This small business became my go-to place for all things computer overnight. I called with a problem concerning my laptop. They were quite busy and I thought it might take about a week to get the issue taken care of. I took it in yesterday and got a call today... it was taken care of in less than 24 hours. I was a tech director at a university graduate school, have since retired and the field changes faster than I can keep up with. Computer corner is staffed with exceptional talent. I have a key recommendation for old folks like me. SKIP THE BIG BOX store if you need a computer. Talk to these folks and have them build something that will work for your needs AND have local people who know you and can help you quickly.

I own a business down the road from Computer Corner. I had an issue with the computer that runs my entire business, I called Michael up in a panic and he was here in no time, took my tower and was back with the issue solved. My grandson knocked my laptop over. Only thing wrong was the hinges because it would not close properly and the plastic surrounding the monitor. I received a new cover and bottom panel. But the plastic which surrounds the monitor was still cracked when I picked it up.

Kept getting dropped from Zoom calls for work. My WiFi was not strong enough to reach to my office. Michael came to my house, assessed the situation and recommended an ethernet extender through the power system. Low cost, easy to implement and it works great! Very helpful. I came in for a simple repair I wasnt able to do myself and he was able to correct it in 20 mins for a very little fee. I took my phone in once to get looked at, they were unable to fix it, but the phone was unfixable (phone was corrupt)... they didnt charge me. My computer died during a bios update when I was vacationing in Florida. Alex and Michael were great - they diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, fixed it, troubleshooted through a bitlocker problem, got my computer working perfectly again and shipped it back to my in NY. My MacBook Air would not start up. The screen on my touchscreen laptop cracked and I was looking for somewhere to get it fixed, so, I tried calling a couple big name places but couldnt even get through on the phone. Thought I lost everything due to a lightning strike. Computer Corner determined that only the network card and a trip switch needed to be replaced/reset. They also determined the monitor was damaged and it was not worth fixing. They only charged me for the new network card and a modest cost for labor. They recommended that I go to Best Buy for a new monitor. If you have a problem with your computer I highly recommend this company.

Computer Corner is the only shop I will deal with after my first repair. I have a MacBook Pro that that started shutting down unexpectedlywhenever I used it. Checked with a few shops and they wouldnt touch it.The folks at Computer Corner ran a few tests and decided that the logic board was the problem and needed to be replaced. I knew what a job that was but decided to go ahead with the repair. Dropped my computer off at 9:00 A.M. and picked it up at 4:00 P.M. Been running like a top ever since. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone who asked for a good fair priced shop.

An absolutely EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. Very knowledgeable, easy to work with. I called, and then brought my Mac down to them, explained my problem, what I needed removed, and to revert to my original system OSX. They did exactly what i asked, called me in 48 hours, and I went in and picked it up. The total charge was $65.00 which is extremely reasonable compared to many other computer services that charge a diagnostic fee, and then start charging by the quarter hour to fix the problem. Michael and his staff were very courteous, the office is very neat and organized (unlike many others I have been in) and I could not be more pleased. Its a great service and I tell everyone I can to use them, you will not be disappointed, in fact, I know you will be pleasantly pleased, which is a great experience when dealing with computers.
