Very very rude workers here. Almost everyone of them. My husband has used them for a year now and its something every month with his medicine. They Dont have all of it or he has to wait certain more days or they give him part of his script and when he returns to get rest they act like they dont know what hes talking about or insurance isnt authorized. It is something EVERY MONTH and they are all very rude and dont care at all if you get your script or not. Shorted him last month. Noone there is nice. He can never just walk in and get his whole script with no problems. They dont deserve this one star I have to give. If they change I will update this review.

I call and they hang up on me for asking if they close for lunch. Very rude people work there.

Its a pharmacy so cant say much cause there all alike except some prices and employees..friendly staff here but if any way possible call it in cause yall know the deal the line is always long or it has been when i have been there..let me say though Ive gotten my prescriptions at Walmart now for years they have that 4 dollar deal on some meds..they will help u the best that they can they have me..

They are working so hard. Still smiling, calm and friendly. They are doing an amazing job changing quantities as we are all strapped for cash during this virus. With the phones down, they fixed mine and did not make me feel bad or like it was a bother. Thank you for all you are doing to help!!

Wasnt a good experience, cashier was rude because of a previous customer, will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere not the first time this has happened

Can never get my mother’s refills filled properly. They send it by fax which is outdated and nobody uses this method. Her doctors office has repeatedly told me to tell them to send it electronically (Email) like everyone else does, but Walmart still sends the fax.

Polite Staff and Pharmacists that seem to care especially when starting on a new medication to explain some side effects that you may get. So I felt much more comfortable filling my Medication at Walmart. Plus my meds are much more expensive at Walgreens & CVS. One of my medications is over $175 at other major pharmacies. Whereas at Walmart they were only $8 with no insurance. I dont see how Walgreens can get away with that. So our best bet is definitely Walmart.

Bill is great, and has concern for each customer.. The cashiers are always smiling and friendly. I go by just to say hey.

I wait in long line for 10-30 min and Ive never seen a manager send more cashiers over to help. I get another med at Walgreens on Harper Ave and Ive never waited. At Walgreens everyone is so nice and laid backback. Im changing my other med over to Walgreens this week.

Ive used Walmart pharmacy for years, but only in the last 2 or so years has the customer service gone so downhill. Every time Ive called, I get attitude from whoever is working. Ive went to the drive thru well over an hour before they were going to be closing and after hitting the call button they wait about 15-20 mins and finally told me the drive thru was closed to come inside, upon going inside I got a young guy to ring me up, but when he had to ask another young guy a question he rolled his eyes and sighed about having to do his job. Nearly every person working in there have had the worst attitude of any pharmacy Ive ever used. They make you feel like having to ask questions just puts a dent in their whole day. Incredibly rude staff all in all. I know I probably shouldnt expect much better considering how downhill the customer service at the store itself has been.
