Best quick oil change service in Lehigh. Honest and reliable. They are practicing social distancing by allowing you to stay in your vehicle while they do their work. Even at their busiest you can be in and out in about 30 mins.

Ok, today 10/21/2021, I went to change the brakes, the man tells me that it is $ 480, I ended up paying $ 676.25, supposedly for some screws that when they take it out they have to change it, a total scam, I have recorded when the man said $ 480, I will seek legal advice.

The service there is the best I have experienced in my 32 years of dealing with mechanics. I asked Brian, a great mechanic there, to remove a damaged plastic piece from underneath my car. I was under the impression that this would be a 15-20 min job so I figured around $50 or so. Well, he did it in 2 min and charged me nothing. I would definatley recommend Brian to anyone who needs work done to their car. The customer service alone is worth it.

I worked there one day had to go deal with a death and it’s been maybe three weeks and I still have no idea where the money I made the day I did Work. Kinda confused honestly.

They CROSS-THREADED my OIL DRAIN plug.DO NOT COME HERE! They didnt tell me.When I called about this issue the guy at the front desk acted like he couldnt find my phone number, car information, or name in the system when Ive been going here for years. Finally when I mentioned the VIN he said, Oh I found you, she (the regular receptionist) put your name backwards. This is an obvious lie and a way to cover his tracks. It was also very rude how he threw the receptionist under the bus for their mistake. The manager(Gary) made me go through circles. He was talking down to me and hoping I didnt have a clue what I was talking about regarding the drain plug. He was also blaming me for their mistake. I never touch my car I always go to this location so how on Earth did I cause this? The manager offered no help and was very unprofessional. He couldnt care less. I only come here to do my oil changes which means they messed up my drain plug. I asked for a corporate number and the manager once again gave me the run around.If the owner wishes to contact me you can reach me at [email protected] this problem is professionally resolved my family and I will no longer be spending money at this location.

Decided to give them a try since they had really good reviews. I was not disappointed. Pulled right up. Got my oil change and went on with my day. I didn’t even have to get out of my car. I was so surprised how easy and fast everything was. I will be returning in a few weeks with my other car for an oil change.

Since covid is happening you stay in your car the entire time for an oil change. Used to be able to just park your car and wait in the waiting room. Anyway, they are very thorough, always friendly, I never feel pressured to buy any other services, but they do make recommendations to you about observation they see. Prices are far, and they are pretty quick about getting you in and out of there. We will continue to go back for our regular vehicle maintenances.

Found out that my filter was never being changed and for my BMW they were not giving my car the right oil, not synthetic at all They over priced me for something that car wasnt receiving at all. Im so upset

Before the pandemic it used to cost around $45.00 for an oil change. Now they have you stay in your car and no prices posted outside. When I finished my bill was over $63.00 for an oil change. You need to post a price list outside.

I went in for an oil change and rotation and when the tires came off they were quick to let me know that I, literally had no rear brakes. Safety is of huge importance to me so I said do it! I had recently purchased my dodge journey from a private owner that gave me a receipt for new brakes and when I got home I checked the receipt and it was for the front brakes. I was so thankful they brought this to my attention! The receipt for front brakes only had a $425 price tag on it and the receipt from Grease Monkeys was $375. Now keep in mind I had 2 system flushes, oil change, air filter, cabin filter, and rear brakes (Not to mention an airfreshner) for $375. Awesome service from genuine people who care. So far,that I know of, this place has the best price for synthetic oil change but if youre looking for conventional oil change try other places cus Ive found cheaper deals.synthetic is always gunna cost a lil more but its much better for your car with less impurities and itll give you the piece of mind that you can go 5,000 to 7,500 miles no problem.

My boyfriend was NOT quoted before hand..when he went to pay and was told the price he was shocked. He tried to question it and was told about replacing the oil filter...which shouldn’t be $90. I would love for his invoice to be explained to us.

Didn’t know hours drove by and saw it was opened. When I pulled up the workers looked so mad. Then one guy mad a comment saying these last minute f@&&$&&$. Not professional at all and not a comfortable feeling

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Such horrible customer service. I went to get my oil changed and it was my first time here. I didn’t know where to go so tried to get someone’s attention. Some bald tan guy just stared at me the whole time and two other “guys” came next to him. They all looked at me, shook their heads, laughed and walked away. I didn’t get my car serviced but I can tell I wouldn’t want to. Such idiots, smh some people just need an taste of their own medicine.
