We stopped in for desert, hoping to get a donut and a bit of ice-cream. Unfortunately, for us, we were told there were no donuts so we opted for Ice-cream. We even asked if they might have some donuts in the back. We were told no. One young man behind the counter was singing with the music which we thought hilarious. He did a great job, also, of fixing our sundaes.I would have given the store 5 stars if the tables had been clean. There were about 4 people behind the counter, two tables with other patrons sitting, and yet every other table in the place was dirty. One customer (or employee?) got up and told someone there were no clean tables and the young man proceeded to ONLY clean the couple of tables on the side of the counters/registers. He LOOKED into the dining room then ignored it. People coming in seemed to prefer sitting in the dining side as the side with the counters/registers was about 15 degrees colder. Way to cold to sit and try and enjoy ice-cream.Meanwhile, as we were finishing our ice-cream, we saw a gentleman come in and leave with a box of donuts!!! Hmmmm

I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and no one spoke to me or acknowledged me. I had to ask someone if they could assist me only to be told that I had to order at the other side of the counter… no that’s not good customer service. There’s no reason why my daughter and I should have been left to stand there with no direction or acknowledgment.

Worst customer service. Skyler has a terrible attitude and should seek employment far from customers and the general public. I asked twice for just a moment while in the drive through, and she came over the speaker again, LOUDLY and rudely asking how she could help. I drove off to view the menu on my phone before getting back in line. Skyler came back over the speaker and asked that I wait a minute before she took my order. When I got to the window, she had the most disgusted look on her face, thrusted my cup of ice cream at me and rudely stated my total. I was then given a receipt with her name on it and a cone without the bottom. Ice cream was leaking out before I even drove off. Terrible, terrible experience. I can’t wait for this place to close and a DQ to open. Go somewhere else, don’t waste your time or your money on this place.

The cashier was nice its just that we had to wait for more than a minute or so to give our order.

Yikes. I don’t actually really have words for how bad this place is. But the employees need drug tested FOR SURE. That’s really the only explanation I can think of as to why we had such a bad experience here and completely incompetent/absolutely absurd encounter.

Do you ever have that feeling after a hard day of work to get some good strawberry shake. AHHH i love Lehigh, such a great place to get you some ice cream especially THE STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKES. I feel like they have the freshest strawberries as well. If there was a option i would rate this a 1,000! 👍👍👍🤝👏👫🍦🥛🍓

All the reviews are correct, customer service is non-existent at this place! None of the ”very limited” ice cream flavors are labeled. Shelves are bare, and the employees don’t even acknowledge your presence. Both employees were busy chatting with one family in the store, or with customers in the drive-thru... never once asked if we wanted anything. After 10 minutes of standing around waiting, we left! This is the ONLY Baskin-Robbins in the entire area, and I won’t be going back!

They barely have anything available and many things have been discontinued. Hopefully they close and a DQ opens up.

Second time we have gone there and the employees decide to close whenever they feel like it. Checked online and door. They had customers inside (2 hours before closing btw), we were right at the door and the employee locks it right in front of us. The customers inside came out and told us they tried to pull that on them as well, but didn’t get to the door in time.

I dont know if you ever have the feeling that you have been robbed and I dont usually do this but sometimes you got to do it. This place is a shame No one knows how to make a simple shake A SIMPLEEEE SHAKE GOD DAMMN PEOPLE. LEHIGH ACRES SUCKS.

Went by at 8:30 PM and it was already closed, even though the sign at the door said that it closes at 9:00.

I ordered a polar bear cake from here and it looked hideous. Also I got ignored for a solid ten minutes when I was here.

Order was wrong. Ordered 2 toasted everything bagels and 2 iced coffees. Bagels were plain and they didnt have liquid sugar. Poor management!!!! As I called store and told manager. Her reply was they have new employees. Bad excuse!! This is not the first time for store in Lehigh Acres.

Don’t drive up at 9pm when they close at 10pm to get ice cream, you will be disappointed they stopped serving ice cream and will only make iced or hot coffee. Won’t be going back, way to lose business and money.

Sharing Storefront with DD is an excellent idea. Broadens the field for one’s sweet tooth. Staff was friendly and helpful. Grounds were well kept and clean. Like most businesses along Lee Boulevard entrances/exits suffer tremendously.

I went tonight to get a couple of pints to take home. They were out of several staple flavors. How can an ice cream parlor be out of ice cream? The young lady behind the counter wasnt even the least bit apologetic. Very disappointed!

Went in to try the stranger things sundae. they didn’t even know what it was even though they are advertising it. showed them a picture, they didn’t even add the banana and still charged me almost 8 dollars. Clearly the manager or whoever hires the people needs to train them on what goes in a sundae

I came to get ice cream at 7:50pm and they told me they stop serving ice cream at 7:50pm. Once I googled what time they closed it said 10pm so I’m very upset!

We were so excited to stumble across a local Baskin Robbins. That excitement quickly turned to disappointment when we discovered that they had less than half of the flavors actually abailable - and no Mint Chip. Seriously?!?!?! Well, OK, maybe we would settle for a donut. Except ... they probably had less than a dozen made. Period. I’m surprised this location is still in business.

Its a combined Baskin Robbins - Dunkin Donuts. The food they offer is alright. They created more seats. Its not fancy, but there is ample parking.I had the chicken bacon croissant and really liked it. Coffee drinks are excellent.

Was pretty disappointed when I pull up the other day at 9:30pm to get ice cream and they tell me the baskin robins is down for the night when the closing hours clearly say close @ 10pm on the door. Not only do you lose business you lose money.

Lobby closed on a Sunday night at 7:15pm so we go through drive thru and they say they are not serving any ice cream...what???

This Baskin Robbins has the worst customer service ever. No matter who works here and how many employees come and go, they always suck. Theyre always getting my orders wrong and/or I have to be repeating my order more than once, whether Im getting just one item or two. Unfortunately, its the only one close to me and I love BR ice cream, or else I wouldnt come here anymore. Ive never been to a BR, or anywhere else, where they consistently got my orders wrong. Very frustrating.

Staff is very slow. Paid more attention to the drive Thur than indoor customers

Its a basin Robbins/ Dunkin donuts location so the drive thru doesnt have any flavors listed and the staff is not very accommodating. Since the lobby closes before the drive thru its kind of a pain to get no info outside.
