Had everything I needed for a BBQ we are having. Caught the end of the Summer sale stuff too, so bonus points there. Store was clean. Store clerk there didnt seem like he was interested in working.

Nice to have around, but the shelves were kinda bare. I expect theyll stock-up for Halloween.

Wide selection of items... Halloween selection could use a lot of improvement as theyre simply reintroducing year old costumes.

The good: Huge selection.The bad: High prices and the huge selection makes it hard to find what you want.The ugly: High employee turnover makes it next to impossible to get anything other than hit or miss service.

Called them on the phone asking for specific plates napkins and cups, they said they were in stock. 15 minutes later when we arrived they said they had never seen those before.

Long lines and if u want ti buy a Halloween suits it is impossible cuz u have to keep on guessing if their are any suits left. Wouldnt recommend Halloween costume shopping here.

Absolutely great, super clean, plenty of staff that were both friendly and not overly annoying. Such a bonus! Quality products (party favors character theme) will come back for more holiday and party needs again. Decent prices, too.

Absolutely terrible. With my daughter’s birthday being right around the time of graduations, we know to order balloons well ahead of time. We came in a week before her party, ordered and purchased her balloons (which were expensive.) I had a pick up time of 12 pm. I was assured they would be ready.I came in on pick up day at 12:30- a half an hour after they should have been ready- they had not even begun to blow up her balloons.When I asked if I could get a discount or something to accommodate me for the inconvenience I was told “no, there’s nothing we can do.” WHAT IS THE POINT IN ORDERING THEN??I waited another half an hour for my balloons. During this time SEVERAL other customers had THE SAME issue!! All had placed orders and none were even started. One woman was told there would be a 45-60 minute wait for her ONE balloon that she ordered several days before and had asked if she should take it that day and they insisted it would be ready in time on Saturday.When I asked if there was someone I could speak to I was told “yes, he’s our back” I said “can you go get him” “I can’t right now”This entire experience was absurd and i’ll be calling corporate to report the terrible customer service.

Brought my business for the Party City in Leominster. I was informed that I had to bring a receipt for a small return. I drove an extra An hour back to my residence to retrieve the receipt I return back to location and I was informed that I did not need the receipt. Yet on my first visit. I was informed by a lady that I needed the receipt and she was very disrespectful not pleased at all.

Looked half empty. Had plates balloons ext.ext. no rapping paper period. Bought a Micky mouse hat had security thing on it although nothing at door to alarm if I did walk out. 5 people to take the tag off even to the point of standing on hat on floor! 25 minutes .New hope they get it together.

Visit was alright. Easy to find products. On the other hand Two of the front ladies refused to look in the back for supplies because they feel like they didnt have to. Gave us incorrect information aswell.

This is the worst example of customer service Ive experienced in a long time. Waited in a line for balloons for 10 minutes while other customers walked past us and then were told the balloons had to be paid for first. The 3 people working noticed this and said nothing. I work in retail and a little communication goes a long way. Ill happily spend my money elsewhere

Party City is great for unique things that you wouldnt be able to just get at any store and I think thats the main reason they are still in business. They are a little over priced because they know people will pay it if its something they cannot get elsewhere. This past experience wasnt there worst but not the best. The girl who was cashing me out was on her phone the whole time she was ringing the items in. Not once was I asked if I needed help with anything in which I actually did and had to look for someone.

Poor customer service, spoke to someone who told me to see the cashier. She had no idea how to order my balloons, called for help turns out it was the manager that referred me to the cashier. Well he couldnt help me n referred me to her then she had no clue. Ridiculous in my opinion. Then I went back to pick up my order another day, the staff was pretty rude that day too. Then I picked up my order to find that they swapped out one of my balloons n I had to bring it back to exchange it. Items t hgv at I wanted were out if stock, for weeks. Ended up having to pick something up at a different location.

Really wish the baby shower goods werent put away so early before Halloween

When youre in need of party favors to spice up the decor or piñata fillers for that birthday bash. There are great selections and great prices.

What’s the point of buying balloons to bring back to have them blow up to have them to tell you it’s going to be an hour and half wait. To blow up balloons? Maybe they should tell you that when you pay 18$ for balloons. Beyond upset and irritated.

Staff was too busy to help answer any of my questions. The large selection that was available did help out some of my needs but could have been a better experience

Its okay, They do have everything for partys, But there prices are pretty high.

Terrible customer service! Especially the store manager whom I asked for help. He was extremely rude, wasn’t willing to help me, and I felt discriminated for my language barrier. I will never return to this store. Don’t waste your time here.

There are various costumes that will fit whatever you may be looking for along with props, the costumes have okay quality, the only downside are the prices. You are looking at 70+ dollars if you are going for a look with a couple of props to go along with it.

The employees are not so attentive or prepare gifts.

You get practically everything for different types of parties and birthdays, although it is obvious, for something it is called Party City.

Quite a variety of products. Reasonable prices
