Bought a beautiful sled bed there today. Couldn’t tell it was completely broken on one leg until we were unloading it at home this afternoon. $700.

If you havent been here, you need to go! There is a variety of decorating styles for anyone looking for consigned furniture and accessories. I found a beautiful vase and picture to round out my waiting room decor. Cant wait to return!

Everyone here is super kind and helpful. I found the perfect high end piece at at substantial discount for the show piece in my entryway without having to drive all over town and pay full price. Everything in their show room is in very good condition.

BEWARE!!! The owner Rosemary is extremely unprofessional and deceitful. I encourage anyone who wishes to consign. To thoroughly shop around and investigate before leaving your precious goods with this unprofessional place. Two major concerns with my experience. 1). They breach their own agreements by not paying timely after they sale your goods. 2). And if they do not sell your furniture they damage it. After selling my million dollar home in Brambleton the owner reap the benefits by keeping my commissions for months. This is after she sold approximately 6 pieces of my furniture less than a month. There was an expensive sofa left in her care that I opted to not sale. When we came to pick it up the back fabric was torn. Hence, she does not even accept damaged goods per contract. Don’t waste your time. There are better professionals, and honest business owners you could do business with other than this modest undertaking!!!

First of all I purchased a trundle bed from consignment solutions not knowing that the trundle was in operative. It did not occur to me that they would sell a product that did not work. Also I found the owner Rosemary, to be incredibly nasty and rude.

Way over priced! I think they think they are selling high end furniture but believe me it’s not! Very disappointed....

Big store, lots of options and some pretty good prices. The prices automatically discount the longer items are in the store and the discount schedule is printed on the item so you can buy now or choose to wait (and hope someone else doesnt buy now - its a gamble.)

The selection of the store is very unique and theres always something new! However, Ive found multiple items in store that were priced more expensively than online, so its best to do a quick check to make sure youre getting a good deal. Most of the customer service interactions with the women in the front, have been less than ideal. On my last experience, we came back to the store to buy more dishes from a set we had bought the week before. When we found the dishes, there was a new tag over the older one with a higher price. When we spoke to the woman at the front about the price, she became annoyed and wouldnt let us look at the tag underneath, which we wanted to do to prove we werent ripping her off. We got home and found the dishes online for cheaper, go figure. That experience was bizarre, but its a nice place to browse!

Love this place. They are family owned. They are so pleasant to you while you are there. Even the guys working stock are nice, warm and polite. The stick refreshes often so be careful if you see something you want, it may not be there when you come back! And, if you dont see anything you want, next time you come In the store will have entirely new crop of goods

I almost dont want to give away this areas furniture buying secret place.. love this store. Its a shop often type of store. Need a bigger house for all the goodies.

This a nice place to go for upper range second hand furniture. Its well stocked and there are a lot of options. However I was personally looking for cheaper second hand furniture in the 50-200dollar range. You will not find much for this price range at this store. There arent enough staff to wait on you hand and foot but if you ask them any questions they willingly help.

I sold my bedroom set and got more than I had expected. My husband and I were very pleased with Consignment Solutions. The store was inviting and very nicely set up. We had a very enjoyable shopping and selling experience.

Wide array of used furniture and decor. There are some great deals to be had....but overall, the prices are a bit high.

Dont go here its awful the A/C has not worked in years its musty smelling and 100 degrees. A/C works now but still warm. Good deals on high end furniture.

Clean, neat, lots of room and lots of stuff. I like the way everything is set up like little vignettes. Plenty of room is left to walk around and check everything out. The prices here are EXCELLENT considering what the same pieces would go for inside the beltway. People complaining about prices should try Good Will. (And yes I shop there lots as well - no shame and lots of good finds to be had a GW). There were at least 3 items of furniture I would have purchased today had I the room for them. I was welcomed and nicely asked if I needed help at least 3 times. So I dont know what the other people are complaining about do I believe that anyones experience can be vastly different at any store depending on who is working that day.

I dont think they want to make a sale..the hours are highly limited for this area and the displays are not very coordinated. I have yet to buy more than $5 dollar stuff each time i go thinking I would find good furniture and decor deals. After weeks of going and finding the same items, stopped.Updated: Im telling the lady with the fake eyebrows is so racist!! I gave it one more chance after months, not a nice environment.

Dated furniture. Overpriced

If youre looking for a nice quality set of furniture for a master bedroom or living room, this is a great place. Otherwise, many of their items are highly overpriced. They sell used restoration hardware bedding for more than the outlet sells---go figure. In addition, when trying to consign items with them, they appear to have a non caring attitude. I sent items to them via email, didnt hear back and had to stop by to get an answer. Didnt help that the older southern lady who has the all important job of greeting customers is also incredibly rude, unapologetic and passive aggressive. Think bless your dear heart written all over her face and actually coming out of her mouth. If I lived closer to my old hood in Arlington, wouldnt ever deal with this place on that basis alone. They need to train their staff in customer service etiquette.
