They still amaze me with their great customer service. I took my car for radio signal problem, but they found out that I have bigger problem to fix. they didnt want me to drive it out of the dealership. Rachel Diedrich went far and beyond to get it done quick and under the coverage warranty, I didnt have to pay anything. she saved me hundreds of dollars. thank you Rachel.....keep up the go work.
Took my car for service cause it was licking oil, end up being that who ever mechanic technician worked on my car last time left the screw from the oil pan loose so thanks to that i had to rent a vehicle, gas so i ended up spending $90 just because a mechanic technician did not do hes job right, ever since I got the car on this dealership its been bad experiences after bad experiences, based in my experiences? Quality its not there, they just dont care about quality, no more buying vehicles from this dealership anymore.
Weve been using Mossy Honda since we purchased our Pilot new in 2016. For the most part weve just done oil changes and basic, routine maintenance there, but more recently weve had other issues that have needed to be addressed and Im sorry to report that our experience has not been positive.1. On one occasion we brought the car in because our starter wasnt working well (sluggish), and the service advisor suggested that I didnt know how to start the car property (the car Id been driving for several years at this point). Not long later there was a recall, because this is a known issue with this vehicle.2. Their communication is TERRIBLE! After swearing I wasnt going to go back to them I found myself back in their service center this week (our air conditioning wasnt blowing cold unless driving at freeway speeds) and our other mechanics equipment to test the AC was down. I dropped the car off the afternoon before the scheduled appointment, so they could assess the problem the next morning. The service advisor I spoke with upon dropping off the vehicle was really pleasant and I was feeling willing to give them a second chance. The next morning I received two text messages and an email explaining what theyd found (they stated that they found no leaks, but they wanted to recharge the AC and add dye, in case there were further issues down the road). I approved the estimate online and then waited for a call that the car was repaired. The call never came. I called to check on the vehicle around 3:30pm and was told that it didnt appear that the work had been completed, but they werent sure, because my service advisor wasnt available, but he would call me back. Well, many attempts (phone calls and texts) to reach them and get info about the vehicle failed. I called 5 times between 3:30 and 6. Each time I was told someone would call me back and nobody ever did. By the time I called at closing time (6pm) I was extremely frustrated. That person was finally able to tell me that the work hadnt been done and that they would do it in the morning.No call in the morning either. We finally called them around 10:30 and were told that someone had left us a voicemail (untrue). The car was done and we could come pick it up. We picked up the car later that afternoon and after driving it for a little while realized that the issue was not even fixed.When we called to discuss this with them we were told that adding the dye was a diagnostic tool and that we were supposed to bring it back in after a few days of driving it to evaluate if there was a leak. This was NEVER communicated to us, and at this point I feel that we were charged $300+ to recharge the AC, which was probably not even the problem and likely a waste of our money.This issue is still ongoing. We took the vehicle back in and they found a leak this time. Wish they could have found it before charging us $300 to recharge the AC. Now it needs a new compressor. We wont be getting it repaired here unless Honda agrees to a goodwill repair for this or another issue weve inquired about. I will update this review if there is a positive resolution to this, but not expecting that to happen.
Ive encountered two parts agents. A knowledgeable gentleman who went out of his way to both support And educate me. And a short dark haired lady who was kind and quick as well. Great experience. Ordered my parts. Came within the timeframe as specified. Received a courtesy call upon arrival. Overall Great experience.
