite frankly I think they were embarrassed that their treadmill broke down on me. When the delivery guys came to do the switch out they said theyve never had to do this before. The store manager even checked in on me. Im so glad I bought directly from their store in Leesburg. I got the Internet price with the hometown service!

We made our second purchase today! Just as before, we worked with Bobby and he was great! He worked with us to get us the best deal possible. He’s so friendly and professional and customer service is his top priority. We wouldn’t shop anyplace else!
