The wait is a little long but there really good with customer service and I always get what I want over there.

As a former store manager at a local big hardware store my expectations for customers service was not unrealistic in fact just a follow up call 30 seconds and this review wouldve been a good one. I agree with the with the previous review, ive called several times and keep talking to whoever answers the phone, the last persons name was Ashley who said would call me with a price well that never happened. It seems to me that these people are not in the business of selling in customer service is not their priority, at least I found out before doing business with them which obviously will never happen.

I tried and tried and tried to order a front door with side window package and also tried to have a door custom cut. The sales guy never returned calls and made you feel like you were a bother. Service was awful! I wouldnt recommend as the service was not even worth 1 star.
