Had an AC issue on my Class C that Matt was able to identify quickly, and the repair cost was very reasonable. Have used them several times and they are the place to go to.

They have worked on my Motorhome ever since I found them. I bought a used coach that has needed several repairs. They have done an excellent job every time. Not real expensive like some other places I have priced.

I was very disappointed in their customer service and follow through. I took a brand new trailer in for a long list of minor repairs. It not only took 6 weeks to get done, they didnt even repair many of the items. They have very poor communication. Do yourself a big favor and find someone who takes care of their customers... AFTER the sale!Your response is a lie Matthew. Here was my response to you today via email:Matthew,Well, it sure is unfortunate that I had to leave such a poor review... but really, my repairs were so bad and the communication from you all just terrible Matthew.What is really unbelievable is that you had my trailer for 6 weeks and nothing was done, obviously it just sat there in your lot. Here are a few examples:1. I just found out that the water tank hose is still leaking... and that was one of the biggest items on the list. You had assured me this was done and was replaced under warranty.2. The right side stabilizer jack did not get fixed... at all. It is still bent.3. The bottom tear on the front plate is also just the same... the fix did not hold.4. I never heard back from you on the role of tape you were supposed to send me. So, I had to call Travel Lite myself to get them to send me a roll of tape to seal the bulge from the water tank cabinet.How am I supposed to feel?

A good place to buy an RV. The salesman Dave was very helpful, even long after the sale. I would have given them five stars but the Service Department was sloppy when they infected the vehicle, a consignment sale, and missed several issues I had to have repaired on my trip home. Even with the sloppy service Ill buy from them again and get the salesman to quality check the RV when I pick it up.

We had a blow out heading through Farragut that wiped out a ton of wiring on our coach. The folks at Pathway were such a blessing. We pulled in on Friday mid morning and James went to work repairing the electrical system. We decided to make lemons into lemonade so we rented a car and headed to Nashville for the weekend. James had us fixed up and ready to go by Monday morning. The folks at Pathway definitely went the extra mile making sure we could travel home safely. Thanks James!

I purchased a used minivan from Pathway, and it was exactly the type of experience it should be. The sale was no-haggle and no-pressure, and the vehicle was exactly as described. We paid a fair (and competitive) price for the van and the people there went out of their way (in time, effort, and expense) to make sure that both they and I felt good about the transaction. I live in the rust belt and drove hundreds of miles to Knoxville with our 8-year old to purchase a not rust belt van. Both Dave (general sales manager) and Matt (owner) spent many hours working (long after closing time) to make sure that everything on the van was in perfect shape for our safe drive back home. I feel like we got a great deal for our money, and I feel good about the people we gave it to. What more can you ask? Thanks to the whole staff for running a great business! I expect to be back some day.

We chose to use this company company because of past reviews. Unfortunately we did not agree with the reviews that were given before. We were surprised to find out that service took longer than we expected. Communication was very poor. And the The service repairs made on our RV were questionable, as a matter fact we had to have it reinspected and re-done by another company. I hope others do not share the same experience that we have. I hope that this was just an anomaly. Because the owner and his coworkers seem very kind. So it Saddens meme to leave this review. However I cannot recommend this company based on the service and communication and repairs made to Our RV. As a matter fact we had to take it somewhere else and have it all redone so not only did we waste our money And time,but it cost us double.

Small selection of used vehicles that were reasonably priced, with only a small doc fee when compared to other dealers. Just didnt have the right truck for us.

Do NOT buy an RV here. They are delinquent paying the company that makes their camper titles. It has been over 60 days since I bought my camper. I have called a few times and they are full of excuses, but no solution. I have reported them to the state of TN. It is ILLEGAL for a dealer to not provide a title within 30 days.
