I have request equipment pickup and they never show up and continue to bill your account. Do not do business with this company. pay cash on delivered. if not they will continue run payment out of your bank account.

Epic fail in communication at Lincare caused my mother to be hospitalized. They blamed Medicare, but, the problem could have easily resolved by a phone call. When you call them for assistance, they take a message. No one ever called me back to help me resolve the problem, which was easily fixable. They caused a trip to the Emergency room and eventual hospitalization. Theyre obviously only concern was Medicare reimbursement, not patient health.
Have had numerous difficulties getting my CPAP supplies over the 1.5 years here in Florida. This company is extremely incompetent and treats my supplies, which are life-supporting, as if they are a missed order of bath towels from Amazon. The corporate structure of this company is a disastrous. They can’t get out of their own way.
Ive been waiting a month for my new cpap. Thank God I have a old one to use in the meantime. My Dr s have even tried to contact lincare. Im going to find another company or buy supplies thru amazon!!
Service in lincaire Louisville Ky is horrible! How do they stay in business?
Lincare has been very difficult to work with in receiving the supplies needd for my husbands oxygen use. The center does not return phone calls cannot get the contact information correct and often times contacts the wrong person in the family regarding info or medications. It took an extremely long time to receive oxygen machine and now cannot provide supplies. I have contacted the main office in clearwater and still continue to have this issue resolved.
Trying to get through their robocall is nearly impossible. When I finally got through the service rep disconnected me, had to go through the whole thing again, twice! Ive had an order in the over two months and still have not receive my replacement equipment.. As with most companies they are quick to accept payment, but slow to respond to inquiries. Too bad they are the only ones to carry the mask I desire! After speaking to a rep she said my chart came from the Doctor unsigned so instead of contacting the Doctors office, just set it all aside. incompetence!
Excellent Customer service With installs for oxygen supplies etc.
Started 5/1/2020 with Lincare as my vendor. On cpap due to high blood pressure. Called the office several times staff always willing to help me no matter the questions even tracked the doctor down for additional paperwork for me. The people in the office were helpful and appeared to go out of the way for me. Im happy customer.
In the past I had expierenced rude and unhelpful people on phone and in person. Today, a different outcome. The guy, sorry didnt get name, helped and made an appointment in less than a minute. He was very nice. I hope it wasnt just a fluke thing.
Tried for 3 months to switch to the cpap that the doctor wanted. Lincare supplied a ventilator and the doctor did not want my wife using that. Lincare would not supply the correct machine, so we went with another company. Now Lincare will not pick up their machine! The reason I kept getting for not supplying the correct machine, was, this one was better. So I guess Lincare knows more than our pulmonologist? The doctor even spoke with them about the machine! Now Lincare wants a stop order from the doctor, to stop a machine that the doctor never wanted!
Have been a customer of theirs for 5 years and still have trouble with them. Have trouble reaching them for billing problems. They do not have a local portable concentrator for trips I take (unlike Chicago where they did). People seem not to care at Lincare. Should rename the company Whocares.
Sweet staff! Always willing to go out of their way to help. Its nice to know there is clinical personnel on staff. I would recommend Lincare to anyone who needs that extra TLC.
Customer Service in the Keesburg Office is very short, bkunt and rude. I went in person in hopes it would be better. NOTI could hear the lady in her office telling another MALE employee walks think they should get everything now. Which wasnt the case. Im simply new to FL and wanted to turn in all my paperwork and Rx from my new Dr. IF they dont call me back soon I will be retrieving all my paperwork from Lincare and going elsewhere.
I have been trying to get oxygen for my wife since last Wednesday. Why that isnt possible I have no idea.Order faxed from Dr Hussain, Oncologist. Came back to Jess Dr Hussains nurse need primary Dr approval.Faxed to fax number for Florida Heart and vascular at fax number Jess has used and gotten order completed.Not this time, called Lincare again if order come through for oxygen.Humana does not require a primary dr approval so, must be some requirement by lincare.In the mean time still no oxygen.If my wife needed it for survival I would be sending the funeral expenses to lincare!!
Terrible customer services. Waiting 2 months for replacement machine.Always an excuse, lost records, wrong form, new help.Definitely not recommend!!
