Mark is a great extremely helpful person, an absolute assett that will be sorely missed at Rush/Carquest... a shipping mistake was made on a part.i ordered...Mark went above and beyond to try and resolve the problem

Friendly staff but they seem to have a problem with their inventories. I have gone in there a few times after calling to verify they have a part only for the part to not actually be in stock. Otherwise fairly priced and usually pretty quick to get ordered items in.

Looking for power steering pump, asked how much they would charge to remove pulley. Was told if we bought the part there they would remove it gratis. When we went to pay for the part we were charged $53 for the removal because My guys dont work for free and the guy who told you that isnt in.I dont expect something for nothing but I expect an honest quote. Wont buy there again.

Parts were reasonably priced, with a better warranty than the other parts places. If they didnt have it they could generally get it by the next day.
