STAY AWAY FROM THE CRAFT BEER. Or better yet, go someplace else.A friend and I purchased beer from here a couple weeks ago. I opened one and noticed it tasted off. At first I figured it was just a different because it was a different brand and style of beer than I normally get, but then I noticed that there were chunks of mold or something in it which immediately made me sick. I checked the expiration date, and noticed that it expired months ago. My friend noticed the same thing on the 6 pack he got. He told me that hes had this problem a couple other times from this location. We went to return the beer, and the clerk had a huge attitude about it telling us it was our fault doe not checking the expiration dates. At this point I just wanted my money back and he refused but said we could swap it out with something else. As we were looking, almost everything we looked at was expired.The most disappointing part is that weve never experienced anything like this at the original Big K that weve been going to for literally decades.

They may not have Nutter-Butter, but they had a variety of Cheez-its. Corvus the doggo approves; 10/10 would come back again. God bless. 🐅 🕊️

Ok, so my overall experience has been rocky. 1st UPS lost my package and 2nd Big K claimed there was a disclaimer on my invoice freeing them of any liability due to lost, stolen or damaged packages. After many other issues, not caused by BIG K, I finally have my order. I must say the supplier was extremely careful with packaging and protecting my order. My order was cheaper at Big k than any other online retailer that delivered to my state. Thank you BIG K. I’m not sure if I will reorder or not but I will certainly refer potential customers who are willing to take the risk of their purchase NOT being protected.

These guys are crooks. They change the price on items as you talk to them, and increase the price from what they charge on the website. The store is dirty, and has obvious ABC rule violations. Will never go back

Honest review. Bring your money somewhere else. The owner doesnt care about your business. I went in today to support our local businesses and the owner was very rude to me. I decided not to make my purchase there and not return =( Hes too expensive too treat customers this way.Edit: Do you see how the owner is bringing up masks? And accusing his customer of having a bad attitude? He clearly has no idea what this is regarding. Thats because it was a simple interaction that disappointed me as a former supporter of Big K Market 1 & 2

This is conveniently located. I just wanted to grab an artisanal bottle of beer to go with my pizza on Sunday. It was a little pricey I must say. Almost $7 for a 16 oz bottle of beer that was an IPA Karl Strauss. The clerk was knowledgeable and very friendly

New management is rude...Smh the atmosphere isnt the same as what it used to be...I dont know why they made that response to my post, I never had a problem with my ID, management yelled at me for cashing in my scratchers saying I brought in too many, and to not cash them in at once! They dont have a problem taking your money and selling you as much as you want, but If you win they have a problem when you bring them back.

The store itself is great and not too pricy. The staff is very friendly, entertaining, and willing to work with you if youre short on change. However, they lied to me about how much my gift card was worth and tried to rip me off for 25% of the value. Not cool. And he scratched off the pin. Big no no. Dont sell your gift cards here period.
