Too much attitude. It says it closes at 9:30pm, I came before at around 9:28 to quickly pick up a quart but they were closed already. I knocked on the glass to ask the employee if they were open, he said they weren’t. I them backed up my car in the parking space behind mine to google another store nearby. He then comes out and asks me why im here! What the hell!!! IM MEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

I don’t review often, but this place deserves another dismal rating. You always receive some sort of attitude from the employees here. It’s never a pleasant experience. I always give it another chance, but I’m like 0 for 5 at this point.

Would be nice to know the actual hours youre open - says 10pm on here. Im here before 10pm! Youre not open.

Asked me to put on a mask. Told them I have a health condition that prevents me from wearing one. The employee asked me what the health condition was....oh my! Someone just violated HIPAA. Guess my next call is to an attorney!

I ordered and paid 15.00 for a 3 scoop hot fudge sundae to be delivered to my house. It was delivered in time frame that was promised but when I went to enjoy my sundae I noticed it didnt have whip cream, nuts and cherry . On the menu the description of what I ordered said it was included in price and to top it off one of the scoops of ice cream was chocolate and I didnt order chocolate ice cream. I tried to call them twice to tell them about my order and no one answered . I wont be spending my money here anymore.

The Butterfingers 31 below I bought from this Baskin-Robins was absolutely pitiful. For starters, they did not even properly mix the 31 below in the machine made for mixing it. They used a spoon and hand stirred it. There was very little butterfingers in it and it basically looked like a cup of vanilla ice cream. To top it off, the little butterfingers that were there were rock hard and stale. Will not be going back.

Good selection of ice cream. Good customer service. I would recommend them.
