Chris took his time going over what I wanted or might need for service. He was friendly and helpful without pushing me to do anything I did not feel a need to have done.He also took me into the service bay to meet Paul the mechanic to better explain something I questioned. Paul was just as friendly and helpful. While in the bay, I also pointed out a scratch on the side of the door and I asked both men if they were aware of a product I could buy to buff it out. Chris asked me to hold on a second and proceeded to get a special sponge with a big blob of goo on it. He then rubbed it on the area for a few minutes to clean it right up! No extra charge!Paul also noticed some tree sap on the car and said hed see what they could do to take care of that during the complimentary car wash. The vehicle looked great when they were done.Both men went well beyond what I expected to make me feel comfortable with the quality and reliability of their service.

Horrible vehicle purchase.Traded in a great little car for a certified 2019 odyssey. What a mistake. Transmission problems like a lot of others have had with this vehicle. Just had a meeting with Honda and national dispute company because it is a POS. Jenkins and Honda know it has problems yet won’t fix it and instead say the computer shows it works fine.Yea. My van sits at green lights revving instead of going. Cause that is what it is supposed to do. Avoid this place. Assistant GM is garbage and so is the service department.Avoid Honda in general. Go with Toyota. Just not a Jenkins Toyota.

We are very happy with the outcome of selling our leased 2021 leased CR-V Ex-L to Jenkins and leaving with another 2021 CR-V Ex-L. We had over 8600 miles on our 5 month old CR-V and we left with a new CR-V with only 2 miles. We are happy with our new CR-V having a beige interior replacing the old black leather interior. Gene and Cody were great to deal with. We only wish our new car had splash guards like our old one did.

Expected to have to wait until I got back up north to get a good deal for both the customer and the dealer. My mother brought her Odyssey in for inspection of a noise in the front end. She called me later on with a list of what they said was wrong. Good thing she did not go through with any of the work. Almost $7000 worth of repairs on a van that is nowhere near old enough or with enough mileage to warrant any sort of this kind of work. She then brought it to a local garage for a second opinion. Not only did the other garage not find anything that needed repair at the moment, they didnt charge her to even look at it. I fully believe that some dealerships (1) take advantage of women knowing that most dont much about cars and (2) shes in the older age group. Needless to say this was a one and done visit to this dealership. Be careful what they try to push on you or your family members if you choose to go here.

We had questions about our Car Care Plan and the specific service our car currently needed and he graciously & patiently answered our questions in detail. He then went and got Greg Green, who sold us the Car Care Plan to answer additional questions we had about the plan. I made an appointment to have the windows in my car tinted. I spoke to Kimberly and set the date. I wrote it on my calendar but apparently she did not put it on hers. I road 45 minutes (in pouring rain) to keep my appointment. I arrived and Kimberly had not put me on her schedule. She then told me that she couldnt help me that day but I could make another appointment. I am writing this because I am a long time (15 year) customer and have never been so disappointed in Honda service in all these years. This woman needs to get her stuff together!!!

Yesterday was my first visit at Jenkins Honda of Leesburg. I initially came in for a simple oil change and replacing of my filters but they were able to inform me of other pressing issues with my car. They were not pushy about it, but simply explained to me why I needed to fix these ASAP. At the end of it, I left with my car running smoothly and I’ll be coming back to finish fixing my car. Overall, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend coming here for the excellent service.

I brought my van in to get serviced early in the morning and was greeted by the staff right as I pulled in. Not knowing how long my services were going to take, I decided to wait in their customer waiting area which was fully equipped with snacks, coffee, tea etc. and was surprised by how clean and comfortable the area was. Although I was there for over 5 hours (I had many things needing repair) they were able to fix every one of them keeping me updated as they did it. I was even offered lunch by two separate people during my long wait which I was so appreciative of them for even offering. Overall I had a great experience and will be going back for all my services. They were kind, professional and took great care of me and my car. I recommend them to any Honda owner!

We brought our HRV in for a recall concerning the CVT transmission and to get an oil change and tire rotation. The CVT was OK and the oil change and tire rotation were done in a reasonable time. Basically no problems.

My service advisor Eric and David have been very helpful on my past visits. If there are issues or repairs beyond what I expected, then they discuss them with me before proceeding. A month ago I had major repair needed on my brakes, and David worked with me and my 3rd party service contract to get a lot of the cost covered. I know I can count on David to help me on covering any repairs in the future.
