Had a rusted out fuel fill neck and hoses on my truck changed. Dropped it off, headed home, took a short motorcycle ride. By the time I got back home they had called to let me know it was ready to go.

I had an issue with my air conditioner and they worked me right in and fixed the problem .I would recommend them to my friends. Staff was very helpful and nice.

I love how they treat their customers.

I had the oil changed in 2 vehicles yesterday, and they were really fast, and everyone was knowledgeable. The one guy even put a clip in my bumper cover because it kept popping off. ❤I definitely appreciate the time and effort they gave us individually because I didnt feel rushed or hurried... there is too much of that already!!

I would score them a zero if I could. I took my car to them because all of my brake lights quit working at the same time. I thought perhaps a loose wire. They charged me for a diagnoses of a faulty brake switch. I purchased a brake switch to install. $40 later with no option to return the part the brake lights still didnt work. I took my car to Firestone who found that it was JUST MY 3RD BRAKE LIGHT that blew the circuit. Serious Auto was going to charge me $170 to change a bulb and say it was a switch. When I called to talk with them about the discovery the manager was VERY rude and was not the slightest bit interested in what I had to say. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone.
