Bowen was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work and communicate with. Really does his best to understand needs and concerns and addresses them. Also, liked Patricio and install crew, they installed quartz in our very large kitchen, as well as 4 bathroom vanities all in one day. As with any job there were some minor hiccups but everything got handled very well, i.e., to my satisfaction as that was Bowen and Patricios objective. Im now discussing having them do cabinetry work on our lanai!

Catalyst recently installed quartz countertops, backsplash, kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. I couldnt have been happier or more satisfied with the entire process and with everyone I dealt with at Catalyst. I had 5 quotes. Catalysts work was done for @$7000 less than one of their competitors using the exact same products. Estimates from 2 other companies were a little lower than Catalyst but did not include installing the faucets and garbage disposal. I highly recommend Catalyst.

We love our new granite countertops! The process of choosing the right stone for our house, measuring all the surfaces to be done and the installation of the countertops was fantastic. There were a few hiccups with communication about dates of installation, but overall this a great experience. We would highly recommend Catalyst Cabinets and Countertops to our friends and neighbors.

We are very happy with our new countertops. Loved the people! Loved the product! Loved the overall experience! Would highly recommend and will definitely be doing more projects with them in the future.

We began this process around September of last year. It was my retirement gift to myself, a pretty kitchen. We visited the yard, picked our slab and talked about making sure the splotch wasnt part of the final cut. Since there were 4 pieces used for the job Johnnie assured me we could make it work by using the cut outs such as the cooktop or the sink. This was 100 pineal feet of work.A month later the countertops arrive WITH the splotchy in the largest top, very visible. The piece was returned. The installer saw imperfections on two other pieces and said they would replace them. One piece they replaced isnt even long enough to govern the counter, short by an inch. The other piece has a 4 inch imperfection vein, several rust spots and its cut on one edge1/4 inch away from the wall (this is an Angeles cut, the other side is right where it should be). I asked for the ONE piece with the visible stain and several rust spots to be replaced. It is less than 30 . If he owner said hed have to come by to look at the piece, but used Covid as an excuse as to why he couldnt schedule. Funny, the entire job was bought and installed during Covid. The owner finally came, in February, an hour later than scheduled...we couldnt be there at that time. Owner said he would reschedule. Its March and I asked for a date and was told to pound dirt, that there was nothing they could do to satisfy us. The job was over $7K, and I have a kitchen that has a too short countertop, I will have to fill in the 1/4 gap and have a visible rust vein and spots on the other.RUN, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Catalyst Tops was the most competitive countertop bid we received out of 6. Their work was exemplary and our quartz countertops are just beautiful. We HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a new countertop!

I purchased Pompeii Quartz country tops, I had a problem with water spotting. I called catalyst to report the problem, they refused to rectify the issue. They didn’t inform me of the 15 year warranty on the product. BUYER BEWARE!!!!,,

We found them on Home Advisor and were very satisfied with the finished product. We had granite and quartz installed on all counters in our kitchen and 3 bathrooms.

Very disappointing. Was expecting a show room. Couldnt get anyone to wait on us, after about 10 minutes we left.

I received a call this morning that they would be unable to make it to our appointment scheduled for Wed 9/11. When asked when they would like to reschedule, I was told they would not be able to reschedule. What kind of company is this? This lack of professionalism is not worthy of one star.
