The owner is the most knowledgeable person about his business that I’ve ever seen in any line of business. He is generous beyond belief and goes way above and beyond any business owner I’ve ever seen. He has answered his phone after hours and has even opened his store for what I needed. In addition, he came out to help fix a well problem we were having, spending several hours here and wouldn’t take a dime...not even extra for opening his store. He has done the same for others I know of. The owner is the epitome of good customer service! His style of operation has, unfortunately, gotten lost over the years with the popularity of big box stores which have put most mom and pop stores out of business. No doubt, his customer service has kept him in business for well over 30 years, with the hardware store originating with his father. No, he doesn’t have the inventory of big box stores, but he has what a person needs...as well as hard to find items, like cords for percolators, that won’t be found in big boxes. If you need advice on anything hardware related, this is the place to go! This is a friendly, well run, no drama business. The best mom and pop establishment I’ve ever seen! I highly recommend Town and Country Hardware!!

Gentleman there very helpful and has some things you cant get anywhere else. If not he will try and help you find it.

Had a few questions about my Pump and Well he was very knowledgeable Little Town store not in Ace Hardware but he does have a lot of things this is my first time there

RACIST SOB... Man had a problem with my home girls BD over speaker phone while she was trying to purchase an item. He denied sale to her, so I walked in to purchase the same item. He asks me if the item is for her, I said no and waited until sale was made so I can question the RACIST SOB why he wouldnt sell her the item. His excuse was that she made him made when in reality the person on the phone did. This business needs to be investigated about Discrimination and Racism. For a business open for so long in Lehigh Acres should get new owners.
