I had an appointment for a recall. They took my car in right away. It was finished in a timely manner. It was also washed. Very happy with the service!! The Service Advisor was very nice and knowledgeable.
From the moment I pulled up to the service entrance to the short time I waited for my service to be complete, I was treated professionally and felt appreciated that I was was a Hyundai customer. Rafael was attentive and patient with my concerns. Gently older friend was pressured (by her friends from Jenkins) into leasing a 2022 vehicle when her paid off 2019 only needed a battery replacement.Disappointed in a service and sales group that takes advantage of older people who are just needing assistance.They have hence made attempts to correct. But their initial actions were telling enough that we wont be back and I wont take business there.
This team is always friendly and helpful. They listen to my concerns and come back with their findings. They dont try to push services that I do not want. Inquired about a car on their website and started the buying process. When I was presented with a payment that was more than expected i asked why and i was told it was due to “market adjustment”. I get there is a shortage and you have something that there is allot of demand for and you want to make money because heck you don’t even know when you will receive another car to sell. However what bothers me is that you are not upfront about it. Publish the actual price on your website. I would not recommend doing business with a company who operates this way. Giving you 2 stars because your employees were nice over the phone and worked fast up to that point then i kindly denied.

My appointment time was not honored. For a simple oil change it took over 2 hours. Another customer had a appointment a hour later than me for a simple oil change and he was gone in less than a hour.
On time for appointment to diagnose trouble lights but there was a 2 hr delay before service approval obtained. Told communication between service rep and tech was an issue which I did not fully accept. Service time once approved was reasonable. Disappointed it took 2 hr. to find out what needed to be done on my vehicle.Service rep did promise a full tank of gas on next service to make up for delay.
I had a service appointment and when I pulled I was not sure where I was to go. Upon inquiry one of the greeters showed me. The checkin area was to be politely chaotic as everyone was running around. Finally I was directed to the sign in place. I was there for a oil change and tire rotation and produced my book. The service person said there would no charge as it was included in my service .I was in the waiting area for about 30 minutes talking with a couple of other veterans when the service person came and put paper in my face and not bothering to take me aside in privacy to discuss several areas they were saying needed addressing: It all added up to $655 and I was shocked and he said we did not need to do it all at once!! To me meaning really not necessary ! Still rattled I chose the alignment and changing the fluid in the brake system! Almost two hours later the service was completed and it was $330!!! And $279 was labor. It was unbelievable. They should change the title of service person to salesperson! To say I was upset is an understatement and I did not express it there!!! So from a $0 service call to $330 is irresponsible and before I had no problems with the steering !So I will not be back for an routine service call as they will push the other items on there list!! You need the manager to review what I have said as I am convinced is the service people are getting bonuses on adding unnecessary repairs! Shame!!!

Car buying is always a stressful and long drug out process. Yesterday my family, new born in closed, set out to sell and purchase a vehicle. We started at Clermont Hyundai and what a DISASTER... they allowed my family to walk over $700... That wasn’t all the salesmanship was little under none, Made my anxiety skyrocket. I had received a pretty approval from Leesburg and thought well let me give them a call before making the hour drive. Boy am I glad I did!! Drove out there told them about my awful experience. They took such amazing car of me and my family! Our exceptional salesman Craig W was funny and witty which made us all relaxed and ready to buy with ease. His knowledge on these cars was impeccable! He knew things I didn’t even know to ask! Can I vote zero stars!?! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! I was lied to and told my interest rate was less than 4% and once I got home and read my paperwork it was 5%! I came back less than 24hrs to get my car back because I was unhappy and they refused to help me! I will NEVER come back here or every recommend anyone! Thanks for screwing my family over!!!!! Can anyone recommend a genuine dealership for once?!Update: it’s not letting me respond. After spending hours back at the dealership demanding help and everyone continuing to disregard everything I’m telling them, I took my paperwork and I used my voice here. On every platform to let other people know what happened. THEN someone decided to reach out to me and attempted to make things right. But it took me coming here for anyone to even think of helping me. I was actually waiting for our paperwork to come in to make sure they didn’t attempt to screw us again for me to write an updated review. Still recommending to stay away. Once I receive everything I’ll update what I need to.

Buyer beware...If I could give them zero stars, I would. I have had interactions with Jenkins Hyundai of Leesburg out of necessity for several years. Not only has their service department miss-diagnosed, refused to fix problems that were under my warranty which Hyundai corporate had to step in and enforce, every time you have any type of service set up they automatically enter you in to speak to the sales team and try and sell you a new car while you are waiting for your service to be completed.In addition, both myself, my mother, and my aunt were extremely over-charged for our vehicles (the sales Managers words, not ours after review), above their sales teams expected commission. My mother was having an adverse reaction to a medication and purchased a vehicle. When we realized what she had done, we reached out (because it is a state/federal law that you can not hold someone liable for a vehicle purchase if affected by a medication) and we were lied to and told her trade in had already left the lot to auction. After further pushing the issue, the vehicle was located, still very much on their lot, and it was identified that she had also been extremely over charged for the vehicle. I had also been told that my car had already left the lot when still deciding on a vehicle I was getting ready to purchase and was allowed to take home the day prior to test out. All vehicles referenced above were new, not used.I would recommend avoiding ALL Jenkins affiliates, as they seem to all operate in the same manner. Jenkins Hyundai has lost three, otherwise loyal, customers for good. The business practices Ive experienced, have been the most unethical I have seen in the several states I have lived in.
We received a much better deal from Jenkins Hyundai of Leesburg after some negotiation and were treated much better then the Ocala business. Rodney was very helpful and patient while we found the car we wanted. We would recommend the Leesburg franchise!
The woman (Dorsey) who handles tinting was phenomenal. My car was done when they said it would and they accommodated me during the interim with a loaner. Could not have been better.
Recently had an appointment to have a routine oil and filter changed.It took a total of 1 hour and 25 minutes from the time they reviewed my work order until I got the car back! This is much too long a time for just a simple oil and filter change. They need an expedited system for simple service such as this.

While I did not end up purchasing at Jenkins, I wanted to give them a shout-out for their responsiveness during my shopping process. I shop my new vehicles online via email to get the lowest out the door price before going in to finalize the purchase. Jenkins was in the running with their initial quote but they sold the vehicle before I had all of my quotes in and could make a final counter-offer (I was looking at a new 2021 so they only had one car meeting my specs).Salina was prompt and straightforward in her responses to my emails. I will definitely consider them again when Im in the market for my next vehicle.

Great experience on the sale with my 2021 Genesis G70 but disappointed for the second time in a row to have someone schedule my Genesis concierge pick up service . Its been over two weeks and multiple calls and you are told someone will return you call shortly. I finally received a call back after another call this morning and I hope this timeline for a call back or the integration of the in car scheduling is worked out in the near future as they build the Genesis brand .
I went to this dealership and stood there for about an hour and half gave them everything they needed, for the sales person to let me know they can definitely get a deal done and I would have to come back the following day. Didn’t receive a follow up, emailed the lady for her to say wait til 5:30pm which already seemed like they were trying to stall then 5:30pm comes around still no answer and I had to call back as if I’m bothering for them to let me know they can’t work out a deal after driving an hour away to this specific dealership then for them to advertise a “gift card” that was never received. Terrible customer service if you ask me, I definitely won’t go to this dealership in the future when I’m ready to purchase my new vehicle if I have to keep calling a dealership just to get an answer.

Me and my fiancé will never go back to this location. First off when purchasing our vehicle we were promised this and that for the vehicle we promised. We were told the car had NOT gone through the service department and we continued to tell them ok well we don’t want to take the car home today they pressured us into taking the car assuring us everything would be looked at and checked out. However within the first 30 days the battery was no good and the brakes were no good. I know part of it is our fault we should’ve just said no off the bat but we were very pressured and very pursued by Juan promising this and that. When calling to present the issues WITHIN THE FIRST 30 days all they could say was “well that’s what you get for buying a used car” however for the price we purchased for this “used car” we could’ve brought a brand new car. No phone calls were ever returned the associated and managers are so unprofessional is ridiculous. The vehicle wasn’t even detailed of cleaned. When we were promised it would be after bringing it back for some servicing. When asking why it was detailed or washed all they could say was we can’t do that Because it was written down it needed to be. When we had the issues of the attitude and in professionalism from the service department associates we were told we would be contacted back with some kind of compensation however two weeks went by with no contact and us trying to call multiple times a day with no answer. We are not the type to complain we’re very understanding people but this was absolutely ridiculous. It was my first time purchasing a car and they made the whole first experience absolutely awful!

Had a very good experience at Jenkins Hyundai this week. Thought I might have had a faulty computer issue with the air tire pressure, because suddenly all 4 tires were reading equally low amounts (odd right). However I met Mr.Rafael Valdez the Service Advisor that morning and he assured me it probably is not that. So after serving my car and correcting the tire pressure issue being just( low on air), i was on my way and (he was right). Hope to meet him again when Im in next time for service. Thanks Rafael

I live in Clermont, so the drive was a bit far since we have a Hyundai dealership right here in Clermont; however, I was not able to make an appointment or have anyone return my calls at the Clermont location. I heard good things about the Leesburg location, so I called. An employee answered my call, set up my appointment and was sent emails and texts to confirm and reminders as well. The staff was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. I will definitely utilize their services again.
If I were to rate the sales tactics here it would be a -10. These people are very deceptive. What they advertise on their website is completely a rouse just to get you in. Their offer on a new vehicle was padded with all kind of extra Treatments that was not listed on the original sticker that brought the price over $10,000 of the original sticker MSRP.If you have a lot of money and it isnt an issue what you spend, then this is the place for you. Other wise stay clear of here. They pressure you and insult your intelligence. You can get a vehicle cheaper elsewhere.Buyer be very very careful here!!

Oil leak Dennis Hyundai of Columbus did a oil change the mechanic over tightened the oil pain bolt creating a leak. I took it back to Dennis they didnt find or fix my problem. When I moved to Florida I called Jenkins they found and fixed it right away. So glad I took my car to this dealership.
The salesman was great. The finance guy lied about Hyundais warranty stating that the radio and other equipment were only covered for 3 years when Hyundais warranty policy per the website states radio and other equipment is covered for 5 years. He also stated that the oil required for my vehicle was an upcharge when Hyundais website states factory spec will be used. He is using outdated literature for this as well.
Wait time was minimal. Always have great service.I did not appreciate a salesman coming over to try to sell me a new car. Mine is only 2 years old! If I was in the market for a new vehicle, I would approach them.
I have been purchasing cars for over 45 years and this is the best car buying experience I have aver had. Maui Cummings was our sales person and was exceptional. Her honesty was very refreshing and she really took the stress out of the buying experience. It usually takes me most of the day to negotiate a deal, we were done in 30 minutes. Everyone in the dealership was very professional and they definitely under promised and over delivered. Maui gave us extras such as upgraded floor matts and a cargo net. Call them and ask for the REAL price for the vehicle before you waste your time. This Dealer is one of the few that still believe they can push a bunch of dealer options into the vehicle price. I looked the price in TrueCar and their own Website and the Tucson Hybrid was going for $33k MSRP, which is what I was willing to pay, however on top of this price they added $10,000 on Dealer options + Market Adjustment. Anyway, I lost 4 hours of my Sunday driving all the way there... The good thing is that other dealerships arent doing this, so you can get a Tucson Hybrid much cheaper.

Bought my car there in 2016, brand new. They damaged my car while I did my paperwork, but fixed the 2 huge dents in the hood. *You can still see them, but they refused to do any more*. Have had all service there to keep up with that nice warranty, plus the service people seem nice enough. For the last year communication has fallen off a cliff. You call service, they NEVER answer or call you back. They didnt install a lug nut this last go around, and nobody reached out after contacting them. Its been a week. 👎
Bought a vehicle from them two months ago and the sales person was great but they dont want anything to do with you after the purchase. Was in the process of buying another vehicle from them by the end of year but that ship has sailed.

On August 23 2021 I took my $25,000 Hyundai to the Jenkins service department for an oil change that I had made an appointment for. I told the service person that my driver side door lock, the black button on the outside, was not working. An hour and a half later after the oil change, I was told the part was on order and they would call when it was in, also that it was covered under my warranty. Now 73 days, and a dozen phone calls and messages later, all I know is the part has been there for a while but I cant get anyone to make arrangements to install it.
I WAS ABLE TO DESCRIBE THE PROBLEM WITH MY CAR AND LEAVE IT UNTIL THE PARTS ARRIVED. THEY THEN FIXED IT VERY QUICK AND EFFICIENT. LOVE THE SERVICE. VERY FAST AND NICE FRIENDLY PEOPLE. THANK YOU.

I arrived on time for my appointment. I was greeted by Tye. He wrote don all our requests, plus telling us there was an alert on out headlights that he would take care of. He said it would take 2 hours, but it was ready in 11/2 hours. We were very satisfied.
Unethical pricing and advertising. I looked at a new genesis I saw on autotrader which I have been following this suv for awhile but I have been hesitant to buy a luxury car from a Hyundai dealer. When I went to the dealership the car was listed with the usual junk add-ons at these type of dealerships. I don’t care what you want to charge for your inventory but just be honest. I didn’t have to deal with these games when I purchased my Lexus or bmw’s or the past. Literally zero games or deception at fields bmw or Lexus of Wesley chapel. Plus you get a luxury dealership experience to match, what I’m sure, is actually a great suv. For me, I’m back to looking at an X5.

Ive met a lot of sales reps over the years at a variety of dealerships, and not only is this the best dealership Ive dealt with, but Sharla has been the best sales rep! I leased my 2017 Hyundai Ioniq back in April last year with her and it was the easiest, most pleasant experience Ive had. No pushiness and it felt like meeting up with an old friend, even though it was our first visit together. At the end, she let me know about my complimentary 1,000 mile inspection to have done in May. A month later, I called her up, letting her know I was going to come for that, and she had everything set up for me ahead of time, so when I came in a few days later, it went so smooth. No hidden costs, completely free inspection. I moved to Tampa shortly after, so for my first maintenance, I went to the dealership here in town. Lets just say it was the worst experience Ive had at a dealership and vowed never to return. So, when my second round of maintenance needed to be done, I decided to do the drive back up to Leesburg (since they consistently treat me right with no hidden costs, they provide complimentary car washes, they have free food and drinks in the waiting room, and wonderful employees). I scheduled my appointment online and the day before the maintenance, I received a pleasant call from Sharla confirming my appointment. The day of, when I got there, everything went so smoothly. And Sharla was there to greet me, and provided my boyfriend and myself with a loaner car so we could go enjoy lunch while my car was being worked on. Ive met Sharla four times now (another visit was my boyfriend coming to lease an Elantra in October with her, based on my previous experience) and every time, shes got a huge smile on her face and goes the extra mile for you. Would highly recommend her, as well as this dealership. Trust me, I drive from Tampa to Leesburg especially for them :)
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!STAY AWAY FROM JENKINS HYUNDAI!!! Their business practices are despicable. We drove there from Groveland based on a car advertised on their website and the Hyundai leasing calculator. The JENKINS website advertised the car at one price but when we arrived the car had additional dealer “add-ons” and “market pricing” totaling $7000 above what was advertised on their website. I understand the corporate website and the local dealer website having discrepancies but this is different. They knowingly and deceitfully advertise a lower price than the actual price they are willing to sell it for. The market pricing alone was $3000 and basically negated the manufacturer incentive. Today my wife and I deposited with Hyundai of Central Florida on the same model car with a higher model package for less money down and a lower monthly payment than Jenkins quoted for the base model. Jenkins preys on the uninformed buyer and still operates under the shady pre-internet days where car dealers could get away with price gouging such as this. Drive to Clermont and save yourself a LOT of money on your next new Hyundai!

What a bunch of unethical Sales people at this dealership. I went through TrueCar. The dealership reached out and said they had 4 vehicles based on what I wanted. They even sent me a link to the SUV with the pricing out the door.Once we got there they wanted to sell us the vehicle for $10,000 over sticker! I asked them point blank. “Are you not going to honor the TrueCar price or prices you have me via email before I came in?” They said “No!” Terrible customer service!I’ve sold cars, dealerships like this are the ones you should stay away from.

I had a very good experience shopping at this dealership. I bought a used car that didnt work out and they refunded 100% of my money with no questions asked. I ended up buying a new Hyundai from them and couldnt be happier.
Although a little longer than I had expected for an appointment visit, the maintenance cost was reasonable and the staff very cordial and absolutely no pressure was put on suggestion, which I greatly appreciate.

Update:I traded my last vehicle for a vehicle from this dealer. Buyer Beware.*My vehicle has officially been in service since almost the date I bought it. I disclosed the problem to them the day after I bought the car and they advised to have it taken to their dealers service center after I talked to a local dealer to discover their warranty repairs were not completed correctly.I no longer recommend this dealer as the safety inspections and inspections in general on the vehicle purchased were not completed.The vehicle had faulty repairs completed on warranty at Jenkins, they repaired the previous warranty repairs on warranty, then the vehicle went back in the shop for major safety tech electronic failures and that’s where it’s sat ever since for more stated qualified warranty work.The vehicle already needs a new battery even though I haven’t driven said vehicle but maybe one month since I purchased from them... also I have to pay for this “whenever” the rest of the warranty work can be completed. At two months I still don’t know a completion date.They were supposed to mail me some sort of check they received for me for the previous car I traded in regards to reimbursement on my previous loan on the previous vehicle... I never received it.I loved the car I bought, but what good is a car if you can’t drive it.The vehicle has been in the shop a total of 3 months since I purchased the vehicle in September. Per the service center advisor they have forgot parts, ordered the wrong parts... etc. This has been a nightmare.How sad am I that I traded in a great condition vehicle and haven’t been able to drive the new vehicle hardly since? Pretty disappointed... will not recommend this dealer or conglomerate of Jenkins sold vehicles to anyone I know.
