This location is always a clean store and friendly staff. I feel it is always extremely busy and parking is difficult to fund open spaces. I hope there are plans in the near future to add a second store out here in Lehigh Acres . a Location off of Joel Blvd would be a great addition to our community that continues to see growth.

I love this Publix. The cashiers become friends. And you feel like you walked into home whenever you are there

They are always out of everything. I rarely find a Publix that is out of stuff, especially Publix branded items or bakery products. This place almost never has basic things. This store is organized entirely different from all the other stores, which baffles me. On top of that, they have hardly any staff members. Today I was there and they had two registers open with at least 400 people in the store. They crowd this store so bad people cannot move around. Seriously, I understand nobody wants to work these days because they keep getting free money from the government, but was flat out unacceptable. We pay more to shop at Publix.

I was helped by Bertha at the Publix on homestead and she was the most pleasant and kind employee I have come across in a long time. She made my shopping experience 5 star worthy. This Publix could use a remodel for how busy it is and how many customers it serves. Thank you Bertha for a great experience!

Clean. Professional employees. Clean.The shelves were faced. The floor was swept. Smelled like fresh baked goods.Clean. Was gonna say Somebody needs a raise! But there is no way one person can do all that by themselves!

My favorite Publix to go to. Always friendly and helpful workers. The deli and bakery has everything you need and better yet order your subs ahead online to save time. Clean. Child friendly. Fast service.

Best employee in Deli is Mabel, she makes the best sandwiches.

I was scheduled to pick up a cake order for 9 but when I went to go pick it up at 9. It wasnt ready they told me 5 minutes it wasnt ready in 5 minutes. The decoration on the cake was less than stellar and less than moderate. I dont foresee me ordering a cake from this Publix location anytime soon.

Mostly a great shopping experience. But it seems it depends on the staff you ask for help. Some seem well trained and very helpful but some just provide mediocre service.

Does horrible job on cakes very disappointing. Also always out of stuff.

I love this Publix!! Tonight there was a lady manager that wasn’t very pleasant. I was there too late however there’s a way to approach people sternly without being rude. I did see one of the kids that works there that I absolutely love!!!

All ways the best, food, people, and Clean. Those are three very important things, so if you like good food kind and courteous people in a clean sort of shopping Publix is the place for you.

I do like Publix. This store could use to move and upgrade. Inventory is basic. Customer service is fine. Its ok if you just need a quick bread or milk pick up

I have always loved every publix that I have ever shopped at. I use to like shopping at this publix location just as much until recently. I have noticed their produce has gone way down in quality. Publix USE TO BE my favorite place to buy my produce but now it ranks WORSE than Fresco mas. At least Fresco has a larger variety of foreign fruits and veggies.

Always clean, always kind and helpful, efficient checkout! I wouldnt shop for groceries anywhere else. I love that they will help this older lady load her groceries. The young people they hire are the BEST! SO POLITE!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Always stocked with my favorite brands and always has great deals alongside a friendly staff.

Subs are delicious. They also carry my favorite vegan oatmeal cookies. They have a nice variety of vegan food.

Id give it 5 stars but they removed the butcher area. Other than that I love Publix.

Staff is very helpful, if going to the deli, look for Matthew. He is the best and makes sure everything is to your liking and interactive. Great choice of vegetables and the selection of fresh meat is the best! Would for sure reccomend coming here!

Went here to get my renewed tags and the Kiosk is the best thing the county did. It literally took me 2 minutes.

Very disappointed in the bakery department over ending results of my daughter’s cake. I even showed the associate Olivia a pic of the cake and she had already seemed as if she was annoyed. I posted pics of the cake my daughter wanted vs the cake that was made. And I’ll let them speak for itself. Order was discussed well a week in advance, so if they weren’t up for the job then they should of been professional enough to tell me so I could have went to another location and received better services instead of it almost ruining my daughter’s 17th birthday. I did speak with bakery management the same day and she did offer me 1/2 refund from the ruined cake. So if you want a number cake, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location. I did give it 3 stars bc I love Publix and they’ve never disappointed me until this cake dropping incident. So do better bakery💜

This is a smaller store than most but it is pleasant to shop in. It is easy to get in and out.

Not a Floridian but when I visit, Any Publix is the place I go for my sandwiches. Yummy. Plus very wide selection of food stuff.

The bag boys dont ask you if you want them to walk you out to your car. And there fried chicken from the deli was raw. And there prices are high so very sad. Publix used to be the best. The watermelon i bought there last week was rotten

I LOVE publix, this place is great because it is never messy! Everyone is super kind and they are great! They wont treat you different. Especially in the check out, there are nice people helping you bag your groceries and such. This is place is wonderful. My favorite thing to get here is the bread from the bakery, if you havent tried it. I 10000000% recommend you to try it! I promise you will love it!

Every time i go there, no handicaps parking available and handicap cart hard to find, the deli always rude. bad service. i always now travel a little further away to get belter service dont go there no more

My wife called in a prescription. They said it would be ready by 8pm. They never called like they said they would. We go in person and the girl at the counter said they were out of both prescriptions come back in the morning. After complaining for a minute it magically appears in the pharmacy and now the order can be filled. My wife retired after 27 yrs of loyal service to Publix and she has never seen the treatment she received. You should at the very least have some retraining on how to do the job you are assigned or go back to stocking shelves if you dont want to have people skills or contact.

Trying to get a sub is ridiculous. Long wait. Need more people on at the bust times of the day. People cant wait 20 mins for service with a 30 minute break.

Better quality food if you can afford the prices? The hamburger is better than wallmarts a whole lot less grease when you cook with it. Some of the people who work in the pharmacy are just flat out nasty, like I dont make you work here you chose too. They only like too ring up prescriptions nothing else. So I would recommend cvs or wallgreens.

I loved when you buy one and get one free deal. And the store is very organized and clean. The workers are very friendly. I will always shop at Publix. I have shopped at Publix since 1994. I love the store.

Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Plenty of parking. The store is always very clean. Employees all wear masks. Produce is fresh. Very good selection of products through out the store. The prices at Publix are higher than most other stores in the area, but if you are shopping for their sale items and BOGOs, you can find some decent deals.

Nobody came to help the poor lady at the deli counter. She had a huge line. When asked she said how no one helps her. The cashier rang up one of our products twice and almost broke a bottle. We entered at 8:15 didnt leave until 9:08. What a ridiculous experience
