Clean, good service and communicative. I saw the employees help customers that had no knowledge on videos games and the hardware. Very practical, simple for people to understand.

I recently purchased super Mario 3D Allstars for Nintendo switch I was told the first 15 customers would revive a surprise. I was within the first 15 people and later found out that it was hoy con wraps and most of the employees kept them for themselves and their friends. I did not receive anything besides the game that they overcharged me for... typical GameStop you know what you’re getting when you shop here.

This place is bad employees never pick up phone most days they smell like pot they are probably asleep in the back 4 customers drove off already 2nd time this week.

Very nice staff at this location. The store was very clean and everything was neat on shelf’s.It’s never been super busy anytime I come here.I do wish it was a bigger space but it’s a nice place overall!

Excellent. Order a PS4 Bundle that was sold out all the Games Stop close to my house. As soon as I was able to place the order online I called and talked to the manager. I explained to her that I was in the area to see if she can speeded up the process so I didnt have to drive home which was 45 minutes away. 5 minutes later I got and email that my order was ready for pickup.

Really enjoyed the experience at this location. Its small and quaint, but the employees are A+, very helpful, and very informative.I would give a 4.5 star rating if possible, as its as close to perfect as possible. Will give this location repeat business whenever possible.

I love the staff at my Leon Valley Gamestop. They go out of their way to get the games you need. I always had a great experiences with warranties and returns. They helped me get everything on my list on the day before Christmas Eve. I love my local Game Stop

Staff was friendly and VERY knowledgeable about gaming but the selection of games was a little sparse for a few of the older systems which was my purpose for going.For what youre really getting and paying for, I dont mind just ordering online and waiting for shipping.

The girl who helped me was very friendly and deserves amnesty from what Im about to say: I hate GameStop. They sell games for MSRP like any other place, but they offer discounts that you have to buy a membership for! And when you sell any game to them they offer you peanuts and sell it for $2.50 less than MSRP. The only reason I even go into this store is because they monopolized gaming events so if I want a certain distribution I have to go to them.

Chris is extremely helpful. I cant say the same for the man named Deon. I called the store to make sure I would be able to trade in my Xbox 360 slim for an Xbox 360 and his response was sure no problem. When I arrived at the store tho he was less than helpful.

My favorite gamestop. Its a small store but thats ok. Its packed with cool collectibles and accessories. The staff rocks there 🎸

Their used games section isnt big, but I noticed that they keep one copy of a game on a shelf as aposed to like 30 copies of NBA/NHL 2KXX sitting there that some other gamestops do. The store is clean and organized every time I go (and frequent). Customer Service is 5 stars alone. never gotten the Do you wanna pre-order... shoved down my throat. and they are always happy to help

Would you like to get our power up rewards card? Heard that line 500 more times than I needed to. This business has fallen from grace, it became greedy and desperate the game industry will sadly never have another gamestop, and that is sad, I miss the good old days when going to gamestop was something to do, when looking through the titles of discounted, and basically new games, were painting the shelves of the store. And it isnt a bad thing that online shopping is better, its just gamestop cant compete with that.

Seems right that Gamestop is dying. The incompetent employees cant bother to scan inventory correctly or call you that an iten you set aside is not available.

Okay... First of all loyal game stop customer going to game stop site and searching for a product that is available ...at a certain store and to drive and waste gas ... After putting a product on hold ... To be told we cannot find the product ask come back in the afternoon the busiest hour ...my advice to you is not to put things on hold because they might not be able to find them not serving the customers to take time to find products is bad customer service.

I went into this Gamestop to check out a few games since I had the money to purchase some. I have been too broke for many years, that I havent kept up with the latest video games. So I had no idea which games to check out, until a friendly Gamestop associate named Adam approached me. He gave me some great recommendations and on some low cost pre-owned games, with a warranty. I came out of the store with a smile. I definitely will be coming back!

Ive had bad experiences at game stop from products beingsold to me that were taped together to being made out tolook like the bad guy when trying to get monies worth. Inever been to this one although I passed it several timesso im just giving a one star to the game stop business ingeneral where I went to years ago.

Horrible customer service.I purchased a Xbox one s and it had a power up issue. I called and employee by the name of Don was immediately aggressive and seemed to have an attitude because of was asking about the return policy.

This Gamestop is AWESOME. Multiple times they have helped me with faulty/broken accessories and never cease to amaze me. I would highly recommend this specific Gamestop store as I have never had an experience as great as this at any other store. Even if its a longer drive, give this Gamestop a try.

Something is seriously wrong here ive bought two games for my 360 and the discs were obviously different from the rest of my other games and they didnt work so i had to return them and it really ruined my day because i was looking forward to reliving my childhood.
