The staff at Anceria body shop have been great. After my car was in an accident I had it towed to Anceria. Through out the process of getting the repairs they have been in contact with me about the needed repairs and costs. I am very pleased with the level of service I am receiving.

I purchased a new Silverado that was either used as a loaner or a program vehicle with 3k miles. When I got home I noticed a couple of nicks in the grill and paint. I immediately contacted my salesman and he brought me straight to Elizabeth. There was no BS, she got straight to the point and said she would get parts ordered. She fore warned me that it may take a bit because parts have been taking a little longer than normal to come in. Within 2 weeks I received a call from Elizabeth as promised and we scheduled an appointment. When I arrived I showed her another issue that I had noticed and did not bring up at our first meeting. Just like the first time, she didnt hesitate and told me that she would take care of it. When they brought me a loaner vehicle, it was dirty inside and out, again, Elizabeth did not hesitate, she went and grabbed at tech and got it cleaned immediately.I had family coming in over the weekend and I explained to her that I really need to have the truck back on Friday, again, she said no problem. Elizabeth even made sure I had her cell number to text with her on the progress. I cant say enough about the level of customer service I received from her. I checked in with Elizabeth through text before going to pick up, and even though on her day off, she still responded that my keys were at the front desk and my truck was ready to go.. Please make sure Elizabeth is recognized for her exceptional customer service. Something I feel that has been lost, gave me hope that the great ones are still out there! Thank you!!!

Michelle was awesome and extremely polite and professional! However, the girl at the front desk (to the left) doesnt seem to like her job too much; bad attitude everytime time I had to stop by. Overall I would definitely recommend them because the quality of their work is amazing & the receptionist can always be replaced :-)

Worst customer service ever, sales dep and body shop have NO COMUNICATION. To get my tailgate installed it took TWO MONTHS. Zero stars. Elizabeth has the worse communication skills really wouldn’t recommend doing business with them.

Agent was very attentive and informative during intake. Actual service was good at first glance then I realized my windshield was broken when they returned my car. The left side of my trunk is uneven with a gap. Called Brian about the windshield he said he would get with his manager. Then he completely ingnored me, never called me back. I was rear ended and my car was worked on for going on two weeks. You would figure after being paid over 5g they would at least made sure everything was good on the car before returning it. Called Brian and first thing he said before I spoke was I spoke to the guys that worked on your car and they say theres no way that could have happened here. Well Im sure it wasnt broken before I dropped it off but hey you know good service when you get it right. Not here!!!!Please be selective on your service and take pics of your car when dropping off. I made the mistake of not doing that and I really regret it. Good thing I havd a great warranty company that covered it anyways but point being I would have gotten stuck with the bill. They played the woops dont know what happened. Not here card. And I was calling to schedule for an adjustment on my trunk. Since that service has warranty on it.Like I said guys be selective on your service.Have a great day.

If I could give this body shop 0 stars, I would. If you are in need of any body/engine work done I would stay clear. My vehicle was involved in a crash and we chose Ancira and I regret it now. Upon picking the vehicle up there were noticeable scratches and some body work that just didn’t look right. (They did fix it at their own expense). Now about 8-9 months later, we find out the condenser was installed wrong which has been a complete headache to work with them to get it fixed and done right. I DO NOT recommend this body shop and would not let them any where near your vehicle.

Awesome experience with Ancira. Truck repaired due to an accident. They communicated to me about the timing of the repair and did a great job. Rental car company can pick you up at the body shop as well.

They have no communication, never give any updates. The accounting department (Jennifer) have no idea how to handle collisions accordingly. Especially when important bank documents are handled poorly. I will not recommend this location to anyone. The one star is for the body shop that did their part.The bad review is for the comfortable people sitting in the office not doing their job.

The service was friendly and quick however failed to follow through with a completely done service. Delivered my vehicle partially done. The paperwork they typed up didn’t match the initial estimate from my insurance. Took them twice as long to follow through with details. Missed details. I wouldn’t recommend or bring a vehicle here.

Despite all the negative reviews (subjective at best) this by far one of the best body shops that I havent taken both my cars too. Barnes Swagger is the bomb! He is a valuable asset to this organization. People need to learn to tell the whole truth when writing these type of reviews, especially if they are going to be negative in content. I had a great experience with the body shop. They did take 6 weeks to fix my car (the ENTIRE car hard hail damage) but were willing to help get me into a loaner vehicle if I needed it after my insurance rental capped. I called Mark normally once every other week to check on the progress and he was always able to let me know how it was going and keep me updated. I got my car back and it looked great. I received great customer service from Mark and happy with the work done on my car.

Took my car in for hail damage on February got it worked on in May, my rental 30 days just finished and they had it ready 2 days after, when we went to look at it we noticed there was still small dents in it and the molding on the roof wasnt replaced with new ones so it went back for a about a week then went to look at it again and it looked great ! The reason I didnt give it 1 star is because the car did look great at the end,but I didnt 5 star it because of the VERY RUDE front staff girls that have terrible customer service they NEVER return your call its like you have to do there job for them, and also after signing the car off and driving away I noticed my lights on top inside the car were not working and my mirror lights werent either so they forgot to connect them, not the best to take your car, and if you do you will definitely being charge of calling them about the status of your vehicle, inspect everything especially areas they worked around, take pictures before you take it and make sure they actually do what the insurance is paying them for (fixing dents, or replacing parts with brand new NOT used)

Great work but need to improve their communication with the customer. Otherwise Michelle made sure all the paperwork with the insurance company was handled and that the car was pristine when we picked it up.

I was involved in an accident with a USAA Member who was at fault October 24th. USAA kept giving me the run around about my repairs on my 2018 Colorado and with the help of Brian he was able to get me answers and give me status of my claim with USAA. The Ancira Body Shop Employees did an outstanding job on the repairs of my vehicle! Thank you and a big thank you goes out to Brian for going out of his way to help me getting my truck repaired! I strongly recommend these guys!

I took my car in for repair to the front bumper/grill. The repair was satisfactory, but like others I found the customer service to be very poor! The repair took twice as long as promised, was incomplete, and the service personnel literally lied to me on several occasions. Just a couple examples: I rented a car from the Enterprise next to the shop and the service rep told me they would update Enterprise on status of my vehicle, which was not true. (BTW, Enterprise was great!) When the repair was completed I found the emblem from my front grill broken and hidden away in the trunk. When the shop ordered a replacement emblem they told me they would replace it, but instead just mailed it to me (it is still not on my car because the bumper must be removed to attach it). I could go on, but suffice it to say the people working in this shop cannot be taken at their word or trusted in any way. Lastly, the service personnel at the front desk are very rude. The several times I went there they treated me like I was bothering them and they just wanted me to go away. I expected so much more from the body shop owned by the same people who sold me my car. Lesson learned -- I will never use this shop again and would strongly encourage all to stay away!

I am sure they are not the fastest shop in San Antonio, but the quality when I picked up the vehicle was great. There was some additional issues while my vehicle was there, and after a brief conversation we came to an agreement to fix the issue. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone looking for a quality product in San Antonio.

My fiancée had her vehicle stolen and was found on blocks. Had it towed to Ancira because it was the closest body shop to where they found her vehicle. Its been there now three weeks and I have had ZERO phone calls from the rep who is taking care of the vehicle. The only damage to her vehicle was the tires and rims stolen along with the car battery and keys. NO BODY DAMAGE. I have called almost everyday to get some kind of information and the rep is always out on lunch and the receptionist always says she will give him the message and would have him call me back. Not ONE phone call from this guy. This place is the worst!! Service is HORRIBLE! Never again. You should consider other body shops, since there are hundreds in San Antonio. I promise you, dont send your vehicle here.

After a week or so of the work being done on driver door of my car, the outside driver door handle pulled right off my car door. I called took it in the dude David said it was not their fault, I told him you told me over the phone you all had to take the chrome handle off to paint the door so that means you all took it off and placed it back on and for some reason it did not withstand this because now it is falling off every time I try to open my car door. He wanted me to buy a new handle for $100. plus labor to place it on there. Do not be fooled this shop is not customer service oriented at all! All they care about is how they will steal more money from you! My husband found the same handle online for $14. bucks! and he is going to place it on my car for free! I feel sorry for anyone that goes here and thinks they are being treated fairly, the day I picked up my car the dude David didnt even bother to go out and do a walk around with me to see if I was satisfied because it was a bit drizzly that day. Now I know why! And like I told him they were the only ones who worked on the door and took the handle off and back on. He ignored me and walk away. I told him I will give Ancira as many bad reveiws possible and will not ever beback here to give you any of my money! Never again! There are plenty of other collision centers in San Antonio.

They normally do good work, but we had to wait almost a month for a side panel paint, then had to return because they forgot to do the mirror, after a two hour wait (was told it would be 10 mins) then they put on the entirety wrong mirror and didnt notice until we pointed it out. So we had to come back again this time only an hour wait (were told again should only have been a 10 min wait as we were the only ones there) we did get the correct mirror but all of the door screws were left in the center console so we returned again and had another hour wait before we got the car back. We drove our car home, and the door trim is popping off...

Highly highly strongly recommend to not uses this body shop!!! Wish i would of looked at reviews before i got work done. Job should of been done in a week took two months because they half a$$ the job. Didnt replace parts that were supposed to be replaced but charged insurance. They fixed because told them its supposed to be fixed. So they did replace. Picked up car because was tired of not having vehicle and still everything is not fixed totally. They did not put all screws taken off! Damaged rocker panel with jack or lift to take wheels of but they tried saying they didnt do that because they didnt take wheels off... But they needed to resurface damaged wheels... You get the point also liars!! Lear from my experience and go somewhere else!

Dont come here.They somehow worked with my insurance to not declare my car a total loss after it had already been stated it would be.Took 2 months to get my car repaired.No updates unless I called or emailed. When I would contact, they make you feel like you are bothering them.When i got my car it was beyond dirty from the inside (with literal dirt and rocks.) and smelled horrible, still doesTried to rip me off by using the same damaged wheel but moved it to another area so i wouldnt (notice).Just dont come here.

Terrible experience with the body shop. They had the car for a month, were poor at communicating progress, updates or delays. Lastly returned car without a safety inspection, air bag light on, nonworking headlight and low brake fluid. Either they did not notice or didnt care. This is objective data with my subjective interpretation.

I had a great experience here. I came here for a collision with a hit and run driver. I was very distraught because of the accident and was worried that my car wouldnt look good anymore, but the consultants at ancira collision did an awesome job in the end. They even had my vehicle ready for me before the original quoted time they gave me! Erica and her employees are amazing! I couldnt thank them enough :)

After keeping my van for two months to fix a side panel, I got it back today with a non programmed radio, flat tires, engine light on, remote not working properly and sliding doors not working properly. Do not take your wrecked vehicle here.

Poor service ! Not good at communication . They said the car was suppose to be ready in 2 weeks it’s been two months now . Also discovered they put the trunk on crooked which caused it to not close .

Not satisfied with the work, this business had my car (VW Jetta)for three months,when I finally got it back,I still have massive wind noise, from door replacement, my pin striping was not put back, and my premium tire low air warning valves were taken off and replace with standard no detection air valves.

I had to come here to get my car checked out for my insurance and it all went very quickly. I bought my truck from here 11 years ago and Ive only had to get some minor repairs done, but theyve always been good.

Has to be the worst body shop in Texas. They have no threshold of customer service or follow up! Be warned they will call you every day to get you to bring the car in but my car with small 500.00 in damage has been there for the third week now and I had to call in follow up. Its a shame a company of this size can not develop and utilize a constant communication plan from start to finish. My business will be going to Gunn Nissan from now on.Miguel S

Haid Damage Estimate Incident: I bought a Kia Sorrento from Ancira 2 months ago . I went to the Auto body shop today to get an estimate for the hail damage . I wanted to pay for the damage out of pocket, but they said they will charge me $150 estimate that take only 10 min. They wanted to see the estimate that my insurance company gave me so they can just suck all that money in. Do not give these companies the insurance estimate . Demand them to give you an independent estimate. This kind of service is unacceptable to a returning customer.

Took them a while to get my truck right but they did and took care of me

3 1/2 months for frontend body repairs . At the beginning, they said 4-6 weeks due to a hail damage queue. Returned my diesel tdi with zero fuel. The dash range indicator read zero. Unless they change their service, Ill never do business with them again.
