Walked in with a man bag no bigger than a purse strapped to my chest, was refused to be let in and ordered to put it behind the counter. Explained I have my hand sanitizer, heart medicine, and other pandemic related material in it, still didnt matter. Was turned away. Never going back to this store ever. No other store in the city says anything about having hanging hand sanitizer on your chest or my pandemic safety bag. Also no proper signage out front to comply with NW-20 county order that says they have to have a Health and Safety Policy posted to combat Covid.

Store was organized and well-stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful. I had no trouble finding the item I needed and the price was reasonable.

I went to dollar general the first one at Bandera rd,the cashier was very rude,and dont honor the price in the app.Becauseshe doesnt use that.,2nd one at West CommerceMany merchandise on clearance section,but at register marked regular price and the manager saysif in clearance sections means its not longer coming.I dont honor the clearance sign or Dg app.

Tucked away quietly in the corner this Dollar General has everything you need at super low prices! And dont forget about the clearance items!

The store is kind of old, but it is spacious and clean. The service was thumbs up. This store has a variety of shoes for everyone. Great affordable items!

Lets be honest, I only go here to grab a quick few things like greeting, cards, gift bags, quick last minute gifts. Theyre products are not bad for a dollar general. The staff isnt bad either.

They always have what I need.

They never really have good stock and is not always the cleanest. (They only let you use One coupon at a time when the policy is 4 like coupons)

I just called to see if they have Disney Frozen party supplies in stock. The guy was very helpful. He didnt mind double checking to make sure they had it in their store. Great customer service.

The Dollar General is a good store..... BUT.... EVERY TIME THEY HAVE A CLEARANCE THE Price is never right!! They can have 8 of the same things on Clearance and there is a price tag on it BUT WHEN YOU GO TO PAY FOR THE STUFF IT ALWAYS COMES TO FULL PLACE? BUT THEY DONT CARE, BECAUSE THEY SAY SORRY WE PUT THE WRONG PRICE. AND THEY CHARGE YOU FULL PRICE!!!! I DONT CARE FOR THE STORE MYSELF. THANKS

Tried to go get somethings hours posted clearly says open until 10PM yet closed at 9 and refused to let me enter. If your going to change the time them post it other wise its false advertising.

Well stocked and well maintained. Clean and surprisingly neat. Employees have that trademark dead behind the eyes Dollar General look. But hey, Ive worked for them before, and it comes with the territory.

The worst experience in this store.I coupon and the cashier named juanita doesnt like people that coupon. She was giving me and friend a hard time with coupons. When she rings up the coupons she flaps them on the air a so they do not go in. Then she tells me they dont work. I tell her get them close to the machine and they work just fine. I avoid this store because of her. Yesterday i was doing digital coupons. I had two different coupons a 5 dollars off 20 for the gain and 5 dollars off 25. She aaid i couldnt do borh off them on the same phone number. I asked why and she said it a store policy. She always find problems with the coupons. Call the manager and i always have to tell him she has not scanned them in yet when she does they work. Worst cashier ever.

They often have what I need, and the staff is helpful, friendly and laid back. None of that Walmart fakeness where its clear that the employee is horribly overworked and just barely keeping it together under a thin veneer of smiles and product recommendations. These just seem like cool dudes who wanna make sure you walk out with the stuff you need.

As always my visit to any Dollar General is rewarding, I can find what I came for every time.
