BEWARE--the pharmacy workers do not keep to the HEPA laws. I overheard them talking about a customer who I know. They used her first and last name with references to the controlled drug that she was trying to fill there. I was roughly 15-20 feet away from the pharmacy and their derogatory remarks about this woman could easily be heard by me. It may have been late but it is ILLEGAL to do what they did while the store was open to the public. Also--the entire pharmacy staff are rude, slow and very non-professional.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used!!

Friendly staff. I called to use phone refill service and told that the RX# was not on file. I had one refill left so had to call pharmacy tech. While she was looking up the number i ask her to see if I had any more ready for pick up. She stated that the pharmacy didnt look up RX numbers that are ready to fill. First time they didnt and she hung up on me.

I’ve had no trouble getting prescriptions filled until the last few months, but something changed dramatically. Now for whatever reason they can never seem to have it when needed. Even with a weeks notice they can’t seem to get it. Each time I’ve tried to get the problem resolved, I’m treated as if I’m annoying them. This medication is important to my daughters health and all I’m asking is that they do their job of filling her prescription.

If you call the Lenoir, NC CVS store, you will invariably be on hold for 10-30 minutes. They are grossly understaffed! Also, I do not think it is appropriate for them to be conducting Covid 19 testing in the store!!!

Ive never really had problems, except for one medication. They never seemed to have it in stock, or at least not in the quantity that I needed, and rarely by the manufacturer that I preferred. I spoke to them about keeping it in stock, saying that I would come every month to pick it up, so it wouldnt sit on their shelf. The pharmacist said that was no problem. After two attempts to pick it up, and various things going wrong, I now get this medication at another pharmacy, which always has it with the manufacturer that I prefer. Also have been overcharged for medication there. The staff seems friendly enough, and for most medications, this pharmacy is suitable.

Wife had just gotten out of hospital and needed prescription filled about an hour and a half before closing it was something she had to have and my normal pharmacy wasnt able to fill so i turned to this pharmacy for help. Counter lady had the personality of a block of wood .not friendly at all!! Male Pharmacist was leaning on counter socialising and wouldnt take a minute to anwser question. Definitely not the experience that would have made me want to do business with in future.

They got an awesome, kind and approachable staff working in there I love them so much

I usually go through withdraw because they dont keep medication in stock.

Worst pharmacy in Caldwell County, always extremely slow. No one behind the counter seems to know what they are doing.

Ive never had good luck with this pharmacy unfortunately. Everytime you try to refill a prescription, they are always out of stock in whatever you need. This has resulted in many medicine withdrawals for me and my family.

Dont want to give the one star this store is ridiculous and the manager that was working when I went in shouldnt have a job period with her attitude and the way she approached the customers
