Took my truck to the dealership to get it looked at and they created problems and actually made it basically unsafe..Was referred to come see this guys and was not disappointed. Honestly probably the best shop/mechanic service I have had in all of my 5 years of living in Florida. They were extremely thorough and made sure my truck was safe to drive before I left. I dont even care if its under warranty.. I wont take my truck anywhere else. I live in another county and have no problem bringing it back to these guys. Every person they had on staff was extremely personable as well. I have zero complaints whatsoever.

Went into champion to ask about a suspension lift for my f250. Listening to the techs and then the owner came in and we talked about his truck and how to make mine look like his. Well I had them lift my truck and mount my wheels and I am beyond satisfied. Excellent service and owner.

They have been there for me when I needed the expert experience. The establishment is well organized, located in an easy to get to place, plenty of parking. The crew work together to get things done in an orderly fashion.They have a great waiting room and nice clean bathrooms available to the public. I strongly recommend their work. Ive used Champion Rental several times throughout the years. Havent found a place I trust more with my suspension / rims & tire work. Ive also had them do some audio work as well, always quality and long lasting work. Last week they did a 4 inch lift on my RAM 1500. Prior to this lift, I had done a complete suspension refresh, but I couldnt seem to get rid of some quirky sounds here and there. Ken told me that most likely after the lift they might go away and that they would check everything since the lift required major disassembly. Sure enough, all the sounds are gone. This is the best my Truck has EVER driven. I left the shop with a strong stance, smooth over bumps and smooth as butter on the highway. 5 stars all the way.

I had a tire blow out. I stopped in and they took care of me within 30 minutes. I purchased 2 new tires I would recommend them to anyone. Polite and quick. 5 star

I needed a new tire and alignment.  A friend suggested I go to CHAMPION RENTAL PURCHASE SUPERSTORE because they are so good at tires, alignments, etc. for cars and trucks and are a very nice family who treated customers honestly.I instead, went to the same tire business that sold me some tires in the past. They did my alignment and told me that my car pulling to the right is normal, which I thought was odd!  Of course I did not feel comfortable with this false information and brought my car to KEN at CHAMPION for a second opinion.  Ken really cared that I found out the truth, so he personally tested my car and re-tested my alignment.  He confirmed that my gut feeling was right and that its not normal for my car to pull to the right after an alignment unless there might be something else that could be the problem.   It was a major blessing to go from one company who was not honest or nice, to a man and his company called CHAMPION that cared about me and my family and was honest with me in the short term and the long term with my car.  Ken and his staff were so nice to me, making me realize they really care about all their customers.   Thank you Ken, for caring about me and helping me with my broken car.   Pete

I came in to the shop very rushed and last minute to mount tires on my wheels. Due to the size of the wheels no other shop would touch them to mount and balance them. We always use Champion Rental & Purchase for all of our tire and rim purchases on all of our vehicles.. Ken (the owner) is VERY helpful with any questions you may have, they help make the decision process a lot easier when choosing rims, their prices are more than competitive, and they can get you basically any type of rims and tires you want for your ride! They have a really great staff all around. They also do tire balancing, wheel alignments (just had mine done today - riding on a cloud now), some mechanic work, and amazing stereo system installs (Brandon with Big Baby Customs that installs up there at the shop) that will make your ears not believe what they are hearing and your chest pound from the bass!

I’ve gotta give credit where it’s due, these are the most down to earth people you’ll ever meet, never judge, and work with you on anything . Did a jam up job aligning my truck, and they did an awesome job mounting and then balancing my wheels and tires that were all out of wack! I highly recommend the crew at champions to do your work!

Great shop very friendly

Very very very over priced. I attempted to use them to have a leveling kit installed on my truck. I wanted a simple leveling kit, 2 inch in the front. No shocks or struts or any suspension work needed. Just the install and an alignment. They quoted me at almost 2k for everything!!! Just so you know you can buy a kit online for about $30. It should take no more then an hour-two hours for install. I called precision off road in Leesburg and they only charged me 150 for the install. So if you want custom work and don’t want to be ripped off, go elsewhere. This place is way too overpriced.

I was referred to champion by another auto store who couldnt help. So I called champion asking for help with my mud flap, they told me to bring it in so they could look at it. I didnt get their names but when i got there the two men sitting at the desk were so nice and helpful. They took my car back and not only fixed the mud flap but i also mentioned that a back tire needed lug nuts and studs if they could just look at it and tell me what i needed. Well, the one man came back and told me all was fixed. At no charge.... My blessing for today... I am beyond grateful for their help today. This is an awesome place to bring all your auto needs to. Ill be recommending them to everyone i know. Thanks again guys...

Great rent to own tires.

This place is a rip off!! They double charge your Credit Card. Plus they have an individual working there who does car audio, who has been arrested multiple times and takes your money without performing any work on your vehicle. He calls it Big Babys Customs....... its a rip off!! Its the worse place to go for anything you need done!!! STAY AWAY!!Addition: They will also threaten to trespass you from the property if you ask for a receipt. Also they refuse to give your equipment back and l had to have the police dept. make them give it back!! 👎👎👎🤔🤔🤔

They have some kid working there that runs up and down US 441/27 Citrus blvd with what is the loudest vehicle Ive ever heard sounds like he flying down the road, yet it is a piece of garbage. I know where he lives and if it does not stop the sheriffs department will visit.This Champion place is the ones that are at fault for all the loud vane music we hear all night also. If this does not stop I will make there life miserable also. Labor day weekend on Monday I thought America was being bombed. These people need to stop. For the people around them and especially the children that have to get up early in the morning to go to school. Ive never seen such a ridiculous place. I called several times Monday, then watched about 10 people wondering around the parking lot and nobody answered the phone. Im guessing they know why.This place is the whole problem around our neighborhoodThey do not protect there employees or the children within the area.They test equipment to we hours and when you call to talk about the lawfulness of the operation, your told this is a place of business I guess they are the only business around here.Pull the stereos into the bays and test them with the doors down.

I cant believe that Champion received a bad review, I have been dealing with Champion for over 10 years. Ken, Kerrie, Erik, and Jose are the best, There is nothing that I can call and tell them I want or need, and they wont get it for me. I have been with them so long, that they know my style, what color I want, so all I have to do is call and say I want this, and by the time I get to the store, I have 3 or 4 items to choose from, Their Customer Service is AWESOME, they have families and kids just like I do, so there have been times that I have been late on payments, all it took was a phone call to say when I would be in to pay, no harassing phoe calls, I will continue to deal with them, They are en excellent company.
