Asked the dude if they sell Nintendo switch docks. He straight up said no because it’s not a Nintendo licensed product… He didn’t even attempt to look it up. I pulled this up showed it to him. If he would have said “oh man I may be wrong then” I would have bought it there but he just looked at me like he knew more than me. So I told him straight up you shouldn’t just tell people things. Told him I would have bought it here but I don’t trust him anymore. Then I left.

Staff at the leesburg store were very helpful and went abouve and beyond this afternoon (10/11) in helping with an order placed online. I would shop here again!

This location in Leesburg definitely has the nicest staff. They have a wide variety of things to chose from.

Demetrius, Jeff, Zack, and Bradford are always a joy to see. They are very knowledgeable about not just current gen stuff, but the retro stuff too! Asked em about my Pokemon Yellow Version, and they pointed me in the right direction about changing the battery. 10/10

Rude service the last 2 times I’ve been. This last time, walked in, asked for a headset for my kid. Guy told me behind the counter was all they had (maybe about 5 headsets). I started to look around and saw boxes away from the counter, with the headset I wanted. I asked about it and got “LIKE I SAID...” with attitude. Thanks for that, dude. Because I love going to a musty-@$$ GameStop during a pandemic to get talked-down to. Sometimes the $20 discount ain’t worth the lack in service.

I have been there a few times in the last couple weeks with my toddler son who is known to bounce off the wall. There is a gentleman named David who has helped me both times and has been very well spoken and patient while I deal with my toddler. The store has been very clean both times I have been in there and they have a very good selection for great prices. We went in expecting to just buy one game but got two for a very low price.

Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Ill typically make purchases in store instead of online because the employees are so friendly and can give good recommendations that I might not have otherwise known about. They also have a really great warranty program for consoles, no questions asked exchanges on broken items that are covered.Its always a pleasure to go to this GameStop!

DONT GO HERE. NEVER. Went in yesterday to buy a PS4 Pro, the sales associate suggested that I buy a PS4 slim instead. Obviously, the price different was drastic so I bought the Slim. Got home and realized I needed a Pro so I went in to return the system, upon which the sales associate told me I can’t return it and I lost 200 dollars of value on the system. These guys suck big time don’t go here

Overall terrible experience. We walked in and weren’t greeted for 2 minutes. The service was awful and they never even took our order. I didn’t even see the kitchen and there was no seating. Very disappointing!

The employees are nice. The game selection can sometime be lacking but is still pretty good. Overall if youre looking for a place to find latest game in stock this place will probably have it in stock.

Staff is helpful in their limited expertise areas, when it gets busy they have been somewhat slow.

Bought a 3DS XL stylus online. Listing was very specific. Go to pick it up 6 hours later and it wasnt ready. Gave me the wrong stylus twice. They were basically like heres a stylus, we dont know if its the right one. I didnt know because the 3DS XL I bought didnt come with one, so I wasnt sure what it looked like exactly, I was hoping that 2 gamestop employees would know what a 3DS XL stylus was. Turns out they dont. Wasted 45 minutes driving out there. My Amazon order will arrive tomorrow. Should have done that in the first place. If they were out of stock, why did the website let me buy it? Like I said, the listing was very specific about it being for the 3DS XL. So I didnt buy the wrong one by accident. You could have made $3.00 gamestop, but you sqanched it.

These guys know their stuff. Polite, friendly, and take the time to inform you of what ever system and games youre looking for. I rely on Joey every time, hes awesome

The guys in here are very friendly and will tell you anything if you have a question about a game or system. They always do the gamestop thing and ask you to preorder when buying but they do it in a friendly way unlike some other stores Ive been to where if you tell them no its a burden. Great location

Anytime I go here I always experience top notch customer service and great attitudes. All the employees give me valuable information and personal opinions about games that are very insightful. I wouldnt go to any other GameStop in the area!

It’s pretty cool, I came here to get a few games, the preowned games. The prices were awesome I picked up a controller while I was here, it’s a pre-owned wireless controller got a great deal on it. The employee who was working there was really nice and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

I know nothing about video games, so this review is for fellow ignorants: I wanted a game system which my kids could enjoy. I wanted something which would work for my child with disabilities. The guy selling showed me all the different controllers. He took his time and was very helpful with my specific needs. He did not put on any pressure to buy. He answered all my (hundreds of) questions and didnt make me feel stupid for not knowing. Highly recommended.

Worst gamestop I have ever been to. Rude employees who dont know what they are doing and just an all around miserable experience just walking through the door. Its really bad when you go to return games and they tell you they cant because you bought games at 1pm and 7days later you try return them at 4 pm on the 7th day. Just either close this location or fire everyone abs start over. Never go back to that location

I love this place. Its where I buy all my games and systems. Plus you can Buy t-shirts and collectibles of all sorts.

Had a game on preorder that didnt arrive on date. Staff basically doesnt know when it will come in because its not a big title. Ended up cancelling orders and just ordering off Amazon where I know when it will be there.

Im not a gaming person but I take my kids there a lot and usually find good deals on various games on all consoles. I really like their policy on returning broken or damaged items for only $3!

Worst customer service experience. Staff member berated me when I asked for an explaination of a corporate policy, and exclaimed he was quitting anyway so my concern was irrelevant. Will take my business to Amazon from now on.

Im very close to the employes at the Leesburg GameStop, along with my father.Yesterday we were going to buy the Walking Dead PSP Vita bundle but the didnt have any.A employe went to Sterling and got us one. They have excellent service.
