Clean store, all areas are well defined and the employees are kindI highly recommend this location

Worst customer service in a game stop. I had a return with a receipt a day after I bought the item. Item was unopened in mint condition. Employee refused to return item, said that they were the manager and had final decision on returns. He stated that each store has different return policies. Same day went a different Game stop, got money back no problem. Parking is also terrible, lots of shady characters asking for cash hanging around. Really unpleasant experience. Avoid this Game stop location, any other location will be way better.

I have entered many GameStops, I got to say this store has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Specially the assistant manager Corey I believe his name is, AMAZING! He greets you with a smile, and was very helpful to everyone that was in that store. You could tell he is genuinely nice, attentive, helpful and best of all amazing attitude. Thanks

Calm and Fast

Randomly ran into this place looking for a short cut and wandered in. I asked the staff at the time some dumb questions, trying to pretend I didnt accidentally walk in ha, and was interested enough that I purchased 4 games and suddenly became a small time gamer.So... thank you for your time ha. Your patience was much appreciated.

Service is terrible. Associates dont care about their jobs. Unknowledgeable. Dont even know release dates for upcoming titles. Clearly disgruntled.

Great customer service at this location. The rep was knowledgeable, and was very well organized as he had to knew the system very well and helped me save 24 bucks and had my online reservation ready.

At grandsons growing interest in games, i got pulled in to look-we looked while i kept pulling for the door. I found high prices and zero interest in helping us or even noticing us. Maybe it was me-not my bag! Grandson liked it.

Dont look for a console. You wont find one. Gamestop employees, in these horrific times, have become essential workers in order to keep people home and entertained.

My boys wanted to trade in some of their old games and systems, and the Game Stop guys were honest and told us how to clean them up and descratchify them so that theyd get the best price. When we came back next day, the trade-in was smooth and easy and the boys were paid more than was settled upon pre- show.

Been coming here since I was in high school. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. Their trade-in values are always good and on top of that theyre very kind at understanding what your needs.

I’ve been trying to get in contact with GameStop for about 3 days now. I had purchased a Nintendo switch bundle from them and never got my case for it. I do not live in town so I can’t just walk on in. Every time I call it always say the same thing “sorry all store associates are busy at the moment”!

The staff are really nice. They have good games just that sometimes they will constantly ask you for a membership.

Its a Gamestop, not huge but has a ton of stuff inside. Had a decent selection of pre-owned stuff when I went. The guys working at the time were pretty funny.

They sold me a busted product and when I brought it up to them they said that they couldnt help me in any way.

I think it is unfair that a customer such as myself preorders a game months before and pays it full price, but still wasnt able to pick up the game on launch night because I did not have my reciet even though its in the system and paid for.

The two guys working there are smart asses who act like they are upset 3 yr olds when you just want to buy what you want instead of what they think is better than what you’re buying. Very condescending and poor customer service.
