Staff greeted me, and made suggestions to brands, was not very helpful in leading me to the products they suggested. I wandered around the store trying to find what I needed, and left not purchasing anything, while all the workers stood behind the front counter talking to each other. There were no other customers in the business. Ive been to other Ultas and received great service, and help. These staff need a little more training on customer service skills.

The women who work here are a bit stand offish and well rude. The younger girls seem eager to please and genuine. Its a mess. You could wander for an hour because nobody cares.....makes me sad!

The girls there are super nice and really helpful. When some items werent coming up on sale they took care of it promptly without any hassle.

Was in a hurry. Clerk couldnt help so called manager who found and needed to retrieve more from the back to complete my order. Did so very quickly and I did not tell either woman I was in a hurry. Just good service.

Facemasks recommended, but can finally shop in store. Good selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Some good clearance deals now.

Someone wrote poorly managed 2 days after they opened? Really dude? I went in and everyone was so friendly, lots of product knowledge and all of the managers were busy helping guests. Great team if you ask me!
