My second time in the store and what a HUGE DIFFERENCE with customer service in the store. NO ONE came to greet me and I was walking around in the store for 10 mins. All 3 ladies were in the cash register talking. I was looking for handbags for twins birthday and no one bother came to help me. I left and bought my gifts at COACH with better customer service.
I purchased a dress from here a couple days ago. After trying it on at home, because the fitting rooms were full, I found the zipper to keep getting stuck. When I tried to return the item today they said they don’t except returns or exchanges......what kind of store doesn’t except returns or exchanges during a pandemic when half the fitting rooms are closed and you can’t try stuff on. The item hasn’t been worn and still has tags and original packaging. I can’t return a dress that cost be $250 now. I will never buy from this store again after this experience. This dress isn’t worth the price tag and the quality is clearly very cheap if the zipper keeps getting stuck.
Exceptional customer service. Power went down and the manager was amazing and still able to sell me my bag and was so sweet. All the employees were amazing.
The customer service I received at this store was Amazing.! The store manager Aida took the time to explain and show me different products.
Amazing service I tell you. Shopping has never been more convenient for me then it has thanks to Adia at Marc Jacobs. I went into the store and purchased 2 bags then I got home about 45 minutes away and could not stop thinking about the other colors that I should have gotten while I was there. Before I left Adia gave me her business card with her number and said if I needed anything to let her know. Well I did just that, I texted her and asked for a picture of the other color bags and wanted to purchase 3 more of them. She quickly placed both of them on hold and found the other color I wanted at another store now that is amazing service. Who does that? Well this store and person did, why because I wanted it. I paid for my item and recieve the next day one bag which was shipped from a store in OH and the next day received my other two bags from Adia.. I am totally digging this new way of shopping, if you see something you want call the store and speak with Adia she will go over and beyond to make sure you get actually what your looking for without ever stepping into the store. She will send you pictures, send you copy of your receipt and send you copy of your tracking #. Now that is unbelievable service and will be shopping here from now on as this customer service is beyond my expectations..Thank you Marc Jacobs for the great customer serviceYou have a shopper for life nowRussell King
