I bought DKNY boots 45 days ago. But they were for a gift and the number I bought was bigger. When I came to DKNY I didnt ask for a refund, I asked to exchange the boots for another thing. I go to that store so much, the sellers know me. But this time the manager was very unfriendly to me. I asked 5 times to exchange for anything, but he was so rude. In any store they return the money, even after 90 days and I couldnt replace it. I will never go to DKNY again. I am very disappointed.
