Car acted funny when starting. They hooked up their meter and tested my electrical system and found I had a parasitic draw that was discharging my battery. Got home and found the problem and fixed i.

Keep up the good work guys I live in loudon about a 20 minute ride to the Lenoir City store I have a Oreillys,Napa,an a Advance auto within 5 minutes of my house and I still drive the 20 minute drive just to go to the Lenoir City Autozone.

I love coming in to shop at this store. The store manager is Awesome! Jennifer and David always find whatever parts I need and even if I have to wait a day for them to come in it is worth it for the excellent customer service.

They are so incredibly helpful. I went to them because all but one of my brake lights were out (shoutout to the kind stranger who got my attention in the car next to me while I was getting off the interstate to let me know). I had no clue what I was doing, but Trey helped me find the right bulbs AND went above and beyond by changing the bulbs for me. He didnt have to do this so I was really impressed that he did especially because my car model made that extra tricky to do. He took 30+ minutes out of his day to help me and I cant express in words how much I appreciate that. Kudos to this store for having such awesome employees. Amazing customer service!!

Visited the Lenoir City store and was assisted by Alfredo. Explained what was needed on a difficult job (spark plug hiding behind steering column) Alfredo knew what was needed. A special 5/8 plug socket with built in extension made with ball at the socket end so it swivels. Called a magnetic swivel bar it made an impossible job take 5 minutes. A regular universal type 3/8 fitting wouldnt clear.Thanks Alfredo for another awesome job!

Need windshield wipers. They was happy to put them on for me. Also check engine light was on checked that for me. They gave me a print out. I had taken my car to advance auto in Loudon by my house. They said it was electrical because nothing came up . Crazy.

Very helpful staff!! The woman who helped me find a gas cap for the I was in should definitely get a raise! My friend and I had gone to Walmart and purchased 2 gas caps that claimed to fit the vehicle we were in... and neither did.. but this woman was helpful and understanding! Very thankful!

Great customer service and great price.

Helping a neighbor changed the headlight bulb on a Subaru, I stopped at this AutoZone because it was convenient, easy off Hwy 321. Great service. Held the bulb up to the employee and he immediately told me the bulb number, then we walked over to the many bulbs on the rack and he picked the bulb for me. It was the lower cost bulb and he offered the higher priced bulb but I decided on the $18 bulb.

Very polite staff. Tested my battery, showed me on the tester that there was a bad cell. Quickly changed the battery, was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Excellent!

Really nice crew here. One time I went and they changed the wipers for me....in the rain! Then I went because I needed bulbs changed in a couple different spots. Guy was great and spent a lot of time trying to figure out 1or 2 of them. (as far as how to get the old ones out)

Helpful advice and good service

Everyone in there is incredibly nice, however nobody is trained at all on the new computer programs, parts are put in the wrong location so even after two people telling me it was not in there and me leaving the store, I was told to come back because they found it which means when they stock the shelves they do a lazy job. I feel bad for them because the fact that they have had no training frustrates customers and they are going to get yelled at for being under that roof and not being able to function properly. That’s too bad because They all were as helpful as they could be.

One of the slowest groups of employees Ive ever come across. Stood in the store for nearly 10 minutes waiting to purchase a single item. I eventually went to a Walmart down the road to buy it. I was able to drive there and get in and out in less time than I stood in this Auto Zone waiting to be helped.

I called in to ask if someone would come out and help me with my engine light. I had my babies in the car so I couldn’t go in and ask. John answered the phone, came out, read the codes with the awesome device and went in and got the print out. He was so sweet and knowledgeable! My husband William and I received great help and care from John at AutoZone in Lenoir City one evening two weeks ago. It was close to closing time, rainy and our windshield wipers had gone out and he got us back on the road with new wipers that he put on for us. What a blessing! Thanks again John.

Good place for parts

My go to auto store. The sales personel are knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. I find the prices more competitive here and they go above and beyond sometimes for the customers.

The manager was great. Really went out of her way to be helpful.

Please train the employees better! Make sure they read all instructions and part recommendations on the screen and also show it to the customer who cant see the screen rather than letting them leave the store without everything they need and then have to return for a total of 3 trips just to get what they need and could have gotten the first time!

This stores staff is wonderful. Micheal helped me figure out a weird problem with my 2008 Chrysler 300, and was very knowledgable and very pleasant and easy to talk to. Excellent service! I will definately keep coming back with all questions and issues with my 300!

Stopped in for some new windshield wiper blades... I, of course, had no idea what size or brand I needed. I was immediately greeted and ask if I needed help. The associate looked up my car and had me in and out in 5 minutes. She didn’t push me to get the most expensive ones. She not only came out and put them on for me, but also filled up my wiper fluid. Customer service at its best! Will most definitely be back to this location in Lenoir City even though I live in Sweetwater. Thanks for providing such great service!

We couldnt find a part to open my truck door anywhere online. Jennifer found it in an autozone store in GA and had it the next day.

While traveling from Alabama to Pennsylvania my cars check engine light came on. The folks at this autozone were amazing! Clarence checked my car and found a mechanic for me, which I greatly appreciate. They went above and beyond to help myself and my daughters.

I was not entirely satisfied because I had ordered curbside pick up online and order three cans of paint and when I got there they only brought out two cans of paint after I had to drive to a different county to pick it up and they told me that that was all they had and I would have to come back the next day for the other can

Autozone. Never had any problems or bad customer service. Sometimes you will have to wait a bit for checking out but thats only because every one knows where to go to get the best help on their vehicles.

Really need more than 2 employees, everytime I go it takes at least 20 to 25 min to get a part from the associate. And there is always a line of at least 4 people waiting to be helped. The problem could be fixed if they had more help

We asked for one of the oil change kits on special and were told that they no longer offer those, even though they are still advertised on the website and in the newspaper. Then, we got home with the oil and filter only to discover they sold us the wrong oil for my car, despite giving the make, model, and year to the employee. This isnt the first time we have had to deal with incompetent employees at the Lenoir City store. To top it off, they never have enough employees in the store, and we are always having to wait 20-25 minutes for service.

So I came to the store, called again, nobody picks up, walked in and there were 4 employees and one single customer, not counting me...Confirmed: They hate picking up that phone... Too bad, redirect your business elsewhere and dont waste your time with this location, or auto zone all together. ..
