Im new to the Leesburg area and decided to give this location a try. When I arrived I was greeted by Mike the front desk tech. He was very professional and explained the time frame for my wait. The entire staff were very nice and HILARIOUS. I was in and out under 45 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. I will forever be a customer of this location.

My experience was that they were unfriendly and they did not try to fulfill my request. Only worried about getting your money not about providing a service.

Wow ! A day of relief . I did go online and search for a best place to have my car tire change check prices, a reasonable one and by calling and visiting a Tire Plus . I found out that I don’t need a tire. First time with a luck!The first visit they entertained you right on spot very friendly and quick service.Liked it right away. The best of all James the Tire Plus manager is an honest man. I really appreciate his honesty that I don’t need a tire good tires and I thank him for his kindness. His a man . Although car service places are not my favorite sites, this one deserves 5 stars for making my visit almost pleasant. It was very busy but well organized and my oil change was done within the time promised.

Not good, l was there at 7am the online posted opening time . But there was a hand written note saying they didnt open until 8am.I was there for a wheel alignment and was told it couldnt be done until the end of the day. maybe.I was the only person there.And there were no other cars in the shop. so not good and a,waste of my time !!

They are wonderful, love the people there and they work so hard to make sure your safe on the road thank you guys

I had a very good experience with this company. I called about getting a tired repaired. They said they could get me in as soon as I got there, and they did.Turns out I couldnt get the tire repaired, however I was able to get a new tire at an affordable price.

I called to get my breaks done asked for prices and their availability I was given a price and was told to come in wasted my time driving 40 mins to shop to be told they couldn’t fix my breaks I have a German car I feel this should have been told to me when i called for info and giving the cars info to mechanic who picked up the phone Or gotten a callback to make me aware. I would assume the person over the phone would have known since he seemed so confident

They saved our vacation! We stopped in at 3:00 on Christmas Eve with a tire on our 2019 Dodge Ram that we had nursed along for over 400 miles. We had headed out that morning from Atlanta when we noticed about 100 miles in we were loosing tire pressure in one of the tires. We were on our way to the Villages, and manged to make it after stopping 3 times to fill it. With little hope of finding a place to fix it, we happened upon Tires Plus. They got us in right away, removed the tire, determined it had to be replaced, put on our spare, ordered the new tire we needed and put in on within an hour the day after Christmas. It fit perfectly into our travel plans and with a price and service that could not be beat. They truly saved our vacation!

Wonderful place

Just had my brakes replaced here. Customer service was excellent and the process was super easy and I was back on the road in no time! Definitely will be back if ever I need anything else. Thanks for your time and attention!! Definitely recommend the shop!

Was there to get my oil changed cause I had to drive to Tampa where my son is getting open heart surgery I told them that and they said sorry for your luck. They didnt care if I broke down with my oil not changed I wouldnt go back there now what so ever! You would think after I told them the reason I needed my oil changed that they would have the heart and the understanding and do my oil change for me.

I have used this place several times over the years for tires. This time it was brakes and a couple of tires.The service was extremely fast (for a service shop). I was a little disappointed in the cost of the brake job, although personally I think most places overcharge for brakes. I went ahead and had them done just due to time constraints.Overall a good friendly experience.

Friendly people, however when they tell me my sensor will not work cause I put in slime to fix my tire when I was stuck out in the middle of nowhere, and slime says its safe for sensors, makes me think that they may need additional training. The sensor still works just fine. I hope they cleaned it off.

Got rear tires here a couple weeks ago and an oil change, had no issues. Called to order the front two tires last week so I can come on the weekend to get them put on. Had my wife go today to get an oil change for our other car, they tried to rip her off. They told her $80 dollars for the oil change. She asked why the price and they were trying to sell her the most expensive oil they had which was not necessary. Women watch out. She told them she just wanted the synthetic blend and they lowered the price to $68.00, which is still $10 dollars more than at Tire Roundup. My wife stated that fact and the guy at the counter said thats too bad. She ended up making an appointment with tire roundup for $58.00. Unfortunately for them Ill be getting my tires done somewhere else now. Stop taking advantage of women, I hate these kind of shops. Wish they didnt already get some of my money. Beware!!!!

I’ve been to this store twice since I wasn’t near the original Tires Plus I go to and the only thing this place is good for is a simple oil change. If they didn’t get that done as quick as they did, they’d get a one star. Both times I’ve been here they quoted me for BS work. First time was around $1000-1500 for “maintenance” after I received a full tune up from my original place. Today they told me that since my tire pressure sensor isn’t working in one tire, they I drove around with that tire being flat and now it needs to be replaced. I’ve never driven on low pressure or flat tires. Unbelievable people. I will not go back.

I brought my truck in for an alignment because it was pulling slightly to the right after putting on a level kit.I picked it up after about two hours. When I got in I dont think I made it a quarter of mile down the road before I turned around....The truck was now pulling to the right extremely bad and my steering wheel was now cocked to the right as well. In other words the truck was in worse shape than when I dropped it off.I brought it and asked for a manager and was told there wasnt one.Then the self proclaimed service manager started making excuses of why I would be worse after the alignment.Bottom line they be cheaper than most of the competition BUT you often get what you pay for.They did fix my truck after another two hours then made excuses as to why they messed up.They attempted to make things right after a bit of arguing thats why I gave them 3 starsThere are some half decent guys there.

We take our vehicles here all the time. The staff is amazing and know what there talking about.

My Review of Tires Plus Leesburg (Near Walmart)I give them a 5 star for service, price and honestyI went in today for 4 tires and an alignment and I received them all at a fair price and they did not pull the tricks that many repair shops do by saying this needs to be repaired or that repaired . I even asked if I was in need of new brakes and they said no they were fineThis is what you call an HONEST repair shop and I recommend everyone to them

Im not sure what the worst enemy post was about but it was a Sunday none the less it was memorial weekend and they were there to help me! Without them being open I would of never made it to work on time for the beginning of the week. They were fast and professional in my opinion. Thank you tire plus of leesburg!!

I went in to get an alignment on my Bmw because my rear tires were getting eating up in the inside, i was surprise that they told me that, the Bmws, Mercedes, volvos, & corvettes are made that way with a negative camber in the back for performances. It’s a factory like that. They saved me from putting in on the lift and doing an alignment which is $69.99 or $20 to check it. Honest people at this location for sure.

Not a good place to go they will mess up your vehicle. I went in for a oil change they drained it but didnt put any back in. Since then my car never been the same. I drove my car all day my dad the one who told me my car was smokin.

Called ahead to make sure they had the right size tire when one of mine blew out on the turnpike. Got towed here and was told it would be at least 6 hours before they could get the tire and they quoted me a price that was higher than the dealership I ended up at.

Labor and repair parts a little on the high side the average guy or gal.

Did a good job on alignment but tried to upsell an unnecessary 1000 repair on motor mounts IMO normally a motor mount goes bad and if its not repaired it causes the other two to go out I cant remember ever having three motor mounts go bad at once and when your motor mounts are bad you feel a thud every time you hit the gas or put it in reverse I feel none of that

No customer service...unwilling to help! Management has changed, probably why customer service moral has declined.

Aweful experience!!!! My brother and his family made a trip from Alabama to Leesburg. Their van was over heating. They took it to this shop. The shop told them it was a water pump. $500.00 later, they make it up the road and it started over heating again. They bring it back to the shop. The shop then says its the thermostat. They get back on the road and it breaks down again. Come to find out that it was a blown head gasket. They had lost 2 days of work, had to pay for a hotel, pay for towing from Fl to Al and paid for a rental. All this shop offered to reimburse them for is the towing. Awful shop, awful business. I recommend taking your vehicle anywhere but here.

I only gave this place one star because you cant give them zero stars. This place may be cheaper but i promise you will have problems. I didnt even get tires because for two appointments in a row they didnt type in the right information or the other technician gave me bad information leading to my appointment. Over the phone grand total and in store grand total different both times. Upon my second appointment they informed me they only had three tires for my vehicle because someone typed in the wrong size. I took off work for that one. In a nutshell, they are unprofessional, arogant and unwilling to help even after their own screw ups. I would not send my worse enemy here. The other reviewers probably work there because they have consistently left me furious. I ended up going to Barnett tires they were MUCH more professionla and helpful, most importantly honest. I WILL NEVER GO TO TIRES PLUS AGAIN!!! DONT DO IT!!
