Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a print job 24 hours in advance and was given a due time. I gave them an extra hour before arriving and it still wasnt ready. They said that they couldnt figure out how to print my job or give me a refund (it was prepaid). I left without my money or documents.The two staff members were exceedingly rude, not just to me but other customers in the store. I witnessed at least three customers during my time waiting be spoken down to and leaving without what they came for...one man just wanted to check his PO Box. They spent half of their time complaining about how Greg, who is apparently the owner, doesnt even know how to run his own store.I own a small business and I entrusted them to assist me with a simple printing. Because of this, I let my client down and tarnished my reputation. I thought that 24 hour notice and giving them an hour beyond the due time would have been more than sufficient. A $50 print job ended up costing me hundreds.They refused to give me any contact information for the owner before I left...without a refund or my documents.UPDATE:I called the number as the reply requested twice and left a message each time. He never returned my calls. My credit card company ended up issuing a refund.

I shipped through this UPS store and both items were shattered. They placed them in a box way too small. I was heart broken as they were sentimental items left to me by my dad who passed away. Now, to add insult to injury, I can get no response from the store or UPS. They all just pass the buck. UPS came and got the box and items. Now, I have no idea where they are. What are my next steps? While no amount of money can replace these items, I do want my insurance money. ????

Great experience on 6/11/2021. The gentlemen who assisted me were patient, polite and professional. I was attempting to ship an item without a needed QR code. The staff allowed me to use their computer and assisted me in contacting Samsung to obtain the information needed. They prepared a specialized phone box and printed the label. I was impressed with staff courtesy, and will be happy to return for all my shipping needs!

I went to the UPS store on Saturday and there were two employees there and both were extremely rude I asked them on 3 different occasions what their names where and for the supervisors name they did not give it to me! I also asked one of them not to speak to my while she was assisting someone stand in front of her, I will wait for her to assist me, she then called me rude even though she was yelling clear across the counter! I emailed the store with the email address that was posted on the counter and soon realized that it was to have labels printed out at the store so I’m sure one if not both deleted my email instead of having a supervisor call me! I then found the stores email address and sent them a screenshot of the original email and included it and asked for a supervisor to call me! That’s was on Saturday and I have yet to hear from anyone yet! No one had name tags on! Needless to say I will not use that ups store again! And take my business to FedEx for better customer service!

Please ask for explanation of what the instance covers when offered to you at the UPS Store. January 14th, 2021. I shipped a package to Texas. I took the package in & ask the clerk what I needed to pack the box. He told me what to buy to pack it to secure it. I bubbled wrap it, shrink wrapped & padded it. He ask if I wanted to purchased extra insurance to cover it. I purchased $200 extra on what they automatically covered. The product was damaged when it reached the owner. I filed a claim with Greg store & UPS. They denied the claim twice so we ask to have the packaged shipped back to us if that’s the case. We waited & waited I went in to talk to Greg several times. We never received the package back after claim was denied. Greg contacted me & told me the claim was now approved because they lost our package 2 mths later. I was told we would receive a check for the $200 dollars I added only. If you do not allow UPS to package your product they can deny your claim. This was an apple computer my son needed for business purposes. I’ve heard them offer this insurance but not explain it. We never received the package as of today or check. This is a BIG lesson learned & a customer who will continue to share this horrible experience. This UPS STORE I had always used & told others will now share this story to please ask questions about the INSURANCE COVERAGE!!! Losing a customers package is NEVER okay & be treated as if it’s your fault!!!!

I bought an oculus Quest 2 Advanced All In one Virtual Reality Headset 256GB, and gave it to a loved one. However, they ended up shipping it back to me on August 2nd 2021, due to it not meeting their expectations. The estimated delivery date was to be August 5th, from Lehigh to Long Island NY. On the 5th, it didn’t arrive, and weirdly the tracking never updated. It was stuck on “Label Created” since the day it shipped, and so we found it to be weird and unusual, so we called the store on the 6th and went there physically. But they said to wait a few more days as they stated “UPS GROUND isn’t priority “. This also implied that the estimated delivery date didn’t mean that it would have gotten there on that date. Funnily enough, they couldn’t explain as to why the package never received the first scan, if it got to the warehouse. No way shape of form is it an accusation but it’s as though the package never left the UPS store in Lehigh. UPS opened an investigation on 08/06/21 and on 08/12/21 their investigation concluded the package was lost. Then, as absurd as it sound, they only offered to refund a $100 when we had bought the Oculus headset for a total of $383. I would recommend if anyone is shipping expensive and important good to not use that place as they don’t take responsibility for losing it, and act as though it was our fault it got lost

The experience I initially had wasnt good, however I understand the owner is going through a big turn over due to pandemic and its understandable. I would say with some training and patience this place could work. Just please train your employees to be kind to their customers you will have lifetime customers if they do.

Completely unacceptable experience. They lost my package, even though I have a receipt showing I gave it to them! They will not take responsibility. Worse, I was asked to wait for them to give me a response. After being asked to wait for half an hour, the lady commented that I creepy vibes and to call some dead-end number instead. Totally unacceptable behavior!

Horrible experience and not going back. lady was super rude and told me they can’t take my packages because it didn’t match the shipping label. no masks were worn and she told me that the people are “yelling at her” because of me dropping off packages like that.

OMG EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!! I will never ship anything again, from this postal service store! To mail a package, that weights less than 1 lb, overnight cost $89.50 !!! SERIOUSLY! Why so expensive !?!? I get an up charge due to overnight, but $89.50, thats BS.

Rude management! Trainee apparently misquoted a shipment, shift manager was extremely curt when questioned why the price was more than triple the original quote of $180 to $600+.. Youre not trying to hear me after asking for clarification didnt come off as very professional.*EDITED AFTER RECEIVING RESPONSE*Allow me to respond to your reply here, since misinformation at your establishment seems to stem from the top. First of all, Its Matt not Robert. I didnt have an online quote before entering the store. Your trainee originally quoted me $130ish for the 72lb 20x13x13 package. When I asked to add $2000 worth of insurance, the quote increased to $180ish. Finally, I asked to reduce the insurance to $1800 at which point your shift manager stepped in and quoted me $640ish. In complete disbelief and confusion, I asked for an explanation. She explained once that at that amount of insurance it wouldnt go ground. I asked her what changed from $2000 to $1800 of insurance and she popped off with the youre not trying to hear me. Twice in this conversation, a male patron tried interjecting his knowledge on the subject and was dismissed quickly. The words came out of your female associates mouth multiple times, but thanks for suggesting I cant distinguish the difference between a man and womans voice. Maybe try to listen to your customers instead of attempting to upstage them.

Theresa helped us out so amazingly. My father just passed away and I flew in town to get everything settled. I ended up wanting to take sentimental things home so I shipped 4 BIG BOXES to my home in Texas. Theresa was very thorough in explaining what the insurance would cover and what it wouldn’t. She helped us add extra tape to our boxes knowing it was important stuff. She went the extra mile to mark the boxes “fragile” and “do not lay flat” in big red marker on the boxes, very efficiently. ALL WHILE there were guests filling the lobby. And she was so patient and polite through it all. I would hope that she is training everyone to be like her! Highly recommend this location.

The Service is good but they do not return a phone call or let you know the situation of your shipment. I sent something and if it wasnt because of my son that went on line we wouldnt have fond out, tgat the shipment was damage. My son was supp3 to get it yesterday and till this time and nobody have contacted me to let me know. I called tge 800 number and they told me to contact them directly I did and again no call back yet

It’s a busy store. Nothing wrong with that. I allow plenty of time.The staff “keeps it together” under pressure and they have always been helpful to me.Packages are taking extra shipping time due to the pandemic, or whatever the case may be. I’m thankful for their service.

Outstanding service!I run an ebay store and have to ship products frequently. A recent package i shipped with the usps was lost and nobody could give me a straight answer. I always drop off my Amazon returns at this location. The employees are always friendly and helpful, and there is not usually a wait. The location is very convenient (in the shopping center with Publix), and the proximity to home makes it a winner.

Ive gotten my mail + packages here for a couple of years now. The staff is friendly and the service is good. No place is perfect because people are not perfect, but I would definitely recommend this store. The staff here is always very friendly. Prices to ship anything these days are expensive so i don’t think you can blame the store. But it’s 30 seconds from my house and I’ve been here several times and will continue to do so in the future. They have a full range of services to offer. You can even get copies of keys made here now too.

Absolute ridiculous. Wanted to print a prepaid return label. They want to charge me 5$. For one sheet of paper? Come on... On my question to print a simple sheet of paper they told me if its no label its just 25 cents. This is a joke. Sorry. Where is the difference between a label and a regular printed paper? Worst customer service ever, had a package that needed dropped off for return and got denied service because the box was too big and no space on store... seriously? Just a bicycle box... so after being denied service was told to drive 30 min away to the next store. Will not support the customer service provided in this business location. No customer value at all. Stay away and avoid a headache trying to get service in this place.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Paid 25$ for a 2 day delivery, and now the delivery is taking 5 days!! Neither this location nor corporate want to take responsibility for the problem! When I spoke with “Teressa” at this location she pretty much called me a liar and said that i hadn’t even called corporate to find out about my package. Would highly recommend to stay as far as you can from this location as she herself told me they have been issuing refunds all week because of mishaps that they have had! The point is not the refund, the point is that you pay for a service for a reason and you expect to have that service delivered! I would have given it 0 stars if that were an option!!

They do usps services as well. Friendly and great service. They actually provided tape for my package too unlike the usps store on north airport road. The lady was like you need to tape that or buy clear tape. Ups store did the opposite and gained a customer. Thank you!!!

A SHIPPING COMPANY THAT DOESNT SHIP!IF YOU WANT YOUR ITEMS INTACT DONT BRING THEM HERE!!!This nightmare is only beginning too. These discourteous, uncooperative, ill mannered people shouldnt be working with the public. They shipped my late 1800s brass and onyx candlestick holders that weigh 33 lbs. in a single box with about 5 small 3x 4 bubble wrap pieces, well of course those were deflated and ruined as were my candlestick holders when arrived. I only wish I could attach pictures. So, I of course begin the long arduous process of filing a claim.First I spoke to Teresa who was extemely rude and told me I cant have my property back to get an appraisal done or have them looked at to see if I can even get them repaired. I told her they are family heirlooms and I dont have a receipt so in order for me to prove to you the worth that I had them insured for I need to have an appraisal done... she doesnt seem to understand what that means.After her I speak to GREG THE OWNER...well hes not much better. He tells me that yes, I can have my property in order to have an appraisal done to supply them with in order to get my money for the claim or money for repair IF a repair is POSSIBLE. HOWEVER, although HE AND HIS BUSINESS inadequately packaged my belongings AND HE AND HIS COMPANY then again PICKED UP my belongings so he could see the shoddy packing job and damage he WILL NOT SHIP MY BELONGINGS back to me so that I can get repair estimates or appraisals done, because he DOESNT WANT TO PAY FOR IT!!! He actually said that to me. He even said along the lines of, Im not paying for shipping AGAIN! Guess what Greg, Im pretty sure I PAID FOR THE FIRST SHIPPING which caused the damage. If I could pick up the property do you REALLY THINK I WOULD HAVE HAD IT SHIPPED IN THE FIRST PLACE?!?!?! ABSOLUTELY LUDICROUS!!! He wants me to drive and pick up my belongings that I had shipped and RUINED BY HIM!!! STAY AWAY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, AS GREG DOESNT WANT TO PAY FOR YOUR SHIPPING!!!!!Ill update when I know more, but be warned. Dont go here for Notary Public services. They dont answer their phones, and they dont call anyone back. Go to any Bank. Wells Fargo will do it for free, even if you are not an account holder with them. Took me 15 minutes at most with Wells Fargo (Verandah branch on Palm Beach Blvd), and they were really busy too.

I give it that rating because today I went to that office and they were selling 1 Masks for $ 4 + Taxes, which makes me lack of respect because later at the Walmart Gas Station I bought a pack of 10 masks for $ 8.
