I have been in here over the years for parts for various appliances. Seems no matter the part- they always have it. I find the staff to be knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful.When I go in there, it always seems to be chaotic. The counter is littered with various parts books, post it notes, and notepads.. These things are how I know I am working with people that know what they’re talking about.Reading the other reviews, particularly about pricing.. You can’t compare online pricing to oem, has them on the shelf pricing.. That stuff you’re buying online for $2.80 is not what they’re selling here. You’d better buy a few of them cause you’re going to need them!! As far as arguing with you on the phone about what’s wrong with your machine- he’s trying to actually help you. They’ll send somebody out there to fix it in 2minutes, then you are complaining about the bill because you feel the guy didn’t really do anything..If you need a part, on the fly- this is the first place to check. At least know what machine you have when you get there though...

Dont call this company! They went out of business last year. Another company is posing as them.

We called Monday requesting service on our washing machine. We were told we would have someone come out Friday from 10-1. It’s Friday and no one showed up. We call and get told they don’t have a specialist that can come. It would have been to receive a call or notification.

These guys are the best!! Called on a Monday 1st thing in the morning. They were there by 12. Refrigerator not defrosting Joe fixed it in less than an hour. I highly recommend them. 5 stars

They are never open. When I go to the store to get parts there never open. When they are open the 2 men in there are very rude an cannot belive a girl can fix appliances. Unfortunately there the only store around to get parts. Unless I drive to sears in natick or auburn to there parts department. Poor customer service. Ive been in retail for 15 years and would never treat my customers this way.

My experience was bad. I called on an a Thursday morning to get my dishwasher repaired, The grumpy man told me he might get me in on Friday but probably on Monday. He took my phone number and said he would be back in touch with me. Never heard anything until Monday at 3:30 and he was on his way. I told him forget it and why. He said he called me on Friday but didnt leave a message,..I dont have time for service companies that think I am there to service them.

Web form for a service request went unanswered for two weeks, so I gave a call. John was rude and unpleasant from the start of the first phone call all the way through the completion of the actual visit. Clearly hes a person who has had one too many cancellations and kept implying we wouldnt be there when he was. Ironically, it was like pulling teeth to get an estimation of when he would actually arrive (Ill give a call and if you answer, Ill come. If not, im on to the next job) . When he did call, he asked me twice if I was sure someone was home to let him in, and once again rudely reiterated that hed leave if nobody was there. His visit and the phone calls were filled with condescending and insulting comments. We had a dishwasher that wasnt even barely washing dishes even after multiple cycles (dishes were bone dry), and we went through nine different ways of explaining that to him. He checked a couple things and said he cant fix what isnt broken. Well never be back to this business again.

Took the day off from work to be home for a scheduled appointment - repair person never shows. I called and they ‘claim’ they called and left me a message yesterday indicating they weren’t going to come because they didn’t have somebody who repairs my brand of washing machine.

Good place for hard to find parts!
