Comcast provides terrible, terrible service. I would not give them one star, but you have to give one star to be able to rate them. The automatic help desk is neither automatic, or helpful. Cable TV has been off for over a week. Cannot tell you how many times I have reset my cable box, per their instructions. I sure wish they had a competitor in this area. I would give them the boot in a flash.They did finally send a tech out last week. Tech determined the problem was not in my house, but in their system outside my home. Said they would turn it over to infrastructure and left. Havent heard from them since. I was finally able to get another appointment for a tech visit tomorrow. I am trying to remain positive for a good outcome, but my expectation for dismal Comcast performance is high. Ill keep you advised.They sure expect their payment!

Sadly been only getting Tampa Bay games in Spanish, I just called Comcast and a very patient man talked me thru changing it to English when so many could not do it for me! This is sat. at 10;45! He deserves credit. I appreciate him and his patience.

My family has been very loyal and have been with Comcast/Xfinity for years; even going as far as their most exspensive plan for the streaming service and work from home ability. However, when the primary account holder became fatally Ill and unable to pay the bill, they offered a 9 day continuation.The problem is they did not follow through with the 9 day extension so that I could take over the bill with my new employment, they shut the service off 5 days early and cost me my job.I attempted to call them and inquire why they shut it off 5 days early, but it turns out cancellation of services includes speaking to a human being. They refuse to even chat with me on their website until I pay the minimum fee. Well, jokes on them. Without internet I lost my job, so now they will never see a dime.Being the only internet provider in my area means they dont have to have any compassion, much less follow through on their own offer of payment extension due to an emergency situation after 4 years of loyalty from us. I hope the stock market crashes JUST so Xfinity/Comcast board members get to experience some rough times.

Easy return on old modem, got a great deal at my new address for the first year. Ordered a flex tv box but they never sent it only the blast modem. Customer service once I got to a person fixed that immediately and has a technician out within 48 hours to install both modem and flex as the old owners had a diff cable provider and none of the coaxial jacks work for comcast only century which seems ridiculous but 100$ pro install for a house that already has cable in every room is a bit much since they wont need to install new cable outlets...

While the service at the store was pleasant and friendly unfortunately the service on the phone is horrible! Still being charged for a full month service even tho I disconnected my service several weeks before my bill! I keep calling and they say they will correct it but a month later and its still showing a charge for a full month service. In addition they conned me into upgrading my speed which I paid for almost a year only to check my speed several times to make sure I was getting what i was paying for and my speed never increased from 27mps while I was being charged for turbo speed 200mps!

10 Year customer in Fruitland Park, Fed UP! Prime example as to what happens when you Have Lobbyists on the payroll. Ever wonder whyCable coverage areas do not overlap? They make you sign a contract and then Raise the prices at will... Crooks... it should be illegal, it is not a contract it is indentured servitude.. Last 3+ years was constantly getting DCed from games and having issues with streaming (hard wired not Wifi) . They come and check everything saying nothing is wrong yet If I am playing a game and watching YouTube The video studders and the game DCs, yet their Speed Test shows 25 ms 450 Mbps Down and 24 Mbps up. They are Hiding issues... and they are definitely over promising and under delivering when it comes to internet..So Glad to be moving out of their Service area, infact it was a main factor in where we would be moving to.

The rep I talked to was very helpful and took time to explain what I wanted as far as cable and internet as I had moved into a new area. The tech that came out to do the install was very friendly and explained how to use everything. He was champ it was pouring down rain and he still go the job done even put foot covers on his feet so my floor wouldnt get dirty. Was a pleasant experience for sure. Definitely recommend.

We do not have Comcast as our Provider. Nor will we ever!Just had two Comcast service men park their van in front of our house and walked up our driveway.The van was marked Comcast. I was expecting them to ring our door bell but instead they went directly to our electric box on the outside of our house. I opened the door and asked what they were doing. They said they were with Comcast and they were taking a survey.I told them they didnt need to be there and to to back off. One of the men put the cover back on the box and they walked back to their van. Dont trust a company whose workers will lie and who invade your privacy

Sunday internet down, answer we can only come Thursday, 14 hours worth of calls between agent after agent. good luck getting a supervisor, problem is still not fixed it’s amazing how quick they are for payment and how poor they are for service

I should have paid attention to the low rating. Very unhappy that I was initially told over the phone that my outlets would be ready for Comcast and I could self install. Turns out- no, there are so many reasons they may not work when they were last used for Comcast in January. No waving the technician fee! Of course! If yall werent the only providers in the area Id be done before started. If your staff tells a guest something- you stand by it.

Not sure if this is the correct place but I must say the service at my home has been less than amazing but the customer service both online and on the phone are amazing folks. It used to be a nightmare of endless waiting to visit this location. In the last year it has really changed. Even pre-pandemic it was easy to get in and out of. Now its very easy to get in and out of, everyone is wearing masks, and it is a very streamlined and fast process. The people here are super nice and go out of their way to help you.

Comcast came to work on neighbors cable--not even ours. The technician ran the wire through my yard and left the cut cable in my yard. He said he had the right-of-way to use my yard right through my garden where I often dig? When I went to speak to the technician he would not give his name. He was rude and hostile and very threatening. I tried to call Comcast but found it impossible to get through. I dont normally leave feedback like this, but I felt physically threatened.

I am rating Xfinitys customer service line not this Leesburg store. I have been disconnected and or hung up on multiple times over the past week. I was told there was internet outages but then it came back on for a few hours then out again and this has been happening today and this past week. You guys need to hire more agents because the automatic response is greatly unreliable and hangs up on your customers repeatedly. With all of your outrageously high prices for internet and TV I would think that you could afford to hire more agents, real people not robot voices. But apparently you guys are the monopoly in the Leesburg area...Please get your acts together.

I have not even gotten service with these people yet and I can’t stand to deal with these people. If you live in a rural area where they have to come out and install a connection box, good luck call someone else. These people will give you the run around like a car salesman. Their customer service is about as bad as MCDonalds. In this day and age the quality works have either retired or died. This new generation of workers expect a handout for little or no work at all. Comcast get your people in line. Come out and dig a trench to run a line. It’s not that hard. He’ll pay me and I’ll do it.

I pay for their highest tier internet. I have yet to have a speed over 600mbps for more then 48 hours. After 48 hours I have to contact their support again. They lied to me about sending someone out to check the cables because I work from home and no one ever came.Too big to fail, more like too big to be held accountable.

First and foremost, I absolutely despise Comcast/Xfinity. That being said, this review is about the service center itself. They are generally quite quick at getting you in and out. You pull a number and take a seat, and usually within 5 minutes or so youre being called up to the counter. If you go in between the morning rush and lunch, or after lunch before 4 oclock or so, you can be in and out in just a few minutes.

Worst company in the world they still have not removed their cable boxes from my propertynor have they replaced the money for cutting somebody elses cables that didnt even belong to them long to a whole different. If you want service from 9 a.m. till 4:30 p.m. best company in the world thats what you want to pay their idea of a prorated fee is $2.10 on three boxes. Anybody that gets service from this company clearly needs their head checked or they must be working for them.
