If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Every single person here was so nice and incredibly helpful, but I want to shout out Duey the most! I drove an hour and a half to car shop on Wednesday, I came in with a pre-approval letter and ready to buy a car. I was turned down up the road by another dealership (although I already had financing set up) and decided to give Phillips Toyota a try... BEST DECISION EVER. Duey greeted my sister and I on the lot and took us inside to show us some cars on the computer while they appraised my trade in. After checking out a couple cars, I wasn’t 100% sure I was going to drive off with anything that day. I did fall in love with a used Hyundai Kona(the car I was originally shopping for that day), although I wasn’t sure if it was going to be in my price range. Duey pulled some numbers for me with my trade in and showed me exactly what my monthly payments were going to be. Not one time did I feel pressured to get into a car that day. After the test drive and having more of an interaction with Duey, I knew I was heading home with my Kona that day. Every step was so smooth and easy and I didn’t feel an ounce of stress through the whole process. As I was going to drive away we had an issue with the battery and Duey told me to take it down the road to Hyundai as it was under warranty and they should take care of it. Hyundai was not very helpful (or friendly to be honest) and would not change the battery as it was aftermarket. I called Phillips back and they told me to bring it back in and they immediately replaced it with a brand new battery. It’s been 3 days now and I have zero regrets on my decision to shop at Phillips Toyota. I just checked my mail and I had a very nice card waiting for me from Duey congratulating me on my new car. When they tell you they are treating you like family there, they absolutely mean it. If I find myself in the market for a new car in the future, I have no doubts that I will make the drive to Phillips, not matter how far it is! THANK YOU FOR BEING AWESOME!
By far the best car buying experience we’ve had. We drove to Phillips to look at a specific used vehicle we had seen on their website. We worked with Jason Katz and he was honest, upfront, and knowledgeable from the moment he greeted us. Our finance specialist, Tim, was also fantastic! We felt as though we were treated like part of the Phillips family from “Hello” to driving off the lot in our “new” car. We would recommend Phillips Toyota to anyone and will definitely come to Phillips again.

Go elsewhere for service. Called in advance to confirm the 60k mile service on my 2017 Sienna and was told this included spark plugs, tire rotation, oil change, cabin and engine air filters, and comprehensive inspection check consistent with the owner manual, which would take 1.5 hrs, and I scheduled the service.At the dealership, however, the service adviser and service manager both insisted the Sienna needs spark plugs at 120k miles and the only thing due at 60k is oil change, tire rotation, and filter inspection (which would take 3 hrs), despite what it says in the owner manual about spark plugs and what I was told on the phone when scheduling the appointment.Contacted Toyota corporate who confirmed 2017 Sienna 60k mile spark plug change: it is recommended to replace spark plugs at 60,000 miles or 72 months whichever comes first. Very poor experience with this dealership for service.
2nd vehicle bought from here. Both times, dealing with Mr. Ryan King was a absolute pleasure. Everything was disclosed upfront with no tricky or pushy sales gimmicks. Would highly recommend. I went in with a particular vehicle in mind, he graciously located the vehicle for us to look at and ended up not wanting that particular vehicle, in the meantime he assisted us locate the vehicle we did like and he did not try to push youd like this one better technique most sales personal use. Rather, he helped us find that specific vehicle we did go on the lot with the aspiration of owning. The deal went flawless from location of the vehicle all the way through to the end of financing thanks to Ed who put the financing contract together. Very professional operation and very well organized. Look forward to doing business again in the future.
Every Individual i dealt with for my car purchase at this dealership was amazing. Tyler the sales person made us comfortable and dealt with us respectfully and in a non threatening manner. Its not very easy to get an appointment for service here. I found the check in process confusing. The waiting room is basic -- chairs, tv, vending machines. The people are friendly. It took more than an hour for an oil change. And it certainly isnt an economical place to get work done on a vehicle. They met my expectations and I feel confident in the work. Nothing special, though.

Stopped at this dealership as I was traveling through Florida to get an oil change, tire rotation and my 70,000 multipoint inspection.Service staff is very friendly. Did not have to wait long for an available appointment and the appointment itself was less than an hour. Staff came out to review their inspection and recommendations and the costs. Easy to deal with and very professional.

Weird time at parts dept.,called ahead (a couple of days) for paint.When I arrived the first gentlemen seemed like he was confused. The Manager told me he couldnt find any information that I called.Then went to lunch.I was pretty disappointed to say the least.Driving home I pulled over to call back and was transferred to the parts department. I recognized the name C.J. and his voice Immediately. Drove back and bought the paint I needed to do the job.

Went to have my Toyota serviced. The people are always friendly but they are inconsistent. I keep all my paper work. So when they tell you at the appointment before that you will be needing to replace a part and then the next appointment months later your vehicle is clean and in excellent shape you start to question on whether that part mentioned the last time was really going to need to be replaced or they lied or each technician does a different job.

First off great place for service on your vehicle, but the reason the 1 star is cause the sales manger Tony (I’ll assume shirts name was Tony) comes out yelling at one of the employees, while (me) a customer is standing at another employees desk waiting for my car. I find it very disrespectful he looked at me in the eyes made contact and continued to yell and be very unprofessional about his job. If it wasn’t for Tony I would highly give it higher stars. It was very unprofessional of him and I’ve gone there for 2 years so far.
I wasted almost a month at three Central Florida dealerships who couldnt be bothered to special order my unique vehicle (a #7566 Predator) before I discovered Phillips, a privately owned dealership.Within 48 hours from first contact they found my vehicle, and took a deposit! All by phone! I had never even been to the dealership until my vehicle arrived. These people are no nonsense and know how to get things done 😃 And they tinted the front windows (no charge) and filled up the tank! Who does that?

I got very nervous when the check engine light came on in my Toyota Camry which Ive driven very little in the last year due to the Virus. So I went to Phillips Toyota for an oil change, and whatever, for the first time in 12 months, expecting the worst. However, I was pleasantly surprised to leave an hour later at a cost just under $200. For that I had an oil change, tire rotation, replacement of a loose gas cap, and labor..all well worth it. Candy was my contact service agent and she was very nice. I would strongly recommend them.
If youre looking for a great salesperson that does not push for the sale, Brett is who you need to come see. Since he walked up, theres been nothing but politeness and a smile.

I went here to buy a car. The salesman was friendly and helpful. After I agreed to purchase a car, he turned me over to another character who was dead set on selling me a bunch of extra warranty packages. According to this guy, the car is very complex and if it breaks, very expensive to repair without the very high priced extended warranties that he was peddling. He says that the car has 21 computers in it. Thats probably true, but none are like your laptop or desktop, theyre micro devices, like whats in a digital watch. I was not happy, being told that my new car was likely to fall apart, but that was what he was saying to sell his overpriced extended warranties.

I just did a lease on a 2021 Toyota Rav 4 from Phillips Toyota in Leesburg. This was by far the best car purchasing experience that I’ve ever experienced. When I arrived, I was greeted by Sales Consultant Jason Katz. He was very friendly and asked all of the right questions to get me the vehicle I wanted. Very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Mike Kuhn, the sales manager was awesome in listening and put the deal together without all of the back and forth that I have experienced in previous purchases at other stores. Signing the paperwork with Mike Harvey, the Finance Manger was seamless and pleasant. He explained everything in detail and it didn’t take much time at all. If i could rate 0 stars i would. 850 dollars to get my car half way fixed with a used part and charge me for an ECM i didnt even need plus spark plugs because they were the wrong brand. Then try to charge me more money to fix the root cause of my problem that you claimed was fixed Wow. Seems to me that SCAMMING PEOPLE for the most you can is more important than being upfront and honest to people.

I walked into Phillips Toyota to check out a Highlander. I honestly had no expectation of anything happening. Previous experiences at other dealerships had left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I must say that Brett Back over at Phillips Toyota completely tore down my old feelings about dealerships. The whole experience was pleasant! The process was easy and they were very understanding of my situation. They went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle I wanted. The team I dealt with were Brett(Sales), Tony(Manager) and Dennis(finance) and I am very pleased with all of them. They put my needs and expectations first and we were able to drive out of there with the perfect vehicle. I went in because I know Toyotas hold their value but drove out of there feeling like I have a lifetime dealership I can go to. Thanks Phillips Toyota!!

Buyer Beware! My husband and I spoke with Phillips Toyota regarding a CR-V they had in stock. It was still available so we drove over an hour to look at it. When we looked at the SUV we noticed it had damage on the lift gate and bumper. The repair would require replacing both parts. We drove hours out of our way and at no time was the damage mentioned by the dealer. They are planning to fix the CR-V. However, they wanted to charge us the price of a car that had never been in accident when this one had been. Be careful about considering a car from this dealer! Honesty is not their strong suit.
These guys bent over backwards to accommodate me. I originally wanted a specific vehicle that they had to find or order and then I changed my mind and they worked to get me exactly what I wanted. They came through big time and I am so happy. This is the second vehicle we have bought from Phillips Toyota. It wont be the last. Everyone from start to finish are genuine, friendly and work very hard to make you happy!!!!

I experienced the well service technician they treated me well and my car was ready within 2 hours dad changed my battery with a warranty and also clean my headlight in the front friendly service thats what I like
Dealer charged for services NOT recommended or required by Toyota and tried to get me to pay for even more services NOT recommended or required at the 60k maintenance interval. I won’t return here. Other Toyota dealers that I consulted with said they would not feel comfortable trying to charge a customer for a brake flush and/or power steering flush at 60k miles, and that is more than a little concerning.
Sam Thomas was a great help. When I started shopping I had not decided whether I wanted a sedan, an SUV or a van. He showed me all the different vehicles that I had picked out online and did not pressure me to make a decision right away. He was very knowledgeable about all the different features. I looked at a lot of different dealerships, but I came back to buy from Sam. I bought a 2018 Toyota Sienna with 44,000 miles. I added the extended warranty and told Sam that I intended to drive it until my kids take my keys away. If I ever do buy another vehicle, Phillips Toyota is the first place I will look and I’ll ask for Sam!
I am beyond happy with my purchase at Phillips, but more so the staff at the location. I worked with Jimmy Hill and he went well above and beyond. The service department is slow and does not communicate. It took three phone calls just to book an appointment. The operator kept transferring my call back to the service department and, when no one would answer, it would automatically be kicked back to the operator. After multiple tries, the operator said she would have them call me back... which never happened. Repeated this process three times before my call actually got through (I told the operator to keep trying.)Arrived for my appointment about 15 minutes early and waited for about 20 before someone acknowledged me. The appointment was for a basic oil change and I was told it would take about an hour. Since this is our only car, I had to wait and was disheartened to see half of the employees not wearing face masks. After two hours and forty-five minutes, I asked someone about the status of my car. It turns out it was ready and the technician who was working on it went to lunch and just left my ticket on his desk without telling anyone. This is very frustrating because it made me late for my next appointment elsewhere when there should have been plenty of time between. No apology was given.
It has been a Year since I got my Camry at Phillips Toyota in Leesburg. To this day I still talk about and think back to the experience I had at Toyota. It made my first time purchasing a new vehicle memorable. The staff really went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle I wanted. When I come in for service the staff is very friendly and always a pleasure to talk to. Thank you again!

I really would like to see the entire information posted on your new vehicles windows as in the past. Not laying on the console up front, but where a buyer can read clearly what a vehicle has or doesnt have. If given the opportunity again....we would have chosen the Limited vs the XLE Premium.Its very difficult to compare the way the cars information is displayed.We were not aware (and understand we realize its our fault) that the seats were not heated. If the information were more user friendly you most certainly would have sold a more expensive car. The salesman stated the main difference in the two was the navigation/computer part. Again....not his fault....but again....if we could have read that our vehicle didnt come with heated seats it would have been a different sale. We asked to return the car with 60 minutes with 27 miles but were told no. Since then weve taken the car to Orlando and paid an addt $841 to have heaters install. When you live with chronic low back pain...heated seats are an absolute. Maybe my verbiage above might help another customer. When you write a check for $33.300 its very hard not to be a little bitter.

Yesterday I leased a 2021 Toyota Corolla hybrid. I came to this dealership because my husband leased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma last year and we had a good experience. We both worked with Burt Randall who was very easy to deal with. We took a test drive and since I had done my research I was ready to sign. Love the car. The whole process was painless. I left with the car after a detailing, registration, and getting auto insurance. All that was done by Burt. Would definitely recommend this dealership and our salesman Burt.

Called today looking to get a price for a new vehicle. Quoted a price from a competitor selling an available item and provided stock number so there was no confusion. Al in INTERNET sales after finally completing his sales pitch and ignoring what I was trying to say told me the vehicle I was looking at/for could not be had from his dealership at the price listed from another local dealer. Never even got to tell him same price was at numerous dealers in area, just color differences. No wonder real reviews and local opinions rate the place as a no go!Saw the owners response. All I can say is READ what I said and stick to specifics, nice try deflecting!!

We went to look at vehicles not sure what we wanted or needed but when we arrived Aaron introduced himself and walked with us through the inventory talking to us and explaining options until we narrowed everything down to one vehicle. Scott, the manager went to say hello and to welcome us to the Phillips Toyota family. We chose the one that fitted what we wanted and drove home in it within a few hours. What a great experience with Aaron in sales and entire staff.
