I bought my car from there a few months ago. I worked with Julie who was absolutely wonderful. She took me to see the car and test drive which was a 2019. I had concern over a noise it was making and she set it up to have the service team take care of it immediately. The service manager said it was just the type of tires I had and that they would be loud unless I chose a different tire. I purchased the car and the sound got louder. I took the car somewhere else and they show me where the alignment was off and there was 2 inches of cupping on the inside of the tires. I had to get all new tires and alignment. That was obviously not cheap and not a great deal on getting a practically new car. On top of that I have a late bill for unpaid registration on the car I traded in. I did all the right paperwork there so that was another issue I had to deal with. Also if you do not live in the county plan on more annoying steps of getting your car registered correctly. I have tried contacting the dealership on the tire issue but have not had anyone reach out.Update they told me to call. I did and they never returned my calls. Worthless.

I received Mail requesting feedback on my experience with your car lot. Whereas I had found 2 vehicles that were in price range, I found 1 of those cars to fit all needs and was willing to trade in my car well below market value and take this vehicle at a much higher price per month. I sat with a sales agent on 3 separate evenings in the same week about 8 hours in total. I did 2 rounds of paperwork; however, each time I sat there- there was a different excuse- it was too late, it was a problem with the bank, a snag in the paperwork, ect. I took my business to the Hyundai of Columbia where they were able to assist me, give me a fair - if not great - rate on trade in value, and got me into a newer car with less of a payment than I would have needed to pay for the older vehicle at your dealership. I also was out within 2 hours with said vehicle. I’m sorry to only send negative feedback- but unfortunately negative feedback is needed in order to know what needs to be fixed. I really hope the best for your business and only hope that the sales assistants try a little harder and make a better effort to assist other customers without excuses and get them into a great vehicle. For most- including me- finding a vehicle is hard enough and again for most it is a very stressful time.

Jason in Finance was smooth and efficient, even taught us a few tech tricks these city slickers hadn’t seen. Whether you are out of state like us or local- just go see these people... I called the service dept on Tuesday, asking for cost to replace brake caliper. Gave all my information and was told that they would get the price of the parts and then call me back with total cost of parts and labor together. No response by Thursday so I call back, same thing, gave information and would get back with me for total price. Friday no response, same thing, will call me back, I told them this was the third time inquiring about this can I get hold. The answer was no, but they assured me they would call back and if I didnt answer they would leave a voicemail. They never ended up calling so I tried to call Saturday... They had already left for the day. I know the service team management hasnt changed since New ownership, but they have definitely went down hill. Need to get it together.

The WORSE customer service I have ever dealt with! I would NOT ever recommend anyone buying a vehicle from this dealership. Vehicle that I purchased was a smokers vehicle and right before a test drive they bombed it to cover it up and I was not made aware and now it reeks of smoke! Everyone was rude when I called to address the situation. Worse experience ever!

Promised me the world through text messages, then go to dealer and they basically laughed me out of the showroom because i was trying to finance a $9,500 vehicle. The salesperson who i will not name said, Sir due to you having no credit the bank will not finance this low of a priced vehicle, our clients would just pay for it in cash. Well excuse me for not having ten grand just laying around. Will not ever think about going back and would definitely not recommend Nick mayer Chevrolet to ANYONE!

It was ok. I mean, I was there for an oil change. I do have to say that when a customer asks for the windows to be cleaned, please clean them with a clean cloth. My windshield looked like it was cleaned with a pork chop. Other than that, just a normal day.

The AC went out almost immediately after the purchase. The mechanic told me that he sees this from time to time where a dealership will charge up the air conditioning on an as-is sale so you believe it works when you test it and then it goes out within a week of the purchase. We contacted the dealership hoping for some reassurance that they had not done this exact thing to us and received instead an unapologetic, two-faced response telling us we should have purchased their warranties, although they didnt think any of them would have covered this issue anyway.

Wish I had read some of these reviews before I went over there the second time. Im 78, a widow. I told them the first time I talked to them what payment range I wanted. I feel like I was rushed through the process, was only told what kind of car but didnt see it until after the papers were signed. Asked to be able to just test drive around the parking lot and was told no not right now, then hustled into the finance managers office. He showed me a paper with different options that I thought were included. Wasnt told they were optional. They added a $1,000 Gap insurance policy on it. I didnt need it, I have full coverage. Now instead of a payment in the $325-350 range, Im facing a payment of 523+. I am just sick about this. I have never been pressured into signing papers without being given the chance to see or test drive a vehicle. I dont even know if a lawyer can help me at this point. New owners, huge sale, I feel like I was rushed thru this just so they could rack up another sale. I specifically ask to do a test drive just around the parking lot and was told flat out no, not right now . This is so NOT right!! They will never get a recommendation from me and I will be sure to tell family and friends to absolutely avoid this place. I really wouldnt even give them one star bit didnt have that option.

I would give ZERO. I was Under the impression, I was buying a new vehicle that was just a demo and they had started the warranty 2 years ago, so only have a year warranty for a vehicle I paid full price for. I Went for an oil change to a dealership close by, (which you can, gm owes you the free oil change not a certain dealership) they said nick mayor had already used the free oil change (with proof) and I had to pay. Will never recommend.

I felt cornered between sales mgr and finance mgr, they were trying to push me on to a higher payment when I said at the beginning my goal was to lower my payment. Also when I walked in I adv them I had a pre approval through a lender and they ran my credit everywhere but there. Unfortunate, sales rep was great, but I just didnt like feeling bullied into paying a payment I walked in stating I could not afford. I was even told that since recently going through bankruptcy I didnt even own my car, the bank did and I should not even carry full coverage because I dont own my car. It made no sense. In the end I refinanced and got a rate I was told was unobtainable. I saved $150 a month in the process. My biggest disappointment is I have been going here purchasing cars and having my vehicle serviced for 16yrs.

Terrible experience. Kayla Longshore, sales associate, and the sales manager, Garett Shrader, fraudulently misrepresented a car deal. They took a deposit and changed the vehicle details after the fact. The deal was canceled but they refused to process a refund. Still waiting on the money after multiple follow up attempts. Trust me — you don’t want to deal with these guys on any car sale. Run in the other direction if you are dealing with those two.
